Zoxoro / Refund never provided despite their 'Change of mind return policy'

I purchased some cocktail forks for my mother for Christmas online through Zoxoro in December. The reason I purchased them from Zoxoro was the fact they have a 'Change of Mind' return policy clearly stated on their website, which allows you to return a product you are not happy with and receive a refund (minus a 15% restocking fee).

I was disappointed with the quality of the forks, so contacted the Customer Service department who gave me the details of where to post them and so I could obtain a refund.

I returned the product in early January to them (and have the tracking number from Australia Post). However, I have not received a refund from them despite three emails and two phone calls.

Zoxoro have apologised for the inconvenience in not acting but have now stopped responding to me. They only have a voicemail so I cannot speak to their Customer Assistance department.
