I purchased a small c for 20 grand. As soon as I drove it home. I started smelling exhaust. Come to find out it had 6 recalls one being a deadly exhaust leak recall which dealership did not tell me about at all. And failed to perform any recalls required by law before hanging over the vehicle to the customer. And then check engine light after Che I engine light and part after part and labor. I had to spend over 5 grand in parts and labor for this suv. That they failed and lied to me saying it went through a 126 point inspection. Which never did. Stuff I replaced for example are water pump. Had to take apart engine to get to it. 2000 dollar job. New belt idle tension pulls compressor and lines. 1200 job. New motor mounts spark plugs coil packs injectors etc. over 1000. Also replaced motor mounts 2 had leaks under hydronic. They also kept giving me hard time in getting new tires put on because the ones on the suv where bald prob under 35 percent tread. What's the point of financing a newer vehicle and making high payments along with full coverage insurance every month. If the vehicle is just going to sit from shop to shop. While your paying for it to get fixed as well. The managers there including Esposito are worthless. They are scam artist and will play you around and act like nothing's wrimg. They were not so nice when I tried to get help on fixing my car from all the problems it had. But when they wanted me to sign for the car and pay them. They were like angels and treated me very nice. But as soon as I finished signed. That smile turned upside down. And they could care less about you. I will never buy a car from them ever again. Buyers be aware. Crook dealership. Stay away. Bunch of thieves. They will sell you junk cars that require thousands of dollars worth of work. So if you want to buy a lemon. Come on down to Wallingford Buick gmc. I have receipts for all the parts and labor put in. If you want to see. Let me know. Thanks.

So, I put a deposit on a $22, 500 used Pontiac after a day or two of negotiations with a salesman...all set to pickup the car on the weekend. Two days later I get a message to call my salesman, the car apparently already had a deposit on it but they have another one "exactly the same" I can have. Well, that car has $5, 500 more miles, no sunroof and has been modified with headers and other performance mods.

At that point, 11:30 AM, I request my deposit back. After 7 hours of communications back and forth, of course no refund. It's not about the money at this point, I know I will get that back with a credit card dispute. It's about being treated like trash after they sell the car that was supposed to be mine to someone else you would think they could take the two minutes to process a credit card refund. Nope, they'd rather *** me around all day. Can't get a manager on the phone but my salesman sure is sorry...thanks, that makes me feel better that you are sorry.

Here's to hoping the other guy backs out of the deal and they are stuck with the car.
