Wells Fargo unprofessional customer service

Overall their customer service is absolutely unprofessional one I have even dealt in my life with. I contacted them to resolve some issue with my bill. They could have just helped me, but they turned my account into negative and I got more serious problems with it than before. I already regretted I messed with them. Don't waste your time and go to banks that appreciate customers and try to help them if they need help.

Wells Fargo atm hacks are not being refunded

My 1st claim being denied: [protected]
My 2nd claim being denied: [protected]

In both cases, *I* did not use my ATM card. The money was *stolen* from me.

Wells Fargo is refusing to reimburse me.

Obviously, I cannot prove I (or any member of my family) did not use the card. Except, it was locked in a lock-box in my bedroom. Which I also cannot *prove*.

$200 may not be much for other people - but it is *huge* to me. At this point, I feel very much that Wells Fargo is complicit in this theft.

I have refused any other ATM card. As much as I liked it, I would not dare to even *have* one again

Wells Fargo very poor customer service

On Tuesday 8/22/18 at 1:30 walked into the branch on 1790 s. Bascom Ave CA 95008 and after approaching one of the tellers to cash an off-us check that was written to my husband.
There was no other customers besides me and my husband. three tellers were free. And after 10 minutes we were told that they need To call and verify the check and we were sent to a banker for that! There were only two bankers who were latest with client and one banker who was lobby leading for an absolute empty lobby!
Anyways I asked to talk to a manager since we had To sit and wait in the lobby for a check to be verified while there were 3 tellers available one banker (lobbyleader) available and there comes the assistant branch manager Meelad Dabishyar (very aggressive and rude) giving me all the (this is our policy) the teller can't verify a check bs...
anyhow then I asked if he can call and verify it since we were in a rush and he returned and told me "you are trying to teach me how to do my job"
This guys was so rude and disrespectful! They are here to do thei job and their job is to go out of their way to please the customers, instead he got all agressive and went and sat behind his desk got on the phone and totally ignored us!

Being a previous Wellsfargo reller and Pb myself never had such an issue since we worked as a team to bring our customer service up! And get all 5 starts!
So anyways I will be very happy if you can address this issue with that manager and the team so that they can improve their customer service skills

Wells Fargo checking/brokerage

I do not have access to ANY of MY checking accounts, nor transfer to brokerage.

This has created a horrific incident; where "I" am poor and homeless; thanks to Wells Fargo Bank; thus my life is in danger; and Yes I do feel like
taking Some Employees out of here for it; as we all know its kill or be killed to some degree when transgressed too many times over 6 mths... and on top of that the system, Finra, DBO, Consumer protection, and Corp., FBI, DOJ, and local police/courts have obstructed me from obtaining all funds many times... I had attempts on my life several to many each day, due to a trust that Wells Fargo and Chicago, LA, NYC, and even Mr. Trump have tried to steal. (Wall st journal, Trump taxes $153mil; that was my revenue in my real name, Andrew Damon Mabraeth)

That makes me Honestly with 20 holding companies; over $500 billion dollars; I am not a signer; I am OWNER; 100%!

Please email;

This is what I expect;
a. transfer all 13 accounts into my 4 brokerage accounts;
b. open 3 checking accounts.
c. cut another check to Western union; for $10k; 4 transfers of 3k, 3k, 3k, 1k. so that I can rent a car and prepare sue.
d. Also FedEx personal delivery, signature verify, $4mil to me; today;
overnight mail to 231 avenida del mar San Clemente, CA 92672
e. Also I expect that Nick A. DAmbrosia, and all dambrosia and dambrosio accounts will go to me, you are authorized to purchase Death Records;
so that you can put the money in my brokerage account;
f. I have 34 accounts so x $2k each; another $68k check for Keller Rohrback again today into my account.

Lein was placed on my account, worked with CA tax board to clear the issue. They sent a release to WF on 8/11 2:01 PM. called WF twice that day, issue escalated and told to call back monday am. Called monday Am and WF rep advised the check going to CA tax board was pulled and should be done in 24 hours. Called back to confirm 8/16, WF rep advised the check was sent out. First lie from WF on this case. Spoke with yolanda (WF rep) and another escalation issued to manager George Loudd, staing he would call me back. Yolanda called back an hour later to notify me that the stop placement on the check was issued and that it should take 24 hours, and that George would be giving me a call to get more info and discuss reimbursement options. Called back as George never called, and found out that the email to George was never sent, that the stop pay never went through, and that WF needs to wait for CA tax board to recieve the check and either cash it, or send it back (30 days). This was the second lie from WF. Sent to VM of Molly Rebenstein (?) manage of legal department. Still awaiting a call back.

Wells Fargo disputing a transaction/filing a claim

I received poor service and nothing but sarcasm in my conversation with ELIZABETH today. I was explaining to her that I had an agreement with the merchant to delay the processing until October 2 and she basically told me why that was no valid reason for my claim and that my claim is denied because it's up to the merchant. I told her well once we made an agreement they were suppose to hold up their end of the deal and didn't so therefore I should not be denied approval.

She gave me sarcasm and I told ELIZABETH that I would no longer do business with them. Her reply was, oh I'm so sorry to hear that. COMPLETE SARCASM!I asked for her last name she says we're not REQUIRED to give out that information.
I WILL CONTINUE TO CLIMB UP THE CHAIN OF COMMAND until SOMETHING GETS DONE ABOUT THIS.

WE, THE CUSTOMERS, make WELLS FARGO GO ROUND without us there is no WF.

Wells Fargo service

I am complaining about the awful service I received today from ur personal banker NMLSR ID 1057845. It is the nearest branch to my address. Your banker was very rude to me and telling me what to do. She would give me very sarcastic smilles and not helping or even working as it should be.
My card number is [protected] Ramadan Rouby. It was awful and I don't wanna get any service from this banker anymore.

Wells Fargo employee complaint

On August 14, 2017 at 11:25 am at South Roanoke well fargo a employee as the name of Recollett rudely assisted me with cashing a check at the teller. She was texting on her personal phone while helping me and talking unprofessional to the other teller. I was telling her i wanted small bills and turn out she still gave me back large bill. i think she need to take some customer service skills because i will no longer walk in there if she one of the tellers.

Wells Fargo mortgage escrow taxes paid for entire year inappropriately

We purchased a new home in November of 2016. We used CalAtlantic Title Company, a part of CalAtlantic, or Ryland in the old days.

As you know, at settlement, all taxes that we should not pay are not our responsibility any more. That means that 10 months of taxes are not our responsibility.

So my loan was traded twice, and when transferred to Wells Fargo it was mishandled horribly. For some unknown reason, Wells Fargo decided to double pay the entirety of 2016 taxes, and is now trying to collect that over a year as an escrow shortage.

Wells Fargo is responsible for this, and this to my knowledge is Mortgage Fraud. Wells Fargo has been punished by the government multiple times for Fraud.

My next step if I do not get this settled is to contact the Federal Government and file a claim against Wells Fargo for Fraud, or whatever the proper legal term is for trying to steal money from me.

I was incorrect in my initial assessment. It appears that the title company did not pay the 2016 taxes it owed. Now I have to work with the title company, who will not return my calls.

Wells Fargo being ignored

I have been their client for about 3 years. And I have sent my complaints for the same period about not getting bank receipts.
There’s $2300 of my money held with the bank and there’s no statement, nothing.

Just a normal one. Nothing more. That’s all I need from them. Why is it so difficult to send a receipt?
I know that they keep ignoring me and honestly I have no idea why.

Who can tell me what am I to do?

Wells Fargo branch manager catapano nmlsr 690404

Date incident Aug 7 2017
I have been a WF customer since 2013, today I went to Sandy Springs branch 30328 to deposit large check for $15, 000, due to fact my account was overdrawn by $300 less than 2 days manager Catapano inform my check would be put on hold 7 days . I politely ask her to call Bank of America ( issuing check bank ) and verify funds . She refused and asked me to go to Bank of America to get certified check to deposit into my WF account . She indicated that only $5, 000 will be available next day and the rest of the amount to be put on HOLD ! A certified check ! I was treated with anger, attitude and low arrogance, she made me feel like I was a "dead beat " or crook ! All in front of a packed branch . She is human trash not deserving to represent the so call moral values of WF . I went to Bank Of America, as she so arrogantly told me to do when I complained to her that I should close my account with WF, and I opened a new checking account with them !
I will be refinancing my WF mortgage with Bank of America and close my WF credit card as well . Please send my regards to that scammer you just lost a good customer

Wells Fargo account

On July 31, I got a check returned because of insufficient funds. This was a big surprise for me, since I had taken money from my other bank account and made a cash deposit thou the ATM at Wells Fargo. I was completely outraged to see that a cash deposit was posted as a pending transaction, so of course my check bounced. I called Wells Fargo and that was the explanation. Well since I had the money in the bank I decided to make a withdrawal for the whole amount of $495.00, I asked the person from customer service to please increase my daily withdrawal amount to $500 in order for me to take this money out and make the payment in cash. My request was denied for reasons unknown. I decided to go to the bank and make a withdrawal, well another surprise the drive thou closes at 5:00 from Monday thru Wednesday, so I was able to only withdrew $300.00, the very next day at 545am before going to work I went to the ATM to withdrew the rest and of course another surprise from them, my transaction couldn't be process, reason unknown, the screen only show a phone number for me to call. This is my money, the one that I have to work really hard for it, however the bank seems to think of it as his money and I have to go thru all this struggle to get it from them. It took me only this experience to realize that it would be impossible for me to keep my money here. I guess Wells Fargo, could care less about loosing one client, since they have many others. But every day people go thru this experience with banks and I really don't understand why is so hard fro us as clients to be able to use the money we have in the bank. I'm done with Wells Fargo, and there are no perfect banks but it has to be one were things are easier for their clients.

Wells Fargo unethical harassment by wells fargo managers

I am writing today to complain of the harassment and slander I've faced from Mrs. Ashley Hawthorne and Mr. Chaz Hawthorne. These incidents started on 05/09/2012. On this day Mrs. Ashley Hawthorne and Mr. Chaz Hawthorne started screaming at the top of their voices and started abusing me and my son in the middle of the night. I believe all this started because I had to call Police because often Mr. and

Mrs. Hawthorne along with their friends threw beer bottles and littered on my property including my parking garage. I often had to call the Animal Control as well as Mr. and Mrs. Hawthorne weren't able to control their pets and the pets often attacked me and my family which pose a threat to my family's health and well-being.
The harassment and slanders began after these incidents took place. On the night of 05/09/2012 Mr. and Mrs. Hawthorne even called my son as “Mentally Retarded”. I was deeply angered and aggrieved by such comments from them. I even tried contacting the Police about the matter but my requests and complaints fell onto deaf ears.

The Police took no action against the Hawthornes but instead charged me for harassing her. After I hired a lawyer by selling some of my assets they dropped the case. These incidents have caused a great quantum of trauma for my family. After Mrs. Hawthorne called my son “Mentally Retarded” he has suffered emotional trauma and still has not recovered from that incident. Around 04/01/2015 I could not log into my online account, and when I contacted Wells Fargo they told me that someone had attempted to hack my online banking account. I tried to fix this issue and contacted

Wells Fargo several times for early resolution but the bank never took the matter seriously and kept the matter hanging in the balance. This took place when Ashley Hawthorne was spreading untrue things about me and my son, all around Wells Fargo bank. On 07/03/2015 I was sent a abusive letter from Dane Chambers informing me that Wells Fargo is exercising their right to close my new account. I only had it open for a few weeks and when I called to check my balance but it took me straight to a live person who me it was closed. I was given no opportunity to

explain the situation and the bank gave no reason as to why they closed my bank account. The Bank just single-handedly closed my account Then again on 05/12/2015 Mrs. Ashley Hawthorne falsely accused me of harassment. All these acts by Mr. and Mrs. Hawthorne and the Wells Fargo bank have caused a great deal of mental and physical trauma for me as well as my family.

The derogatory remarks by Mrs. Ashley Hawthorne against my son has traumatized him to and he still has not recovered from those remarks. The false accusations by Mrs. Ashley Hawthorne have caused my family into a state of Financial Stress. Also, the actions of Wells Fargo of closing my bank account without any good reason has caused a negative effect on my Credit Report which is affecting me adversely as the other banks refuse to do business with me. After all these aforementioned Incidents my life has been adversely affected.

I have heard that Wells Fargo is offering people $25.00 . The acts of the bank have caused me a loss both monetary and emotional which is sufficiently more than $25. Therefore I demand I should be paid $200, 000 to mend the damages caused by the Wells Fargo bank and their representatives.

I sent in the medication form and I was denied too participate in the medication form, which the letter states my issues are not related to any unauthorized account opening. I believe that wells Fargo employees should be held for all the unethical and criminal things that they have done against me. Ashley Hawthorne is using her position as a district manager to unlawfully harass me and trying to ruin my life and my good name.

I have been purged from the wells Fargo bank and this information has been sent to my banking record. And it states that my account was closed with cause. There was no cause. Mrs. Ashley Hawthorne lied to Dane Chambers that I was harassing her, in the bank while I was taking care of my own banking business which I was told to do. I was giving the run around trying to open my new account around 05/2015

I take it as an insult for the running around they was doing to me from the 13street branch in Phenix City Al. And then to be treated like this after getting my account open and was lied about by Mrs. Ashley Hawthorne. The banker that I was talking to can verify that I wasn’t harassing her. I was set up to be done this way because Mrs. Ashley Hawthorne was spreading false things about me to them, and she was having them call her to let her know about my business, this is stalking.

I had no idea that she was in there when I got there, I never had ran into any previous visits. Until this supposedly hacking into my account and they disabled my online access. And I was told to come in and open my new account at my local Wells Fargo bank. But the whole time I was being set up.

Wells Fargo employees should be held account for all their actions besides opening unauthorized accounts. And it was no misunderstand at how Mrs. Ashley Hawthorne was screaming my private information for all the other neighbors of mine to hear. It is a banks responsibility to keep customers private information private, but my information and my sons wasn’t giving that.

Mrs. Ashley Hawthorne stated that I was “Poor” and that she made more money than me, she thought that she had some type of authority over me and my son which she didn’t. Telling me to take my “Mentally Retarded son back into my home, like she had some authority to say my son wasn’t welcome to come out side.

Me and my son deserved to be compensated for the harassment and slander from Mrs. Ashley Hawthorne and Chas Hawthorne. They had gotten other Wells Fargo employees involved in the harassment against me and influencing Wells Fargo to close my checking account.

My life is still be affected because I can no longer work due to the stress and mental anguish for which Mrs. Ashley Hawthorne had such hate and malic against me because I owned my own home and I was a single woman making it on my own.
She wanted to take that away from me and she nearly made me homeless.

Wells Fargo fraud, threats from bank worker

I will be closing all accounts with Wells Fargo today! Phone threats from Lisa Cantrell to return money to joint account (which I have full equal access to) or the police would be called.
Money pulled from my savings account with no explanation. Then after 1.5 hours with customer service was told person not authorized to my account claimed fraud so the money was pulled without my consent or knowledge.
I will be pulling all 4 of my savings accounts, 3 brokerage accounts, checking and moving my mortage from the care of Wells Fargo.
I have been banking with this bank over 26 years and after looking at the reviews from BBB I can now understand why ratings are in the 2 mark.
Clearly my money is not safe in the hands of this bank, and to be threatened by a bank worker is completely out of line.

Wells Fargo parking

I went to the Wells Fargo at 100 Crandon Blvd. Key Biscayne, Florida 33149
At 10:30 this morning. I noticed all the signs in the parking lot said
For Wells Fargo Customers only. I would say about 15 spaces. None were empty. I had to park at the shopping center next door. I went inside the bank to make a withdraw and no customers were inside. A man in the bank said, can I help you? I told him about the lot and he said, yeah we gotta do something about that. Im looking out the window to make sure my car is still there.
Anyway that's all he said.
If you can't handle a parking lot how are you going handle financial needs ?
There are still laws in this country.
Even in Miami. So the first thing I would do is put up signs that say you will be towed. If that doesn't fix the problem I would call a tow truck. Simple.
Besides that I love Wells Fargo and would recommend them.

Wells Fargo customer service and withheld funds

My name is April Moore and my current address is 3000 Greenridge Dr. Apt 1535 Houston TX 77057

I recently submitted a check through mobile banking Friday July 14, 2017. Today is July 18, 2017 and my check has still not been released. Unfortunately my bills come out of this account and I can not pay my bills because of this hold that has not happened before. Everyone except the original customer service rep. has been very unaccommodating and insensitive to the whole situation. I live by myself, no family in Houston and I have bills that are coming out of my account today that will be declined because there is a hold on my funds for no reason other than I am a new account which they haven't held fund from me before in previous deposits. This has made the worst impression on a "new customer" and unfortunately has prompt me to eagerly close my account once all of this is finished. I have never been so disrespected and in disbelief by upper management. I come from a company where customer service is our way of life and this truly was poor customer service. At this moment no one could help me and basically told me that I would not have any money until next Tuesday. A week from now where I literally have no funds to pay the phone company or pay my car note. This is truly disheartening and I hope the next new customer gets treated much better. I hoped Wells Fargo proved my opinion about banks different but I see it's no different no matter where you are. Please advise your managers and supervisors that listening to a customer is key not talking over them and hanging up on a customer is completely out of line. Also please let your case department know being told you could possibly be apart of a money laundering scheme is not at all the least bit flattering.

Wells Fargo account scam

Despite what Wells Fargo said about not using the old sales practices, they still are pushing employees to open up accounts for customers. I worked for WF for a while and reviewed documents in their corporate drive that detailed how to push for and open up accounts for customers. This was proven when the minority scandal came forth months ago, but the practices still have not changed.

Wells Fargo mortgage

I am applying for a mortgage and everything that the underwriter is asking for is already in the bank statement that I submitted to them, for the past two months they are asking me to submitted the same information and when I speak with rep via phone and point out to them it is in the bank statement they then say ok. And the next week still asked for the same item, like my loan is being passed around by difference underwriters. I currently work for the bank as well and I am starting to realize this showing some kind of red lining is taking place.

Wells Fargo financial advisor

I would like to know how a step relative of mine/Wells Fargo financial adviser, has inherited the estates of every one in my family, that trusted him with their money. Contrary to everything in their wills...Barry Szymczak out of your Naperville IL office, has done that...4 times. He denied my Great uncle, that I was taking care of, antibiotics, for a severe bladder infection. Which made Raymond Gawelczys' death painful, cruel, and agonizing. He suffered sooo much. Still makes me cry. Antibiotics! Just to make him comfortable. Mr. Szymczak denied the drs advice to administer these antibiotics...Then there is my grandmother, Stella Szymczak, And 3 of her siblings...Raymond Gawelczyk, Milton Gawelczyk, and Dorothy Gawelczyk. They all trusted him...He took everything for himself...even though their wills said something different. But he created trusts and did what ever he had to do to steal everything. Someone should look into this. A little forensic accounting will prove what he has done...Look at their accounts, and the action on said accounts once they got sick. This unforgettable, and unforgivable ...I need justice for my family.

Wells Fargo home mortgage

Good afternoon my is Maggie Ellison I live 128 Hampstead Ave Savannah, Ga. about six months ago we had an unexpected hurricane disaster in our city. Many homes were damaged do due to the hurricane. Unfortunately, Our home didn't bypass the storm and damages of the storm.Being customer of Well Fargo because of Hurricane Matthew storm the company gave their customer three months without paying any mortgage.when three months were up Wells Fargo promised that they would have a program in place to help with payments, which was a lie. I have been trying two make two payment a month January, February until I just don't have any extra money to pay. I am months behind with late payments add to regular payments. I have talked to several high executives at well Fargo No one can help it sad. Before I go to the media with problem could someone please help me with this matter getting caught up with payments.
