Zaful / I have not received my order
I made an order on the 28th of October and on the 8th November I got a notification that my order has departured to me, now it's the 21st of November and still no update when I track my parcel
My TRACKING NUMBER : RG989168106BE
My ORDER number : UM1710260235338306
Standard shipping method .
It's suppose to take 15 to 25 days to receive my order I know but it's hard to track your parcel when it hasn't updated in 10 days
