zando order - # [protected]
I placed my order on 23 november 2018 and I have still not received it. I have sent emails and tried to call but no one replies. Please can you either refund my money or let me know where my order is. My friends who placed their orders on the same day have all received theirs but I havent even had the decency of a response and I do not know why you bother with your customer care line as this doesnt work or else you dont have anyone manning the lines.
no delivery and poor service
An order was placed on the 24th of November the payment has already been made and I have not received it yet.No one answers the help lines it rings for minutes and no one has the decency to at least reply to the multiple emails being sent. You're sitting with people's money and no products are being delivered. It would be much appreciated if you either refund everyone or at least tell us what is going on and we don't want excuses like influx in Black Friday orders or load shedding. We want the truth in future don't have sales you can not keep up with it.
shoe
I bought a shoe and they delivered the wrong size to me. and i was told i would receive it before Friday. today is Thursday and still received nothing it was for my daughters birthday. the lady has such a attitude.
So i want my shoe, i keep calling every time for feedback. they always promise to give feedback but no one phones oh emails nothing. just wondering if this is the service one receives, this is not the first time. it has happened so many times. i am so tired of it. i plan to take this to social media
I ORDERED ABOUT 10 ITEMS ON THE BLACK FRIDAY, THE ONLY EMAIL I GOT IS THAT THE ORDERED WILL BE DELIVERED ON THE 28TH -30TH NOVEMBER, THE DATES PASSED NO DELIVERY, NO CORRESPONCE ON WHY THERE WAS DELIVERY ON SPECIFIED DATE, TO DAY I CALLED SINCE MORNING, PHONE PICKED, NOW ITS ON VOICE MAIL, TELL ME HOW TO FEEL ABOUT THIS TREATMENT
I have sent a mail about this but no one came back to me as yet, I would like to know why people are getting their order sooner that the rest, I am working with people at the same building who ordered at zando about the same time, they get there order and then returned the product again then they get a mail saying the parcel was returned and the new one is out on delivery ALL THIS IN THE SAME WEEK, yet I keep on getting a mail all week saying that my parcel is still not out due to BLACK FRIDAY, I would understand this as it was a busy week and lots of sale, but I am not going to understand this and be happy with it, because clearly there is a buddy buddy system in this company, because we are all at the same building yet my parcel is not being sent and I must wait, so what is going on here? I WANT MY PARCEL, I SENT AN EMAIL ASKING FOR IT AS I NEEDED IT THIS WEEKEND IT IS FRIDAY AND STILL NOTHING BUT EMAILS GOING THROUGH SAYING ZANDO IS STILL BUSY DUE TO BLACK FRIDAY DELAYS ...THIS IS NOT ON I PURCHASE FROM ZANDO ALL THE TIME BUT THIS SERVICE OF A BUDDY BUDDY WHO KNOWS WHO...IS NOT ON, WHY DDNT THEY TAKE THE REST OF THE PARCELS AS IT IS COMING TO THE SAME AREA

Zando you becoming the worst online shopping service providers. Competition is tough you better pull up your socks. I ordered on the 21st, my order was dispatched the 23rd and Friday the 25th I received email and sms that my order is out on delivery, no parcel was delivered nor any communication on why the delay! It's Monday and I've been waiting for my parcel ever since! YOU going to loose out on customers, your courier service is horrible. Takealot and Spree takes the trophy, zando service is getting poorer ever time I place an order while your competitors are making life simpler and theee best for their customers. Im very disappointed and discouraged coz I used to be a fan!

delivery
I placed an order on the 8th of August 2018 and the item was in stock so I gave it 5-7 days before contacting. I was told it would be delivered on the 17th which was Friday or 20th being Monday. On the 21st I emailed again to say it was resolved and I would get it today.
I never had a problem with any online store and have purchased before from Zando with no problem.
shoes
I order 4 pairs of shoes. Paid a lot of money for it. The said I will receive my order between Friday and tuesday. It's already Wednesday and I haven't received anything yet. Nobody respond to my emails. I need the shoes today and haven't ever experience such service with any online shop. When will I receive my shoes because tomorrow is a vacation day and I need it today. This is very dissappointing.

I had ordered an item from zando. An email was sent to me to state that the item would be delivered between Wednesday (18 July 2018) and Friday (20 July 2018). All I was given was an order number and no actual tracking number to track my order. I had arranged with someone to wait for 3 whole days to collect the order, but it did not arrive and neither did I receive a response to say that my item would be delayed or when I could expect it. The following Monday, the delivery guys show up at the given address with the order, without telling me that they would be coming on that Monday, but at this point there was no person to collect the order, after speaking to the delivery guy on the phone, I was told that they would try to deliver the item the next day(Tuesday), however no item gets delivered and I had to contact zando to be told that it would not be delivered on that day, nevertheless I had asked them to please inform me on when it could be delivered. Someone had contacted me to say it would be delivered the next day (Wednesday) I had told the guy to please give me a time line as to when to expect it as I cannot expect someone to be sitting in the house the entire day wondering if they were going to show up or not. I was told that the item would come in the afternoon but again, they show up at the address early in the morning without informing me . . . I completely understand that delivery cannot always be exactly on time, but I is absolutely ridiculous to expect a customer to be cancel their life for 4 whole days wondering whether or not they would be getting their item, the customer service was horrific, the response from the company was terrible, I have ordered many things online, and not a single company has given me such a terrible service in terms of delivery, a simple thing such as informing the customer that the item would not be coming on the initial stipulated date and then specifying a new date could have helped in avoiding this entire situation.
cancelled item twice on 2 different orders
I ordered a pair of shoes online and made payment within the specified time frame, when I queried a week later about delivery I was advised the order was cancelled due to them having the last one which was damaged. I was credited. The item was again in stock on the website which I used my credits to purchase it and yet again after a few days the item was cancelled again and a credit was automatically applied. Nobody informed me that it was cancelled and why it was cancelled. Shortly thereafter the item was available on the website. I was given a r100 voucher for the inconvenience because there was a delay in "delivery". That does not make up for the pathetic service I received.
cash refund requested
Is anybody intending on ever getting back to me regarding my refund for order number [protected]? Your returns policy clearly states that I should be given a choice between a cash refund and store credit. I was never given the choice, just got store credit and for a product that was out of stock and not returned by me. After all the complaints I read from other dissatisfied customers on Hello Peter, I am too scared to use my store credit anyway and incur further costs for products that I will never receive. I'm starting to wonder if Zando is in financial difficulty since nobody seems to be receiving their orders anymore, nobody is getting their refunds and nobody can get hold of you on email or via phone.
I have been sending numerous emails to the service and customer complaints addresses and tried calling with absolutely no response since the 19th of June. Heck, I even posted on HelloPeter. This for an order placed on the 6th of June already. I think I've waited long enough to get the money back that you very eagerly took from me.

Zando, I feel your pain. I am out of $400 because they put my cash on a gift card because they don't take cash on appliances and told me they would have to put it on my credit card. Is that the craziest thing you ever heard.
unethical service
I ordered a Soviet Jeans from Zando - received the order on Monday.
The jeans is too small - i logged a return.
They then change the status of the return to "contact customer support"...
Ever since, I am calling but there is no answer / plus they do not respond to my e-mails...its like they stole my money.
The jeans even looks so faded - like a used item.
They have my money buy NA
still no feedback from zando... they do not answer their calls as well.

On the 29/11/2012 I placed an order from zando, I haven't received any kind of communication from them up until I logged a complaint to hellopeter that's the only ti'me I got connection via cellphone, which I was contacted by the lady called roxanne sampson she asked for proof of payment of which I sent on the 22/12/2012, I then again sent her an email on the 28/12/2012 after a week of silence, she called stating that they will do a quick delivery that very same week, up until now I haven't heard anything from them. At this point in ti'me I don't want anything to do with this company I just want my money back period, i'm highly annoyed with such pathetic service.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
ordered but undelivered items
I ordered some items for the first time vide Order# [protected] from Zando site which were reportedly shipped on August 19Th yet the items appear missing.
One of their customer staff, Yulin Arendse advised that he/she was investigating the disappearance of my order yet despite several reminders his/her responses have been intermittent, few and far-in-between. All he/she keeps on telling me is that he/she is expecting an internal e-mail response from their Warehouse as if I ordered e-mails!
All my entreaties both individually and corporately have been ignored.
Appreciated if you kindly intervene and/or reimburse my money if you cannot fulfill my order.
I placed an order for a fast delivery and received it after 8 days. Once received i logged a return. Its been a month now. I send countless email and make endless calls still no response and no communication. I dont no what more to do. This is the worst form of customer care
They told me the refund was done on the 27-11-2019 . The Item has been picked up 3 weeks ago already . I want my money back pls this is ridiculous .😡😡😡
This bodysuit is not bum padded at all. It's false advisement. There no option on the Zando's online store to request for a return because it's an underware. I want my money back, because the main reason I bought it was the padded bum.

I bought some clothes online and after money was withdrawn from my account I got an email from Zando stating that my order was canceled because payment was not made. I've sent thousands of emails with proof of payment but all to no avail. My money is gone, just like that.

I received my item late. The person birthday was over and I had to buy a new gift. I want to return my item but the site is not showing it as delivered. Been a week now. They asked me to call but I can't get through. Call me or update the order please.
