Woolworths chicken breast tempura chicken

Hi
I recently purchased a packet of your tempura nuggets from our local supermarket at Watergardens.
During the feast a young child at the table advised of crunchy particles with in the nuggets - asked to spit the product out of his mouth we surprisingly identified bone fragments amongst the chicken nugget.
Unfortunately The nugget feast came to a complete jolt!
Can you please investigate and advise.

Woolworths "save $10 off your next shop" scheme.

On the 30/11/2016, I spent over a hundred dollars on my shopping at Woolworths and presented this docket to get $10 off, which was given to me the week prior. It didn't register and the checkout person couldn't explain why. This was the second time it failed to provide me with the stated $10 off.
The first time I was told the promotion hadn't yet started. So why was it given to me? It states "off your next shop"...? There must be laws against this and you should acquaint your company with these laws.
Another thing, I have tried to read the "fine print" but it is so small, I would need to buy a magnifying glass to read it. Not very good and not very happy considering I spend $250-$300 a week at your store...

Woolworths fruit and veg

I came into hollywood plaza woolies on tuesday to grab a few thing for dinner. I was shocked with the apooling fruit and veg that was on display.
Firstly i went to grab a punnet of strawberrys as they were on the end display. The first one i picked up was mushy and on its way to being rotton. The second punnet had mould growing on the strawberries..
I proceeded to where the salad was. All of the iceberg lettaces were rotton and soggy. I even took photos ad i was so shocked.
I moved further to the pre packed aussie leaf mix to find it was also wet and rotten.
How can you be the fresh food people if all your products arent even fresh. Either your staff are very slack at checking it all Or woolies itself is slack for not ordering good quality produce. Even the meat is sprayed with preseravtives to make it last longer while it gets here from inter state. Yuk!
Im disgusted and can say i will never shop at woolies again.
Woolworths the fresh food people my ###!

Woolworths $10 off your next shop voucher

Up until recently I have religiously shopped at the Woolworths in Nambour Plaza every week and have a rewards card. Last week I was given a voucher to get $10 off my next shop, to be honest I was very excited by this as I am on a very tight budget to feed my family of 4.
Today I had the morning free from work in lieu of overtime and ventured to the Woolworths at South Coolum to do my weekly grocery shop with my $10 voucher in hand. I took the liberty to buy a few 'prestige' items knowing I was getting $10 off my shop but..
When I go to the end of the checkout and all of my groceries were packed away I handed the lady my rewards card and $10 voucher to be declined $10 off my shop.
The reason given to me was that it had not been scanned at my previous shop and therefore cannot be used for this shop and furthermore to this unsatisfying customer experience the voucher will expire before I can afford to do another grocery shop.
You will notice I started this sentence with 'up until recently I have religiously shopped at Woolworths'.. I have been trialing ALDI as it is also in Nambour and as mentioned on a tight budget wanted to see if I could save money. I didn't love the ALDI experience and decided to return to Woolworths to have a worse customer experience.
Yours sincerely,
Susie

Woolworths organic kale

I purchased some organic kale yesterday from Woolworths top Ryde - when I unpacked my groceries I noticed it was already yellow and clearly old - I looked at the small tag saying it was packed on the 14 November - my purchase date was 30 November ! How can Woolworths claim to be the fresh food people ! I'm disgusted in your lack of attention by your packing staff not to identify old stock ! Ok I should have checked the expiry date but with fresh fruit and veg didn't think I had to like with meat !

Woolworths complaint of discrimination

I am a employer at naracoorte woolworths employee id is: 484837 and want to make a complaint about discrimination from my store manager. My partner rang my work last night 29/11 asking for me to come home due to his son hurting himself and needing medical treatment and due to him not having a licence and living rural I am his only source of transportation... when informing my store manager of the situation he refused me to leave after asking who it was that needed medical treatment and I saying it was my step son and also due to higher managers attending the store the following morning and lot of work had to be done... this is not the first incident where it has been implied that because he isn't my biological child that it wasn't any of my responsibility. Due to this my partner drove his son to the hospital as he doesn't work and we couldn't afford another ambulance bill in excess of $1100. Where he was pulled over and arrested for unlawfully driving a motor vehicle and held in custody until he was processed for bail. So not only was I under enough stress and worry about my stepsons injuries and not knowing how he was I was hit with the added stress of not knowing what was happening with my partner due to still being at work.
Thank you for taking your time to read this.

Woolworths placing orders at deli, chester hill woolworths

Each year I place an order at Woolworths deli, Chester Hill for bulk chickens for a xmas party. Last year they misplaced my order but were able to put together while I waited. This year (Yesterday 29/11/16) not only did they misplace my order but on arrival to collect, I was informed their oven was not working. They had been given my contact details when I placed the order, but apparently had no record of the order request which was written into a duplicate order book when order was placed. I then had to go to another Woolworths at Bass Hill to collect what they had in stock. As a consequence I will no longer be placing any deli orders at Chester Hill Woolworths. I have no faith in the ordering system in this shop.

Woolworths caffitaly coffee pods

Firstly I am most disappointed in the removal of macro organic coffee pods! Thinking they had gone temporarily I continued buying the Woolworths other brand ( green box strong coffee). Now I can't even buy them. Not only have You changed the packaging so there's only ten pods per pack! What a waste! You've changed your coffee, and I must say its absolutely horrid! There used to be about seven choices for
" your" coffee machines, now there is only three..all horrid! There's more choice for a nesspresso! ( about ten choices). Coffee is a big part of my daily life, and I think you've lost me as a customer here. I don't understand why you have to change something if it good already? First your milk frother, then your coffee machine..now your coffee. Ever heard the saying " if it isn't broken don't fix it" I'm off to Aldi tomorrow to buy their machine and coffee ( my daughter has one and it works just as well as yours.).might as well just do my shopping while I'm there. I have been a woolies customer for years, but have decided to try elsewhere from now on.

Woolworths woolworths bread

Yesterday I had to travel to Brisbane and on my return to Rathdowney I stop at Woolworths Park Ridge to purchase a few things for lunches. I purchased 3 loaves of Woolworths bread as well as a few other things. On returning back to work I opened the bread and it seemed to have a lot of holes but I don't have the luxury to go back to a store and purchase more as I live 35 kilometres from the nearest supermarket, so I had to do with what I had. Today I had to make more lunches and the bread was absolutely disgusting. I will attached photos I have taken of the bread. I will never purchase bread from Woolworths again if this is what you sell. It was not cut all the way through and I had to throw out nearly a whole loaf. I did not have enough to make all the lunches and had to make a special trip into Beaudesert to purchase more from a bakery.

Woolworths a worker in woolworths everton park

My name is Candice from Taiwan. I am a regular customer in Woolworth's Everton Park as I'm working nearby. My backpack was always been checked by the employees there at the check out counter which I'm okay with it. Last week when I went to Woolworths, I was checked again and this time I'm very angry and unhappy with the employee. She checked my bag and discovered a broccoli in a white transparent plastic bag (which I bought from Coles on the same day before I went to Woolworths). She did not ask me any question about the broccoli and quickly assumed that I did not pay for it. She even asked me to pay for it at the counter. Then, I took out the Coles receipt from my purse and showed her. She did not even apologise to me in sincere. I'm okay when she wanted to check my bag cause it's normal procedure at work but assuming me without questioning is a big no to me.

Woolworths party mix 500g lollies

I purchased a bag of the Party mix lollies 500g from the Blackburn store todaytoday (27/11/16) They all taste the same - which isn't very flavoursome anyway. Very disappointed as were my work colleagues who were looking forward to sharing. I request a cheque refund for the amount paid or voucher card for the amount paid. Thank you.

Woolworths customer service

Woolworths at Newington. Name of the employee Sheryl.
My first experience witht her was a few months back when I took a bread back to Woolworths as it went bad before the expiration date, I casually mentioned that may be the bread was packed warm. She checked the receipt and very sternly said this bread was bought at Lidcome store what they do is their problem and asked me not to say that I bought it at Newington (which I had never mentioned) very annoyed with her attitude I said all Woolworths are the same for me.
My second experience was just yesterday when I took a a couple of mars packets to return without a receipt. She got really annoyed and went off at me as she had to get the price checked.
She needs some training in relation to dealing with people. We are educated hard working people and don't deserve such customer service when Woolworths promises to be the best. Hope some action is taken regarding this complaint.

Woolworths tobacco

I am extremely irate your staff refused a purchase on the grounds that the identification I produced was out of date, I find this to be unacceptable as validity does not negate my age, if I do not have a current drivers license, I would expect to use the old as proof of age.
As a result I will no longer continue to enter your stores, and I intend to make sure that none of my friends or family do either. This was a store in salamander bay, I then bought my items from your competition who accepted my identification as proof of age. If you are paying people to perform a task, you need to educate them in how to do so.

The law requires up to date identification. It is your fault for not having it. Feel free to patronize any store that you wish, but most likely the policy will be the same wherever you go.

Woolworths Refund

I made an online purchase on the Monday 14/11/2016. The items were delivered the next day however they could not supply all the 10 cases of Carlsberg and a few other items. I checked the receipt which advised I would be refunded a total amount of $397.95.

Being aware the turn around time for a refund is 3-5 business days I contacted Woolworths Online on the Friday 18/11/2016. I was assured by the caller who answered the call the refund would be credited to my account by Monday.

I hoped this would be the case because due to the items being out of stock I would use the money refunded to make my purchase else where.

Monday 21/11/2016 I received an email from Woolworths Online stating that the coupon had been cancelled and I would receive my refund within 3-5 business days, thinking this email must have been a mistake I did not contact Woolworths straight away.

It was now Friday the 25/11/2016 still no sign of my refund of $397.95. I contacted Woolworths Online again! Only to be informed there was system issues and that my refund was not processed and it would be another 3-5 business days before I would get my money! Oh but I was given a $15 online voucher, too bad I can't use my $397.95. Have a voucher.

So Woolworths if I had not contacted you to follow up on my refund when would I have got it?

Unbelievable that you would think an online $15 voucher would compensate me $397.95 out of pocket now for 2 weeks and to be 3 weeks by the time I get my money. If there isn't another system glitch!

Woolworths beef mince premium

I bought this pack yesterday (22/1116) from Gladstone Park Woolworth in Victoria.

Packaging had a red sticker saying "price dropped"
and on the shelf next to it with the original price $13.49 crossed and $12.00 in a large font.
At the self help check in the price was still $13.49 so I call for help from the attendant. She told me the label on the self meant to be for the price for one kilo. I knew that was not right and it was almost closing time and my wife needed it so I didn't want to argue for $1.49 and paid the full price and came home.

Woolworths management

i was hired at cecil hills branch as a online supervisor, john store manager told me in the interview that the other supervisor was overseas and that he wanted to replace her with me as her sales were not good.he also assured me in front of deborah lowe online manager that he would give the other supervisor notice when she got back from her holiday.when she returned she was not told anything and thats when i was getting bullied from her and the rest of online staff.when i approached the other supervisor and told her i was employed to take her position, she called me a liar and started to push a trolly at me and throw things at me .this was happening on every shift, the staff was sabotaging customers stock after it was picked, and rearranging tkts etc..i approached my manager and told her was going on she told me that john still has not spoken to the other supervisor and she didnt know when he was going to.i was working everyday 5 days a week afternoon shft from 6-12 i the evening.everyday i went to speak to john and ask what was going on and told him what the staff was doing on my shift and how i was getting treated..i told him i was getting bullied and violently...he did nothing about it..my online manager said the same thing ...i kept on working doing my job as i love it and am very passionate about customer service, and thats what kept me going...i would go in my car and cry before i drove home...my sales went up and thats all that mattered ..one day i was told to start at 4pm and my staff wasnt there til 8pm so i got everything ready for my staff to make things easier on them for when they start, it was a mess i my room there were pallets and cages every where, i had to physically move heavy objects out of my room, just so i could walk through i did ask other staff members from different departments if they could help me only to get the answer we were instructed not to help you, so idid it all on my own, my back started to hurt as tracy night manager kept on yelling at staff and me as she always does, to hurry up and move it.i was in alot of pain with my back i finished my shft and went home crying again.this happened for4 months .now i have injured my back because of negligence at work and it has not changed a thing at work...we are a team well the induction tells us, we are meant to communicate together we are meant to help one another and under no circumstance is anyone meant to feel violated nor bullied in the work force at anytime, let alone by managers.i can not work now as i will be having back surgery..i do have solicitors involved and am taking this matter further...i have tried to tell HR and union but nothing has been done about it...woolworths has really made me ill..how is this possible and how can they still be acting the same with others..they have made people very scared and put them in a shell..i do hope that something will be done about this as i am suffering and othersa are as well.

Woolworths fresh fruit platter

My wife purchased a fresh fruit platter included pineapple, rock melon, green and red apple, orange, dew melon covered in plastic at around 3.15 pm at Woolworths Lane Cove. She went to the plaza to eat with the kids and gave a few pieces to the baby who rejected it and then my wife tasted several pieces and found it was all spoilt. She chucked in the bin then she realised she should go and tell Woolworth's so they could take other platters from sale. Upon visiting the customer service she was told that she would need to bring it from the bin to show them, and the lady refused to let my wife speak with the manager. When she objected, they gave her money back but my wife was distressed that she had ignored her. Could you please advise why a serious complain about food safety was not dealt with in accordance with the regulations of the NSW Food Authority? Are you going to take any steps to rectify selling spoilt food in future at stores? Can we be confident in future that we are buying fresh food for our family?

Woolworths paying for packaging.

Hi
I have recently started on a nutrition program and have started weighing my foods. It became obvious i was not paying for just food quantity and was paying for the plastic wrappings and the pads you kindly place within the container.
On a 530 gram mince container with padding i lost around 50 grams whilst a package containing 500 grams of sliced beef lost just over 20 grams due to the container.
Buying in the deli they weigh the containers prior to placing them on the scales, so why isnt this practice happening when packaging on selves?

I look forward to your response being a very loyal Woolworth shopper for many years.

Kind Regards

Stephen Naughtin
