This is the MOST frustrating company to deal with!! I have sent numerous emails and have tried to phone them 10 times today - each time holding on for more than 15 minutes - they just don't answer their phones and they don't respond to emails!! My credit card was debited more than a week ago for an order that I placed; however I have received absolutely nothing; the website shows nothing about my delivery etc. I am HORRIFIED in how they do business!

    They are doing the same to me I am very frustrated because of them placed 3 orders but i received only one. They do not answer do not reply to emails this was the last time always received a good service from them in the past but now
