Zafulno tracking and late delivery (over 1 month)

I ordered a Bikini from Zaful over 1 month ago. Two days after placing my order I received confirmation that it has been shipped out. During the next week i tried to stay updated with the tracking information but it was not in english. The next week I decided to just google translate it but when i went to check the tracking info nothing was there and it said "tracking information has not been updated" its been a month now and it still has not updated. I had no success with the live chat either, no one ever replied.

    What is wrong with your delivery system?
    According to my tracking data, it states that on Aug 20, 23:39, the receiver was not in (which was not the case) and thus didn’t manage to deliver the package. It has been 10 days since. Does this mean I will never get my item? Why wasn’t a second attempt made for re delivery instead of playing the disappearing act? Or could it be that it wasn’t shipped out in the first place? What is happening Zaful? Very disappointed!!!

    It has been over a month now since I ordered a jacket and track pants but i havent received any updates. UB1811170010330615S001. This is the tracking number and please email me in [email protected] thank you.
