Initially I was warned that my special order could take up to 8 weeks and I was ok with that. Its been ten months and half of the order arrived last month, which leaves me committed to the purchase (a 3 piece media console with towers). The initial order was placed incorrectly so by the time they figured that out and re-ordered the console table was no longer available and i would have to settle for a larger piece which I did. That was half a year ago. Customer service started out fine but has turned glib and unhelpful. They still dont even know if they can deliver the final piece. beyond frustrating. I would like a full refund.
