Zoosk refund

I joined Zoosk June 1, 2017, but within the three (3)-day trial time period I decided it was not for me. I immediately contacted Zoosk Customer Service on June 3, 2017 and cancelled my membership and requested the $75 refund that was due to me according to their Terms and Conditions.

I was told I should see my $75 refund in my account in 5-10 days. That was June 6, 2017 by an employee named Pearl. After two weeks I had not received the refund. I contacted Zoosk Customer Service again on June 17, 2017 and was told once again, on June 22, 2017, that I would receive my refund within 5 - 10 days. To date I have not received the $75.00 refund.

I contacted them again on Saturday, July 15, 2017, but I doubt I'll ever see my $75.00 that they owe me.

Zoosk unauthorized credit card charges

I cancelled subscription towards Zoosk a few months ago and none payments were made since then, all of a sudden on 28 June 2017 they took approx R1800 from my credit card without my approval or knowledge. This if theft and i please need assistance. Normal monthly subscription is R179. There is no contact number available on internet and the customer service just ignored my emails. What is the correct procedure to follow to get my money back?

Unfortunately this company has been doing this to a ton of users it is all over the internet. I myself am reporting them to the BBB and I also was fraudulently charged. I do not know what state you live in but checker there terms of use and it will give contact information via mail. Additionally dispute with your bank! there number is [protected]. This site is fraudulent and so unethical. They are constantly ripping people off including myself. I am sorry they keep being able to do this and nothing has been done.

Zoosk unwanted connections!

Zoosk keeps sending messages to men to connect them me . Example: Sending them a wink, sending them messages in French, sending them little introduction messages. I sent none of these but the men think that they are from me! Stop it!
I want this to stop immediately!
This is creating extra time from me to explain the mistake to these men!
Help me!

Zoosk my account was hacked

Well i was on line for a short time sunday when all of a sudden another woman was on my profile a Caucasian woman im Afro-American and she change my password started sending disturbing things to my friends on the site zoosk and pof i just want to know how yall can let someone go into my account and change my password without me knowing so what i have to do to prove it wasn't me even one of the man i was talking to on my phone said it was up there on my profile i just paid to get my account back on and they let someone change my password without my notice what i have to do to get my account back cause it wasn't me

Zoosk cancellation renewal and did not ask for premium account

I cancelled the renewal of the subscription on 26th April 2017 which is before my renewal date of 1st May 2017. I have received confirmation that my subscription is cancelled, but two payments have already been made from account on Friday 5 May 2017 for 74.95 for the renewal for 6 months to which has been confirmed and on 7th May the premium amount for 59.95.
I have requested for the money to be returned into my account as I am struggling to pay bills. This is the truth. I have found a lady that I am seeing and I will not be resubscribing or activating my zoosk account. Please as per US Consumer law like here in Australia there are consequences for being unreasonable. I am not asking for much. Zoosk was a good site, but I do not require your service other than the return of the money as I am struggling. Please return $134.90 to my account ASAP.

Zoosk inappropriate behavior by members

My profile name is Yasmine and I "enrolled" with Zoosk on April 6, 2017. On April 26, 2017, someone with the following details contacted me using a "wink" and an exposed penis as a profile photo. I am demanding a full refund as I do not understand how such a photo would be approved by this online dating site. I am requesting a follow-up letter and a full investigation into this traumatic ordeal. Had I desired to be subject to pornographic and borderline criminal pictures, I would have gone elsewhere. The following are the details of the "Zoosk member" who contacted me:

Zoosk unauthorized transaction on my account from this site

Someone purchased a monthly subscription on zoosk using my paypal account and email address and it was not me. This is completely unauthorized, I do not even use this site and definitely did not authorize this site to remove 29.95 from my account for a monthly subscription! I do not know how this happened but I would really like to get it resolved! There are no other emails from Zoosk throughout my 9, 000 Emails and out of nowhere I get a transaction from a website that I have never used. It would be greatly appreciated if this issue could be resolved

Zoosk zoosk subscription

Hi. I was a previous Zoosk account holder and a few months ago I cancelled my subscription and deactivated my account, I have since been charged twice from my account for Zoosk services which I had cancelled, today I logged back in and reactivated my account so I could go in to check and see if my subscription was cancelled and it says it is YET I am still being charged. I would like this situation rectified immediately as I have followed all your online Instructions to cancel it and you are still taking my money so I'd like you to remove my details and a refund of both payments as you will be able to see my account has been deactivated and not used I the time the payments were taken from you.

Zoosk unethical behaviour - fraud

My name is Carol [removed] and I was a member of Zoosk.com in August/September of 2016 when I met Richard E. Benoit. I have since found out that he scammer myself and two other women out of approximately 100, 000.00 over the last 6 months.

I have gone to the Peel Regional Police to file a fraud claim. The police file number is PR170094401.

One of the ladies lives in British Columbia and she has also filed a claim with the RCMP.

He is going under the profile names of Richlife52, Rich4luv51 and Carl007. Another alias could be Kenneth Smith or Calvin M. Rogers.

I am emailing to make you aware so that you can remove him for your site and warn other women that he is a predator that needs to be stopped.

I believe he is in Malaysia. His story was that he was going there on business but now realize he was likely there all the time.

When I first met him on line he said he lived in Kitchener, Ontario, Canada and the cell phone he was using at the time was connected to a Kitchener address.

Zoosk dating site

I am a paid member and I am being told my email address is no longer registered.
My address is [protected]@yahoo.com. I have been using the site, so I know it works. In the last few days I have not been able to login. Zoosk Charges on credit card

I signed up for a 3 nonth contract for an amount of r 314.89 with zoosk.com and gave them explicit instructions that I did not want any renewals. I have just had a further aount taken out of my bank account of r 147 and r 495.76. This was not the amount originally agreed upon and not for renewal either - I only asked for a three month contract.

Zoosk emails

I have sent over 3000 emails asking you to stop sending me adds the cs is a joke ever heard of a can spam suite you will soon also calling bbb enough is enough [protected]@gmail.com have been trying for months to get the emails stopped they plane and simple won't listen or can't read English I have called several times customer service is a joke going to contact the bbb and federal trade commission for help enough of this is enough been married for 40yrs don't need a dating site we are very happy glad she works for a lawyer she is asking for advice the more I ask zoosk to stop the more trash they send it needs to stop at once

Zoosk possible fake profile.

On February 12, a possible fake profile by the name of oceanman, age 42, that appeared in the category of age 55 - 65, contacted a member, that has now de-activated, to chat. However, the suspicion is strong that the profile was placed there to catch someone out. Nothing was verified, and a good friendship has in the interim been destroyed because of that. One joins these sites for possible friendships, not to be humiliated. Zoosk prides itself on verifying its customers, however, it seems to be a practice that doesn't quite work. Im sure nothing wil come of this complaint, but it sure puts one off dating sites forever.

Zoosk unauthorized monthly charges

I made an account on zoosk.com on jan.10th2017. I only agreed for a one month charge, but on feb.10th2017, I was charged again without my permission. (To my knowledge, as I looked over the agreement. It hadn't shown that it was going to continue without my approval). I would appreciate it if I got my money back. My email if needed is ([protected]@hotmail.com) if my request is denied. I'll be looking into further action.

Zoosk Cancellation billing

I have cancelled my subscription, received an email confirming this stating I will no longer be charged. I don't use the site. I have been billed. I don't want a partial refund or a discount on future subscriptions. I want my money back. What zoosk has done is illegal and offering anything but my money back is ridiculous. Be warned everyone this is fraud!

I can't believe after reading comments from 7 years ago, nothing had happened to this company. They are liars. Quite obvious too. Who advertises they are free...Then quite obviously once you site up, you can't do anything unless you pay...Yet this company hasn't changed a damn thing in five years when I originally signed up and deleted my account the same day. ...And did a repeat today. These companies must be held accountable. Or why are you here. Why do we complain to find five years later, nothing has changed. So tell us...If complaining doesn't change anything, what will make them accountable?

Zoosk unethical behavior

Paid for my subscription two months ago and had access for approximately three weeks in December 2016. In January 2017 my information and photo submitted was reduced to ZERO. Submitted a complaint via e-mail and got an incident number. Received an e-mail response stating they could not find my account under the e-mail address they were using.
Gave them the e-mail account that my account is under and haven't heard a thing from them. Paid for a 3 month subscription in December 2016.
Still waiting for a response and in the meantime I can not use the site.
They are impossible to contact via internet, and when you call the number listed the hold time is astronomical then you are disconnected and you have to start all over.
What a money maker for them, and a fleecing for us.

Zoosk blocking dating interests on zoosk

I've been a member of Zoosk off and on for 6 months. Their 'realistic' and geographical matches are not even close. I've spent a great deal of time 'blocking' men only to have them reappear on my radar, so to speak. Zoosk also creates false 'views' leading members to believe their profile is being viewed by people who aren't really viewing them. I believe Zoosk and what it offers its members is nothing but a hoax. A HUGE falsification. Zoosk is robbing people of their money and should be shut down. I, for one, intend to spread the word that Zoosk has nothing to offer people looking for a match. I will be looking into falsifications from other dating sites, but Zoosk is at the top of my list as the biggest robbers of members' money for nonsense matches. They must be shut down!

Zoosk lack of customer service

Free is not free. Everyone know's that. They use your profile to their advantage to keep brining in new users that are paying top dollar and continuing to charge your account for staying active even after cancelled. Your profile remains to their advantage while they take your funds. This is against FTC regulations and obviously an off shore site collecting people's money with little restraint from our own FTC.
