coffee
On April 26, 2018 I entered the Wawa in Waretown for a cup of coffee to take to work. When I took a sip of the coffee, it didn't taste like it normaly does. It had a burnt taste. Must have been sitting all night. I couldn't go back for a fresh cup because I was already in my car on my way to work. At that time in the morning I have to say I am not very happy. I'm disappointed. Night crew should always keep up with the coffee. It's important.
customer service
Every single time I go into the wawa on philadelphia pike in claymont (overnight hours), I tell myself not to go back.. Yet I do because I love this location. The two girls that work behind the food counter are very miserable and non approachable. This is a continuous issue with the same two girls. I say thank you... Neither will reply... I ask a question about the menu or something and I feel like I shouldn't have even asked a question. They are rude. I never have this problem in the daytime nor with any other employees. The one girl I think her name is shamika.. And the other name im not sure of but today she had blue hair mixed with black hair if that helps any. I do not like sending in negative comments but this needs to be addressed. Today is 4/26/2018 around 1 a.m..
my food
Hello, I ordered the half soup half flatbread combo and it was not at all what I paid for. The flatbread was completely burnt, didn't have half of what I asked for, and I asked the lady behind the counter to add lettuce and she comepletly ignored me. This is one of the many reasons why I never order food from your place of business. Extremely frustrated.
sub
Just got a turkey sub and the bread is like a brick and barely any lettuce or peppers which I ask for . Husband brought to me at work and what a disappointment it was, all bread which was hard, , very dissatisfied in the sub, won't be recommending wawa as a place to get a sub to my employees or family, I will let them know if it is made right . It was NOT worth what it cost
hoagie
I had ordered a hoagie from stroudsburg wawa . I was rushing back to work and figured wawa is always quick and easy . I have never been so disgusted by this place . I got my hoagie and opened it up when I got my break during jobs at my work . I always add a extra ranch packet and when I did, I noticed more plastic film thing . Turns out it was a piece of throw away glove. From now on I think will stick to merchandise and sealed goods . I do not trust the deli workers
cleanliness
I must notify you of the absolutely filthy and disgusting conditions at your store located at the corner of Darby and Manoa Roads, Havertown, PA 19083. The attached photo's are only a small example of what I have seen for the past 30 days. Both inside and outside of the facility is always dirty and I am surprised that WAWA has no quality controls that have detected a issue at this location. My complaint is not new, the conditions at this location is on going.
I can assure you I will no longer utilize this facility and will do whatever necessary to avoid WAWA in the future.
homestyle chicken bites
I just bought Homestyle Chicken Bites at WAWA in Yardley, PA. When I went to give them to my 7 year old son, I noticed the bites were dried out and discolored. When I checked the box for the time it said 6:20. I purchased them around 6:45. They should not have been out under the heater for purchase. Please contact that WAWA and tell the manager they need to keep up with pulling the old food. It's like I just threw money in the trash because I have to trash the bites.

I am part of the guys that you were suppose to meet at store 125 last Friday to talk about the manager Tim in ref to the problem we had with him calling the police on us on the 13th of this month for no reason. You talked to one of the guys Al King about this, we informed you wanted to talk to us all, but you did not come but on the 20th for that. Just wondering what happened that day. Frequently I visit the Wawa located on 3510 Us Hwy 1792 in Lake Mary, FL. I am newer to Florida and have only been visiting Wawa for a short length of 2 years. I have to say, the customer service at this Wawa is usually excellent but there is one employee who has a somewhat bothered attitude when I go there. I typically visit on night shift while on break at work, and her face and attitude is quite unpleasant. I guess it just seems like she is mad all the time and for the first time ever I feel as if it is an annoyance to her to serve the public. I am not here to shame anyone or put anyone on the spot, but it has been more than 3 times I have visited and her facial expressions and attitude are quite negative. Hopefully she will find what works for her to have a better evening. Prior to my experiences with this employee though, I will say Wawa had 100 percent excellent customer service throughout my time of visiting the stores.
food offerings
I frequent various Wawa stores about 4-7 times per week, and half the time I order the cheese, tomato, spinach panini. Today I was told at the counter that all paninis were discontinued, even though they were big sellers! As a vegetarian, I sometimes struggle to find good options. I am not a fan of Wawa's hoagie breads at all, so now I only have one sandwich-type option, which is the quesadilla. Why were the paninis discontinued? I will not be going to Wawa nearly as often anymore!
food quality
I ordered a breaded chicken classic with light oil and vinegar. What I got was a sandwich drenched in vinager so badly that I could not taste anything else on the sandwich. This is not the first time I have faced such frustration with this store. Every time I go to this location I am faced with nothing but disapppintment. I love Wawa but this store never lives up to expectations of other locations.
cashier service unprofessional
the store on 17th & arch in Philadelphia pa has the worst customer service. It was 4:38a.m. 4/17/2018 and the cashier was the rudest ever she balls her face up when asked things and has a very nasty and ignorant disposition. She got upset because I was waiting on her then got smart and told me my mother is a female dog! (Wow right) it was a police officer in there but she was trying to keep it quiet and I didn't bother because I was working over night...

An incident took place on the 13th of April at approximately 10:30 am on above mention date.Myself and several senior citizens for several years have gone to get our coffee or drinks in the morning and get or papers and then set and talk about things that are going on in the area and the city, No manager has every had a problem with us there.We greet other patrons and we talk. No manager has called the police on us before.On date mention Tim called do so, called police who told us we had to go from property. These guys are retired Postal workers, Retired police and city workers.When that manager came there i had a feeling he may have a problem with people of color.I now think he does. Not friendly to mush too. I just thought that you should be aware of this problem. Thank You.Mr Morgan

My husband and I stopped at the wawa on schoenersvillle road. As we always go there before we head home every week. My husband ran in to grab milk and cigarettes and he couldn't find his license, so he asked me to run in for him quick. I ran in and I had a coupon he had given me and the cashier kyle very rudely said um no because I just saw him give you the coupon and he just came in here and didn't have an id. I said he was very rude and he yelled something at me I just couldn't catch it. So I went back outside and told my husband to find his license because he wouldn't let me. So he found it and ran in and the strip on the back of his license is a little worn. The cashier kyle told him very rudely that if the license didn't swipe through that he wouldnt be able to get his cigrettes because that was the only way and no other way around it. Which I know is in fact a lie. I've just shown my I'd to that exact kid and he just put in my birth date. You need to talk to kyle about his attitude and rudeness. I don't care if he was having a bad day. His rudeness/attitude was not nessaccary.
product availability
On 04/12/18 approximately 2330 hours, visited wawa for cigarettes and soup. My brand was not available again and no soup. Went out of my to a different wawa and had no problems.
On 04/13/18 visited wawa and again could not get my cigarettes and a drink as there was no ice.
These are not isolated incidents but common occurrences especially with the availability of fresh coffee.
It's becoming more and more disappointing to visit this store.

My name is Virginia K Parker, I am writing to you about one of your employees at store #16 Walnut St. I came to the coffee area to purchase some hazelnut coffee, it was down to the end I tipped it to get every drop. Janaya holling it's no more in they and one is coming in. two to three minutes.

we as professional for something that we're going to be paying for and she's holling for what. The gentleman said tomorrow is free coffee day. If attitude is happening today it's going to be hell tomorrow. The coffee I was waiting for was done. Janaya, as the young lady making the sizzles, could she put up the coffee be ause that lady is getting on my nerves. I heard her I let it go because I didn't want to go into my infusion treatment upset. But I returned a little after 11am and talked to Janaya. I let her k ow that what she did earlier this morning I didn't appreciate it. I was a shift runner at 277 a d I ran a tight ship.I showed her the article that was written on me and told her I would still be working for Wawa if I didn't close the deli for ten minutes to get caught up, Yes I could have used another person but Jim didn't see it that way. Feel free to contact Him Smith, he would tell you. I was in that store a month ago asking if they needed someone just to make coffee. I am looking for some extra money because Social Security check is gone by the 15th of the month. I can't do a thing but sit I the house. Summer on the way. Last night I ordered the 5 dollar hoagie and soup special. For some reason the ticket rung up a different price. I spome to cashier about the price and he gave me an attitude and said there's nothing he can do about it. I then asked to speak to manager. The manager came and was very dismissive and rude as well. I asked the manager if he would honor price on kiosk and he stated theres nothing he can do about it and walked off. I followed him and asked if he would at least look at the kiosk and verify price. The manager yelled at me that he doesn't make the prices and what ever the register rings up is the sale price. I told him I was very dissatisfied with customer service and would never return and patronize this wawa again. The manager then went to the office and told me he doesn't care because he's going to get paid anyway. I'm so disgusted and can't believe how I the customer was treated. Store #942 vineland nj. I went in to the store and purchsed a large mixed fruit bowl for my lunch today at 11am. 4/9/2018. I got back to my desk and opened the container, there was only 1 peice of pineapple in the container. the below is the picture. the pineapple was rotten and the grapes were very sour tasting, like they were not good. the cantouloup and honeydew were good peices of fruit. but the pineapple being as gross as it was, was really a turn off for the rest of the fruit.
unethical behavior
On 4/6, my husband lost his bank card at the North Cape May store #980. It was turned into manager (Ellie). This manager worked in Rio Grande store, where my husband was previously employed. When my husband came in the following day to ask if his card was left there, she stated, with a smirk on her face, that she destroyed the card. I called the district manager, Blake, who explained the policy was to lock the card in the safe and wait approximately 2-3 days before destroying the card. Blake assured me that this manager would be addressed, and hopefully, he will follow through. I believe that due to an unknown problem that this manager has with my husband, that she destroyed his bank card with malice. That is absolutely unacceptable behavior by any employee, but especially a manager. I am sending this email to make sure that some type of follow-up was done by corporate. This manager needs some type of write up on her record, and should have to stand some type of extra training to help her realize what type of behavior is expected as a manager. I'm sure there are many other employees willing to fill the manager position, as well as do a better job!

The Wawa on Rt. 1&9 in Elizabeth NJ is horrendous. I am a frequent customer to this location at all different times of day. Without fail there are homeless people at the door harassing customers for money. TODAY 4/8/18 at 11am there were 4 people, 2 at the front and 2 at the rear door harassing for money. I have never seen management attempt to have them leave the property. I will no longer go to this store, I would rather drive 20 miles out of the way
