So, I reached out to Motel Rocks 'cause I had a little issue with a mark on the lining of a garment I bought. I told 'em straight up that it couldn't have been my daughter who did it, and guess what? They admitted that they've had this problem before with other customers. They gave me a full refund, though, so that's a plus. But I gotta say, I'd be a bit cautious if you're thinking of using this company. Make sure to check the linings of your clothes when they arrive 'cause you never know what you might find. Personally, I wouldn't give 'em another shot.

I placed an order on the 1st of September 2023, but boy, oh boy, did I run into some trouble. They gave me this tracking number from SkyNet, but let me tell you, it was a real headache. I tried checking it with my local post offices and even Australia Post, but no luck. Couldn't track it for the life of me.

To make matters worse, SkyNet had the audacity to tell me that the item was "delivered." Can you believe that? But here's the kicker, I couldn't find it anywhere. It's like it vanished into thin air. Talk about frustrating!

And if that wasn't enough, when I tried to open up the order on the Motel Rocks website, guess what? The URL didn't exist anymore. Can you believe the nerve? I mean, come on, Motel Rocks, get your act together!

But wait, there's more! I also splurged on a leather jacket, thinking it would be the bomb. Well, guess what? The zipper came broken. Like, seriously? How am I supposed to rock a jacket with a busted zipper? It's just a waste of my hard-earned cash, if you ask me.

Honestly, I wouldn't recommend ordering from Motel Rocks. I feel like I've thrown my money down the drain. And you know what? I'm pretty darn sure they treat their influencers to better stuff. It's like they're playing favorites or something. So yeah, save yourself the disappointment and find another place to shop. Trust me, you'll thank me later.

SHIPPING: So, I ordered the standard shipping option, which they say takes about 6-13 business days. But lemme tell ya, it took a solid 2 weeks for my package to finally show up at my door. Not the quickest, but hey, at least it arrived.

QUALITY: Now, let's talk about the quality of this sweatshirt. It's pretty darn good, I gotta say. It's not super thick or anything, but it's got this cozy fleece lining that makes it feel just right. And the fit? Oh man, it's oversized in all the right places. I'm gonna start off by explainin' my title for this review. I've always been a small, but when I saw their sizin' guide, their 2 was a XXS so I decided to get that. However, I really regret purchasin' that size 'cause it was puny! The other thing was shippin'. I understand with covid it would take a while but I didn't expect it to be this long. My package came from the UK to California but it took 11 days. Wish it came earlier?

Anyway, if I could, I would give this review an extra. 5 star I would 'cause the bottoms I purchased ain't bad. I like the skirt I got and these black jean shorts even more. I was thinkin' about shippin' these two tops back to return but that alone costs me almost $20 and I just felt like it wasn't worth it so I'm sellin' them~

Overall, I don't think the brand is bad, I just didn't have that good of an experience.
