Wish free - just pay shipment

Some of items say free just pay shipment, but when I go to cart and want to place another order, I saw nothing is marked free, u pay for item and shipment. So how many items dt I ordered already and paid for both! Not happy with that, I love to shop with wish and fab items but I am a single mom and only have a part time work that dont pay much, so I need to order as I can and then this happen... Unacceptable... Im very upset

Wish credit card charged, but no order found

On the 26th of June, I placed an order on Wish, logging in on facebook. The order was placed, and payed for. If you look at my account summary you can see it was charged 2 times, the corrected. Since I have never recieved any emails about the order being placed, I went on the site to check my order histroy. No orders have been placed. I do have 2 different emails, so I tried logging in with the other, still the same thing. If no order was placed, why was 211, 75 euros charged to my account. Email [protected]@aliceposta.it

Wish customer service

Wish is a terrible place to do business with! There is no one to speak and there is absolutely NOTHING one can do when there is an issue! I had originally disputed an item that I had not yet received, however, when the item did arrive, in almost a month, I went ahead and canceled the dispute. When I went to use Wish again, at time of checkout, I was informed that there is a block on my Wish account. Through numerous correspondence emails, I sent proof of the cancellation from my bank, at there request, and I'm still blocked. They then informed me that I need to send them a copy of my photo ID, too. No way! I'm not sending some online company that corresponds through the same verbatim emails with no actual person to speak with a copy of my personal information. I went ahead and did a final dispute and I will no longer do business with this un-legit scam place!

Wish clothing

My 3RD complaint and notice to you for fraudulently using my card. You thought you could be clever, ignore me and express mail 2 packages. I refused them, I have pics of the refusal and 8pics of the postal worker taking them at the post office. So, you can't play the"we didn't get them, you didn't abide by our cancel policy", because I didn't try to cancel, I wanted a correction and you to refund my account for fraudulent use. You are still there. You have u crossed state/international lines, and you know what a treat Trump is so I will be contacting the big the big U.S. "boys" on your Company. Do NOT attempt to circumvent the laws and try to send me any more products. You are dead in 8th water.

Wish discount I didn't get!

Hi I have just recently downloaded wish app again after getting a new phone ...over all I'm generally happy with wish Items. So I found a few things I liked added to my basket...didn't purchase straight away ..missed out on some offers...how ever when I did go to pay it offered me 25% off my total so I thought great il take that (not wanting to miss out on a barging again) only to find out once u had taken my payment I only got 5% off! I don't want to sound ungrateful any money off is great but do not offer 25% when that isn't what u get! Not happy!

Wish clothing/ 6/30/17/ 79.80

I went on your sight to purchase clothing and other items for myself and a friend. When I went to the cart I saw that items that I wanted to remove and replace would only let me write an email next to them. It says I will be contacted regarding those items. So I went back into the account a couple days later ( I am nearly blind so I can only stay on the computer for a little while at a time) to continue purchasing items and went to the cart to see my total and noticed it was empty, except for the items I had just selected. I did NOT authorize or submit payment for the previous items. I would not have done that until I was contacted about the notations made on the items I had made errors on previoysly, furthermore, I wouldn't have gone back into the account to continue IF I HAD PAID FOR THE PRIOR ITEMS! I'm sorry, but that is absolutely ignorant on your part! You used my credit card from a prior purchase and you did NOT have my authorization to use the card because I wasn't finished and did NOT submit payment. REFUND the $79.80, return the items back to my cart and contact me so I can make corrections to the previous items (6-30-17). I will go to further legal means if necessary. But, if I were your Company, I would refund the amount, have customer service contact me to help me with those purchases listed in error, allow me to spend more money and this can be settled. Wish I never received my order!

I placed an order 2 months ago signed in from a Wish account through Facebook. My Facebook account has been hacked and I will never be able to recover it. Point is I never received My LED showerhead, or aluminum led color light fidget spinner. I am very disappointed with the several times I have emailed from the account BEFORE it was hacked and the length of time and my order never came. I feel as if I was just scammed out of my money!

Wish I don't know where my money went.

I ordered a few things back in May 1st week. After more than 30 days I received a message saying my order has been cancelled for some reason and that my money would be refunded. It's 10 days into July and I still don't know where the money is or when is it going to be refunded. There is no way to track my refund. Now, I don't know if someone would even care to reply here, as I don't see any comments or replies on previous grievances of other customers, but I still humbly request you to provide me with an answer. Any kind of update would be appreciated. If it was 10 or 15 euros, I would have even let it go. My order amount was 50 euros including shipping.

I've been waiting as long as I could for my things to come to me but, I never seen the items that I have order. I first order was on June 1st and haven't seen or received most of my things. I just want to see what happened to my things, and what can I do or who I need to talk to about this situation

Wish elf on a shelf

There is price issue with this item. It's advertised as free, paying shipping only, but when you add to cart it adds a price. All #'s in the selection area all say free, and #'a 1, 2 and3 were free. Even the numbers 4and above said free, it added a charge for the item.
I do have screenshots of what i'm referring to, but this is not right to advertise free and then charge for the item.
I'll await your reply.

Wish plate came broken.

Dinner plate Came broken from a set of 4 place settings.Beach Camera said they would refund me $10, but then said Wish would have to do it.l've been posting this where ever l can with no response.Will Wish refund me or not? Wish clothing

Order # 5960762Fd03c8732052a7132. Was up looking at some items and when i went to review the list of items it charged my card. I immediately cancelled the order. However wish is sending me messages that the items are shipping. I have gone to the customer support and teied to cancel again yet it wont and the stupid thing keeps askinv for a picture. How can i have a picture of items I dont have nor do I want . This is over $146 worth of merchandise its my 1st time trying wish and after all of this it is definitely my last. I sent an email to the customer support and all I got was contact the online order history. This is very frustrating. I dont want to have to pay for return shipping and stocking when I am asking you mot to send this stuff. I dont appreciate the processing of this situation. Someone needs to contact me and not another lame email of a prerecorded message. Please refund my money expeditiously.
Highly unlikely to shop here again.

Wish haven't received my order

The product I bought was a "Newest Hot Products Lovers Gift Women Simple Necklace 26 Letter Heart-shaped Charm Pendant Necklace Gold/Silver Plated" and the tracking number is [protected]. I ordered this on May 21, 2017 and was supposed to arrive on June 25th, 2017. It has taken over a month and they tell me to wait +20 business days. I would like to know if I am ever getting this item this year or if this person is scamming people for their money.

Wish returned order

What can I say other than i've purchased well over $150 worth of merchandise from geek in the past. Suddenly, i'm getting a notice that my orders are being returned and refunded without my consent for no reason. I then get a notice that I am required to send a screenshot of my personal bank statement that shows a previous order from geek. Same thing happened with wish. With wish that same action was taken and same notice given on my first order. Note the inability on the website or "verification" to have any other say in the matter. Anyone else see the lunacy and borderline illegality of this?

Wish delivery of items

Chloe Davids ordered 2 Iphone covers and a silver necklace. The package with the necklace was put in our gate which is street facing but no Iphone covers were received. We tried to view the shipping details but all the information has been cleared. We are home all day for delivery and there is access to a postbox

Wish different pricing on the website to when you purchase

Different pricing on the website to when you purchase.
I'm trying to purchase some T-shirts. The ones I am complaining about are at one price on your website but when I click by to purchase it it is nearly double the price.

I have attached photo's the four T-shirts that I'm trying to purchase.

The numbers below coinside with the pictures below. The numbers are not in order they are to match the photographs on the bottom of the page.

The descriptions are:

Sent previous email regarding prices that I was wanting to order.

Went into PayPal in case the discounted price came down once you were purchasing it. PayPal then asked did I want to review my order, which I said yes to and didn't realise that it would pay out what I had ordered.

So now I am out of pocket for the purchases I've made as four of them were cheaper on your website then charge me nearly double the amount when purchased.

I have sent an earlier email to complain about the pricing it has there the shirts that I've ordered how much they were on the website and how much they were to purchase and now I'm looking for a refund of the difference in price.

Please contact me ASAP when getting these messages on my email address which is on the form so I can continue shopping with you in the future with confidence.

Wish empty package

My item
Was shipped to me but the package was empty tracking # [protected]. Could I get a refund or have the item shipped to me this is the first time this happen so what can we do about this I alway get my stuff rite so could someone help me out with this please I would still like to use the app but just want my stuff so let's resolve the problem

I also just received an empty package but am being told by wish I received the item because the sticker states the weight on the label! We could tell the package was empty when retrieving it from mailbox so even video’d is opening the package

Wish service

I ordered 4 bathing suits among thousands of dollars of other items from wish I've oy had a issue with this one order of 4 bathing suites it's says it's been deliverd and has not I'm home every day the mail man brings my items to me personally to my door theses items never arrived wish is giving me the run around and don't want to resend my order or give my money back ..BUT THEY WILL I WILL SEE TO IT
