Wadi General Trading order not delivered and no money refunded

Dear All,
On August 31st, 2017 I place an order regarding Huawei P10 plus, order#SA583305890.
On September 21st, the item was not yet deliver however the maximum expected delivery date was September 20th. After an online chatting, they finally told me that the color I requested was not available and I had two options:
- Choose another color
- Request for an order cancellation.
I choose to change the color from blue to black which they claimed was available and will be delivered after two days.
Three more days later the item was not delivered and I then requested for a cancellation on September 24th.
The cancellation was confirmed but till now I have not yet received my money back. Many mails have been sent and they keep telling me that I will received my money after 7 days which is over one month now.
I will greatly appreciate if you can help fix that issue.
If they cannot refund the money I will appreciate if they can deliver the phone.

Wadi General Trading product image and definition is not on the actual

I am VERY dismayed by what your online catalogue is showing me. Clearly, the image portrayed or shown is "handheld" as "handle bars"(accentuated by hand padings) can be seen on all your "steadycams" or DSLR unit stabilizers.

What I got on the actual was instead a "to-be-mounted" ones.

My shipping code was: SA5A7830339
I received my parcel last October 05, 2017.

Wadi General Trading citizen watches

Dear sir,
This is reminder email to wadi, since it is 5 hours and no reply to me
My order number is SA551132934
One watch was delivered the other once is still pending why?
when I contact customer care center, they offered me a 50 SAR voucher, please try to understand this is not matter of 50 SAR voucher.
I would like to say thanks to WADI.Online for offering me gift voucher of worth 50SAR,
I am still waiting for the watch till tomorrow midnight (24th of May) as per our mutual understanding. I am not going to claim this voucher, as I feel this is not enough compensation as well as it unfair to claim any thing extra before the promised time. for the compensation, if wadi want to offer me any, at-least, it must be equal to amount of my watch (299 SAR), as the embarrassment I got because of this watch is not bearable.
I want to know you higher management contact number and want to inform them about the situation. Otherwise, I will send this email to saudi consumer court.

Wadi General Trading disgusting customer service

I tried to order on this site but the system wouldn't register my details as I'm a woman living in UAE. Apparently only men and non western women can order directly from wadi.com. When I contacted customer service I was met with nothing but the same chauvinism, racism and disrespect. If wad.com does not wish for western females to purchase from their website it should have a banner stating so.

Wadi General Trading order is still pending and cancelled without informing me

I ordered 20, 000 MAh Power Bank for Smartphones and Datazone Flat Charger Cable (DZ-SMC001, Blue) last January 26, 2017 with order no. SA512361865. The Datazone Flat Charger was delivered January 31, 2017 while the Power Bank is still pending so I contacted the Wadi Support service to ask the status of my order and they told me that only white are available that's why it is still pending so I told them that it is ok if the power bank's color is white. January 29, 2017 someone called me form Wadi to confirm my order from black color to white. The next day I ask support service about my order and then they told me it will be shipped February 6, 2017 and did not receive any email so I ask again in support service and they told me that it was already cancelled due to the reason that it was out of stock. I hope you can help me get my order. Thank you.

Wadi General Trading iphone 7

I purchased iphone 7 of 3499SAR from wadi.com. It was giving me a problem it was a software issue. I sent to them for warranty they return it back after 10days. still the problem is coming and again they are asking me to send this mobile to them and it will take 14 days. i dont have extra mobile so how can i survive without my mobile me and my family will suffer.
Please help me.
I ask them either rturn back my money or send me new item and i will return the faulty item.

Wadi General Trading offer fraud

on 19th April i had ordered a NIKON DSLR camera, which was showing in there express deal.before ordering i had confirmed the type of lens and others to there customer care service. after waiting for 8 days i received my parcel, but it came with other cheaper lens. so i contacted the customer care to raise replacement for the lens. After 3-4 days there customer care asked me to return entire bundle after checking they will resend with actual mentioned lens. But now after returning they are calling me and telling the offer price was mistake in our catalog, we will issue you coupon or refund. now they have raised the price of camera about 350 SAR more. if it was catalog mistake why had they sent me camera with wrong lens earlier.

I have returned mu Tissot watch for warrant on -19. And still not yet received .they cheated me and i tried to contact them but couldn't connect through. How can i get back?

I have send my tissot watch for repair under warranty on January- 2019, 4 months now. i have called and follow up every couple of days they are not responding, i paid 1200 sar for my watch and i asked for return if they could returned back.

Gave my Redmi Note 4X for warranty on Jan 25. The customer service told that my phone will be returned after a max of 3 weeks. Now it has been a month and the customer service doesn't reply anymore to emails. Wadi care on twitter has been making the same excuse of " they will update me once they get response from warranty team".

Very very bad experince,

Its very very shamefull act done by wadi.com

i am waiting to resolve it ASAP.

today i got reply after keeping my mobile 20 days with them.
Firstly they said it will take 2 weeks when i contacted after 2 weeks they said it will take 3 weeks to be fixed. and now when they could not fixed it, i got below reply.
Actually sent device was not original, now waiting for your response ASAP that you can do.

i have order before 3 week for computer and small charger wireless .they deliver wireless but computer still under process for 2 weeks. i observe no one can follow that company so she did that and dose not care about the customer

After an year the mother board corrupted and I took to Locsl agent in Sri Lanka they refuse saying the same problem.
