When I bought mine, I noticed it was made, I think, by NEC in Japan. In any case, my gears are shot, but I will bet I can find them. FixYa says that the gears for a KitchenAid will work. Check it out, and search enough, parts are available I suspect, (and hope).

The Customer Relations dept emailed me that this model no longer exists so my stand mixer is collecting dust. The motor runs but the cheap gears are plastic and doesn't turn the mixer. I have the biggest paper weight in the world now. Will never buy a WP product again.

It look as if I am not going to get any parts for my Commercial Mixer CMSD0020, and you can be sure I will not ever buy any of Mr. Puck's products and I would advise everyone not to do so.

I have one also thought i got lucky and bought an open box at Sams, however I was severely disappointed when I found out this is not repairable because they won't say who made this for them or provide repair parts. I know they are available because I see the mixers being sold now as refurbs. Right now I will never buy another product with the Wolfgang Puck name on it

I purchased a mixer thinking WOW! 750 watts, that's great, it's more than a kitchen aid and at about 1/2 the cost. The blender no longer works because I thought with that powerful of a motor it should work at crushing ice. I was wrong. It wasn't like it was large chunks of ice either. I would not recommend purchasing a mixer from Wolfgang Puck. Also the first mixer I purchased I had to take back because it was making a horrible metal grinding noise.

@TIGRABABY. Please don't malign Fixya dot com. I am and Admin there and Fixya has never charged for asking questions, and equally, no one is paid for answering. I have been with the website since 2006. There is a sister site called 6ya, and that is a telephone help version and that does charge.

The website JustAnswer dot com does charge but not Fixya.

Puck doesn't sell these products, he just allows companies to put his name on the goods for a cash kickback for each one sold. All of the items are 'sell and run', 12 month warranty, no support, no spares. He does have a Manuals section but only for current items. It is not a good business model.

Please don't malign the Fixya.com site. The site is free and there is no charge to post questions and not cost for getting answers.

I have a Wolfgang Puck blender model BCBB0020 and need a new power switch. I bought the blender refurbished on ebay and it has three speeds but all of the speeds are super fast and I need to have slower speeds. Wolfgang Puck is of no help (they don't carry spare parts) so if anyone can refer me to the place I can get a switch I would appreciate it. Thanks

I have same prob. The rivets are coming off and the handle just deattached from the pan itself. I dont have the receipt anymore. Looks like that is an ongoing prob of this brand. Hope they can replaced it.cotherwise not really recommendable to buy.

I purchased a 25 piece Wolfgang Puck stainless steel cookware set back in 2005. It says limited lifetime warranty on these items. They are not scratched or broken but have not performed to it’s best. They are sticking now and rivets become loose quickly. Fortunately I have the original receipts. I would love to get a replacement set and send these back. They can check the items and maybe the next generation of sets will be manufactured with a better quality.

I have 2 sets over half of them leak at handles. I have had them about 20yrs got them from QVC or HSN not sure which can not find receipt so warranty doesn't work. I mean really if it says Wolf Gang on them shouldn't that be enough.

I bought the 20+ piece stainless steel set in 2005 from QVC and have been very pleased all these years later. I use any one or more pieces daily. The cookware has performed as expected. I was unsure about foods sticking (I had always used coated cookware) and I hear Wolfgang’s voice say “do not cook on high heat”. This cookware has been a joy to use!

I bought my 2 sets from Sam's Club years ago because of lifetime warranty. My largest sauce pan developed a not on the bottom and I still have not found anyone that will replace it. A quality company would have a website for warranty issues.

We have a set in which all 3 of the sauce pans have lost the handles - thank GOD i wasnt lifting the 3qt with boiling liquid when the handle physically came off in my Hand - NO warning unlike as we had the 2qt come off but it loose first ... the 3qt just fell off! Going to drill them out and replace with stainless steel screws - wont be pretty but functional!

I have an 18" NS Omelet pan that has the lining breaking up. Judging from the preceding comments I assume the so-called "lifetime warranty" does not apply. My question is, "Is it safe to still use the pan or is it like T-fal that becomes toxic upon use once the lining is cracked?

I received the WP café collection from Sam's as a gift several years ago. Had not used them much because they looked so nice. I retired a year or so ago and started using the cookware all the time. I noticed after several uses that the rivets were getting bad, they finally started leaking around the rivets last week. I haven't had any lids shatter yet, but now I know what to expect. I will never buy another WP product again. My husband gave these to me for Christmas one year and thought he was buying a good quality item. Needless to say they are garbage...

Why do people run out and buy this crap because some celebrity sells their name to a company ? The celebrities don't use this crap and sure as hell don't care about your satisfaction with the product or if you'll ever buy another piece of this junk again, they already got paid a long time ago ! So stop buying this junk that is marketed under celebrity names, do you actually believe these people manufacture and sell these products - stupidity is bless

enamel surface bubbles up and you cant find any way to contact them to get it replaced

It cooks terrible! No matter what temperature I use. I used oil, butter margarine. Nothing stops it from sticking.

The color is spotted and looks bad. The rivets are all pitted. It’s a few years old, but it shouldn’t look this way.

I purchased a knive about 2 years ago and it is falling apart after regular kitchen use. My wife was gutting vegables yesterday and you can see in the picture that the knife fell apart

Burgundy outside cream inside heavy cast iron oval large dutch oven-like cooker:
The cream inside porcelain-like surface coating over the cast iron became scarred down to the metal. No abuse. Defect. How or where do I go to get this resurfaced?

I bought a set of Wolfgang Puck Pots at the BJs Wholesale in Sanford Fl near the Amtrak Auto Train. The bolts on all the handles look like they are rusting white Ashley color. I have other stainless steel pots ie. All Clad that I bought way before your pots and they look as good as the day I bought them. I would not recommend your pots to anyone.

Wolfgangpuck 8-quart rapid pressure cooker Model BPCRM800-1. The words (Seal and Vent) on the Pressure Release device for thid pressure cooker have come off. In my opinion, this is unsafe. I really enjoy the using product and think it does a great job. I would like the part replaced.

It was broken when opened. Tried calling customer service and call never goes through. Called wp productions corporate [protected], left a message but no call back. Very bad customer service turns me off from ever getting another product.

I purchased this appliance and it worked well until it would not heat. This was only a week after the warranty expired. The timer turns on and the green ready light flickers for a second. But none of the heating elements work rendering this pressure oven useless. I expected this to last for more than 12 months when I bought it.
