Woolworths Waurn Ponds review: Service 1

Okay, so, I live in the area and Woolworths is my go-to on a literal everyday basis. There is one older woman with long white hair (I've never taken the liberty of discovering her name) at self serve who seems to think it's acceptable to go out of her way to make me feel uncomfortable everytime I go through self serve with my groceries. She targets me and literally watches my every move as if I'm about to pocket everything and walk straight out, she stands right behind me and always changes which end she's standing at based on what register I use.
I have never stolen anything in my life, I have never given her or anyone else in Woolworths a reason not to trust me. Understandable that people steal, I get that. I get that they have to be cautious, but that doesn't entail treating every single customer like a thief to the point where they feel uncomfortable doing their shopping. It's so unnecessary and so rude, I may just end up shopping at Coles from now on.
