West Elm — website
I wanted to buy many things from this website West Elm and after I placed my order and was about to pay I received a message that half of my selected items were no longer in stock!! Why did they tell me about that after I already picked everything? I wasted my time only to be told that I can't buy any of these things!
That kind of information should be available from the very beginning. It my opinion that shows that West Elm is a highly unprofessional company and that's in my opinion is a huge disrespect towards their customers! I will not buy from them and I don't want to waste my time!
