I bought a pair of 2 pairs boots and a jumpsuit on Zando mid September. I then returned one pair of boots and the jumpsuit on the 19th September 2023. The boots arrived damaged there was a tear in the one and the stitching was just way to tight. I did not even bother trying it on because I was afraid it would tear even further. The jumpsuit I also did not try on as I did not like the material hence requesting a return. The items were collected from me. Returned according to the returns policy.

Zando refused to pay me my money stating that I sent the items back used and damaged which is such a lie. On the 2nd October I chatted to Zando customer service team who stated that I was sent a email explaining why the return was rejected I never received any email or corresondance from them in this regard.

I also requested for the matter to be escalated immediately only to be told that the manager is in a meeting and would call me back. Well I am still waiting.

Today 12 October I contacted them again but to no avail. Zando is blatantly taking peoples money and then refusing to refund the money. This is solicitation and taking money under false pretences! All I want is my money back! I dont even have the items as I mentioned I returned the items.

Desired outcome: I just want my money back. I want a refund. I wont ever use Zando again and will definitely advise people not make use of this platform either.
