I'm on my 2nd Worx battery and now trying to purchase a 3rd from the company. I ordered online, but after nearly a month I still don't have the replacement. I've sent several emails to their contact site with NO responses & finally called them. I was on hold for 28 minutes when I finally gave up listening to the recording - so I gave my phone number (which the machine repeated back to me) & it was stated that I would hear back from WORX within 24 hours...now 30 hours later, I am STILL waiting to hear from them! This business is the worst I've ever tried to deal with. They should be banned & shut down. I will tell any & all: DO NOT BUY anything WORX...it should be named WORST!

    Batteries Plus is awesome. If they don't have the battery you need, they can custom build one.
