1 United States Review updated:

I have a CPAP Machine, and submitted the bill from the service to WAgeworks in Dec of 2008. They wanted to see the acutal bill which I had, faxed it to them only to be told that the expense was not in the plan year, because it got posted by wageworks in Jan. 2009, even though i had until 3/15/09 to spend 2008 funds in my flex spending. I also went to the dr. has a bill for $93 that i used my wageworks card to pay for, that they are now say they don't cover those charges. Its been a total nightmare with wageworks, and all the the customer service people can say it, I understand...but they are simply clueless and rude. If you use a chain store like CVS or Rite Aid, they want to see the receipt from the store to make sure you use your card properly, the reasoning...but they sell other things...Maybe its time to take my money out

My wife has done battle with these people for over three years.
We have had to submit invoices for services rendered three
separate times on many occasions. Tonight, I sent them a .pdf
of an invoice and received a canned e-mail back from them
saying the attachment was in an "invalid format, " and then
went on to state that one acceptable format is a .pdf. It appears
that this may be some kind of criminal enterprise which should
be investigated at a minimum by the Kentucky Attorney General
and possibly by the federal government as well.
