I submitted a request to change the date of my inbound departure for an international flight EVERY SINGLE DAY FOR THE PAST TWO WEEKS. All I have received is an extremely rude nonresponse directing me to a call center in India presumable manned by a single person, who after a period of 45 minutes feels compelled to terminate the call on my behalf. The idea of having my request processed or even speaking to anyone from this automated disaster remains a pipe dream of mine. This company needs to be shut down or at least face legal repurcuasions for its chronic unpreparedness.
