[Resolved] ViFloor Canada / engineered wood floor

We met the representatives of this Chinese company at the flooring convention in Las Vegas. We placed and order for $27, 000 worth of engineered floor. Everything seemed to be great. The booth was good and the people seemed professional. After we sent the money for the floor everything went south. The delivery time was 4 mo the late. At last the flooring was delivered to port and on its way here. That when things really got bad. The floor came in and it was the wrong color. Not even close to what we had ordered. It has been one year since we met this company and still no resolution. It has been back and forth for the last 7 months since we received the product. Very sad to see people and companies like this ruining business deals between two countries.

    Customer care service did everything in their power to resolve this complaint. All attempts to contact the complainant have failed. Therefore, this complaint has been annulled and must not be considered where image of the company in question and it's services are concerned.

    We feel so sorry that we make you disapporment.But why don’t you tell the true reality about all the process? So here I will tell the true process with true emal screenshot.
    1.For the complaint about {The delivery time was 4 mo the late}
    At Jan 27th, you send the first enquiry, February´╝î10th, you pay the deposit, then we started to produce the flooring.But the stairs are finally confirmed until Mar 14th, during the one and half months, you changes several times, in addition, the stair’s size is not standard size, we need to make them from raw material stage. Also, we have the final size about lips at Apr 23th. Time really flies

    2.For the complaint about{wrong color.}
    Because the engineered flooring you choosed is “chemical reacted stain”, the photos will show different through different camera or phones.So we all produce the products according to the product code ( exactly we brought back from Las Vegas show).But here we have a mistake, when you see you don’t need samples, then we really don’t give you.The photo below, the left two is taken at the surface show, and the right three is our inspection photos.They look very different, but the final products is exactly the same as the samples which you choose at the show.The sample is cut from the pannel at the show.

    You insist the cargo are wrong color, then we communicated hardly with our customer in San Fransisco who took the floor away after the surface in order to send you the original sample you chose. And let you put the flooring together with the sample, then take some pictures serious-minded and give us. But what did you do? You only complain about we produce the wrong color, again and again, even threaten us and broke our reputation. AND NEVER PUT THE ORIGINAL SAMPLES TOGETHER AND TOOK PHOTOS.

    At last we hope to arrange the third party for inspection, to put whole thing to an end.Then you don’t reply us anymore.

    At last, we must remind the people who want buy or import wood flooring, you must confirm the samples first, then the ordered products should subject to the samples. Because the products in your eyes are different from the photos on the screen.
