On July 3rd 2017 my bank statement says I had made a purchase from your app for 17.00CAN. I had been on your app recently to browse and added items to my cart, but never proceeded to check said items out. After I saw my bank statement, I checked the app to see if my cart was still there or if maybe I had purchased the items by mistake. All of the items were still in my cart and the money was still gone from my account. I then proceeded to delete every item in my cart so it could not charge again. I did not approve this transaction and would like to be refunded in full as soon as possible. I will not be using this service ever again.
I was charged $39.99 by PPSAFS.com . I did not order anything from these company, it unknown to me. What give them right to take money out of my account without permission. For stealing money from people account should pay a fines to all peoples that they took without permission.
They took my money without my consent just because I put my account details..we are not safe moes.
I have had this issue with them before and it has happened again now.
They actually went into another account my savings, somehow, I'm in the middle of emailing them right now being charged to two different accounts and charging things to my card i didn't even purchase.
It seems lately everytime you make a purchase or even have items in your cart you'll be charged even though you don't manually check out yourself without your consent
I swore I'd never purchased through them again for this very reason, it's just got good enough.
Now leaving my accounts overdrawn, not yo mention the hassle of getting any real decent reply or acknowledgement
Me too except I was charged for two transactions on items I never even browsed!
Trying to reach their customer service and can’t get a live person - figures.
I left two emails so here’s hoping they can cancel the orders, my account and refund my $489!
I am having the same exact issue. I have 8 transactions of $1 being taken out of my account and I have never made one checkout purchase. Only put things I'm interested in to my cart. I want to know how to get my money back because I'm scared they will continue to take money out of my account without my permission even if I do delete the app. So pissed 😣

Same thing has happened to me. Am in the process of giving them hell right now! Charge on my statement was posted from PPSAFS or something like that for 39.99 and I, too, had only browsed the app and added to my cart... made absolutely NO purchases. I am writing them to tell them what pieces of sh@* they are and then deleting all my info and telling as many people as I can that this app/site is crooked AF and their money is better spent thru Amazon or EBay. EFF WISH.COM, biggest piece of crap fraudulent app I've ever been duped into using... and I've literally only had it downloaded about 24 hours. I downloaded it last night and this has already happened... garbage!
