Wishonline purchase

I recently signed up to wish last night and went to make my first purchase. It gave a prompt that my visa didn't match up with my billing address. I re entered it several times (17 to be exact) and didn't work. I called visa only to find out you guys charged me $1.36 every time I attempted to get the transaction to work! I am emailing you to let you know something is wrong with your online service but also to get these charges withdrawn. I really hope someone can contact me asap and assure me I won't get charged for this technical failure on your part. Thank you.
