Bws Woolworths reviews and complaints

On 7/12/16 I attended the ST Clair BWS store and asked about Hahn Premium Light that I thought was on sale for $32 the person I spoke to said no it wasn't on special I wouldn't get it that cheap I went ahead a purchased the beer and presented my Rewards Card. When I went home I checked the catalog and on page 37 of the catalog for specials starting on the 7/12/16 was the Rewards Offer for Hahn Premium Light for $32 case. I went back to the store and the sales person refunded me the $12 but without a sorry or anything. Now I am concerned how many times this has happened to myself as well as other people that the savings are not being passed on to the consumer.

BWS staff at the Woolworths location are very rude. Seems to be lack of communication between staff members. One staff member I found to be very rude with red hair. Store manager at times can be very unfriendly. I regularly get my purchases on Friday nights and never have a problem but since having holidays I decided to go in on a Tuesday and found the store to be disorganised and pallets blocking door ways and trolleys everywhere full of wine.
