Fraud & cheating!
I received a phone call one morning on my cell phone, and I was already running late to work so I accepted the offer for valueplus for a 30 day trial period, for 10.95. I was to receive 40 dollars in gas vouchers and 1000 dollars in grocery coupons. when I finally received the letter in the mail there were no coupons for grocery or gas, just a letter stating to go to their website to claim your vouchers, when i tried to access the website it didn't exist it brought me to a page for online scams. I called the 800 number and spoke to a representative and canceled my membership but she told me i had already been charged 19.95 for a months subscription, and that she would send the gas coupons in the mail! so I now paid 31.oo to receive 40 dollars in gas, Hmmm, and I am sure i wont receive the gas vouchers, after reading several other complaints for the same offer and noone has received their gas vouchers, something needs to be done! I will be calling my bank and complaining about this ridiculous scam, and the bank only has to try to access the website and they will see its a fraud!
Scam checks!
I called The TOBI at [protected] and they told me that I would receive a $25 gift card I got a letter in the mail and went on line to claim my card: www.valueplusonline.com/open/form/gc and it told me no such company. WC Value Plus (owned by DAMARK) is ripping lots of people off every month by placing unfamiliar charges on their credit cards. Somehow they got a hold of my credit card number and started billing me $16.95 per month. They started around Christmas of 2006 and I still can not get them to stop billing me. I NEVER signed up for this or agreed to anything even similar to it. When I call them at [protected], they say they will stop and also send paperwork for me to fill out so I might get a reimbursement. They won't give me their address, they say it will be in the packet they are going to mail. When I ask what I am paying for they say it is a "discounting club" for many goods and services. As you see, it has been 5 mos. and I still have a $16.95 charge for May '07 and I have not received anything from them. I finally had to destroy my credit card and start over.
Does anyone know another way to contact them? Maybe we need to bombard DAMARK regarding their "dirty little secret" scam.
Do not let this company scam you!
I can't contact this company to stop this and the only reason I figured this out is because it made my account balance over limit. I am careful usually and I don't even use this card anymore because the interest is ridiculous. Has anyone out there figured out how to contact them and set them straight? What kind of products have people out there ordered...

Anyone who has been harassed either by phone or signed up for this without consent, cancel your membership as soon as you can. This company sounds as if they are located in a basement somewhere when you call (you can hear other "customer service representatives" in the background) and they scam you into a recurring transaction of $16.95/mo. When you call, be sure to demand for a cancellation confirmation number (they will insist you wait for the confirmation e-mail that never gets sent), then watch your credit card statements carefully for any transactions that seem suspicious.
Also, a good thing to do (I have Bank of America) is call the customer service # for your credit card. Have them fill out a report with the date you canceled the Value Plus account and the confirmation number you (hopefully) obtained from them. While some credit card companies and banks can't stop the actual transaction, they will at least have written proof that you did cancel your Value Plus account and then fighting any future charges if they happen to slip through the cracks will be far easier. Value Plus rarely, if ever, issues refunds for what money they have scammed from you. Good luck and watch out!
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
i too have been scammed by WC Value Plus. What ###!
Ok, so beware of this scam, i do not know how they got my bank card info, and could confirm it when i asked questions about it, so i agreed to get this nice deal with a free gas card, ok no gas card, no nothing, so i called my bank and just had them cancel my bank card and i am getting a new one issued. Luckily i only had the charge of $1.00 on my account, and this did not get out of hand. Please beware of this scam and others like it, because this one charge also came with another charge from AP9TODAYSESCAPES on my account too!
I recently ordered something I saw on TV - so I dealt the # to place order abt 6/6/07. After I placed it - they wouldn't stop offering me stuff to try on a trial basis and this ValuePlusOnline was one - and I said yes. It gave a 30 day trial period.
Just received the letter to day on it. Went to websites to get $25 gift card. It is a form to request another form which will take 8 10 wks to get to you - which I think after you filled out that form will take another 8-10 weeks to get to you. So thats a 5 month total. - also they give a $5 gas rebate for each month and that takes 6 -8 wks to get back to you with a check. Then they have the grocery coupons - which you mail them a form and the send the code back to you in about 8-10 wks (no extra money required).
Seems to be a lot of form mailing and waiting for additional info or product. On the website is some deals if they're legit - $25 gift cards from Target, Walmart and some other stores - you pay $20 for it - no shipping or handling. - So it might be a SCAM - didn't see a BBB emblem on their site - Did see a veri sign for ordering those gift cards but that's not a secure sign of trust either.
Promises not kept!
I ordered via phone Livigen capsules from Bio-Molecular Solutions and I was charged $2 extra for Value Plus and something else that I don't recall. I received an acknowledgment from Value Plus and was to receive a $25.00 gift card. When I talked with Bio-Molecular to cancel further charges to my credit card, I explained that there was an option to print out a form to get my $25.00 and that I couldn't get it and they took info. on the phone and said I would get the info and would get my $25.00. Nothing - and when I tried to get value plus online, I was told to enter my subscription No. ([protected]) and it told me that it was an invalid No. I have located a form which I intend to send in but do not expect to get the promised $25.00. I might mention that when I sent online there were several complaints that came up about this same complaint. Please address. Thank you.
15 days ago I was calling My insurance company and a man answered my call and I was assuming it was nation's benefits.well the gentleman I spoke to on the phone said that I was the lucky caller and I will be mailed a 100.00 Visa gift card with in 7 to 10 days to my mailing address and this happened on the 1st of January. I have not received anything not even a letter and I want my gift card ASAP please there was money taken out of my debit card will someone give me some positive results please
All you losers, I have tried Proxene ES one of the product from Bio Molecular Solution it is such a great product, I have 4 GF and having fun all day and night. I can't explain it in words how much energy it has given to me. I used to be a guy always falling sick and catching cold but after taking this for 7 months now I have never fallen sick and caught cold. I am rocking at my work got my promotion this week. This product is really good and It made not only look younger but feel at least 20 younger.
To all those negative comments I promise you should have never tried the product or you didn't have enough money to order it... It is like the FOX SAYING OH THOSE GRAPES ARE SOUR...
I have been noticing each month that we are being charged $29.99, twice, on our charge account (total of $59.98) for a product called BMS PROXENEES with a phone number beside the product - [protected].
We have not received any such product. Neither my husband nor I have ordered such a product. I called the number given, and the man who answered said their computers were down, and he said I would have to call back Monday. (Today is Saturday.) I feel this is indeed a scam. I intend to contact my credit card company to tell them not to honor any more charges from that company or any product by the name of BMS PROXENEES. When I asked what the product is he said it was an herbal product. When I asked him what it was for he said it was for several things, like: arthritis, memory, immune system, etc. Thanks to all who have taken time to share their experience with this company. It doesn't sound good, to say the least.
I was skeptical about this Rejuetol myself at first but I was told I needed a knee replacement surgery so this supplement was my last hope.Keep in mind that I had a torn meniscus and couldnt walk at all for one month. After that, I got walking again only to learn that I had a bad limp.It progressed to get worse .After 3 years of limping, I decided to have the surgery, but then I saw this ad for Rejuvetol and figured Id try it first. After 30 days of taking it, I felt much better so I ordered the 6 pack at a better price.Im so glad I did.I quit limping after 4 months and feel 150% better after taking it for the past 10 months.
If anyone has any doubts, forget about them.It works.Just make sure you order the correct bottle of Rejuvetol, It has a picture of a human shoulder on a blue label bottle.DONT go to another site that has the same name on it and sells it for $15.All that is is some other type supplement, beware, thats not correct one for real joint pain!
I received brochure from BioMolecular in which they are selling "Rejuve-A-Joint", which sounds like the descriptions I'm reading here for "Rejuvetol". Same glowing descriptions as what I'm seeing here, different phone number from those I'm seeing here. To me, this is a MAJOR RED FLAG. Thanks to everyone who took time to post their experiences. I appreciate the fact that though so many of you had problems, you were nice enough to share, and keep others from making a mistake.
My father-in-law just received a brochure from BioMolecular Solutions in Manteno, IL. Dr. Ingraham is the spokesperson for the product Rejuve-A-Joint. It does look tempting but after doing some internet research and stumbling across this site while googling for the company's web address which we couldn't find, we won't be ordering. This site just saved us a bunch of credit card hassle I'm sure.
Thank you.
Today received Unsolicited Bio=Molecular info & solution in a bottle for anti-aging. They referenced Stanford University, U.S. Government National Institutes of Health, National Institute on Aging, CBS, NBC, ABC&CNN. So I did a fast web search and nothing even close to what they were claiming. See below for what Stanford Medical says. Now I've read all the above, it's definite they are scamming
2008 SPRING - Stanford Medicine Magazine - Stanford University ...
However, researchers hasten to add that we don't yet know how to alter human aging. All of the so-called anti-aging products now on the market are snake oil ...

I ordered rejuvetol after receiving exaggerated brochure and paid $179, about @30pr bottle. This was about 9 pm in evening.I then decided to check it out on internet and read all the complaints against this co. I called back and tried to cancel and they said order had already been processed, to call customer service in the morning. I called at 9am CST was put on hold and disconnected twice, then was told the order had already been shipped, but I could put refused on box and send it back. I called credit card co and put them on alert. I was scared because a [redacted] claimed his cr. card had been charged 9 times & maxed out.. Svs lady told me that was because he was on auto ship.I have doubts about product itself because Vitaplus puts out a product by the SAME name with a totally different herb formula at i/2 the price. There are no outside testimonials of effectiveness on either product.Bio-Molecular Solutions does not have a web site and Dr. Ingraham operates out of Nassau, Bahamas. No email acknowlegement was received. Costco and BJ sell a liquid joint compound for $18.95 that has similar formula collagen, glucosamine and choindroitin which I have taken for 3 yrs.Liquid products are more absorbable. I will stick with theirs because I donot trust honesty of this company.
A friend provided me a marketing flyer for Rejuvetol and it looked interesting with interesting ingredients. I called and some woman answered and went into a hard sell pitch trying to sell me a year supply because that was the only way I could get the best price about $25 a bottle otherwise it was about $80 a bottle normally. The "free trial" supposedly cost $7.95 but came with an automatic shipping agreement for $40 a month. I thought that they were just trolling for credit cards so I refused and was tole that the offer only lasted 7 days. I went on line and saw a product with the same name which made me suspicious then I found this website which confirms my concerns. The current phone number that they are using is [protected]
thanks to all you people that posted about the rejuvetol. I thought there had to be something when they never give the amount they were going to charge you or how many pills you got. I t just another ripp off like aciapure, trislim, for God sakes stay away from there deceiving adds
Fradulent charges for a year!
I have had the same experience as almost everyone on this board about this problem. I have been charged for almost a year now without noticing it. I cancelled my so called service and received the same information as another person on this website. They couldn't tell me what company was charging my credit card. They also went around in circles as I tried to ask them questions and said that I should have received a packet. Apparently I should still be receiving things, they even had my address on file. I have no more information to give, but want to thank everyone for speaking out about it so that I can send all of this to my credit card company to put in a claim. Oh one more thing I did find a web-site for value plus and tried to send a complaint by e-mail and it never went through, go figure! www.valueplusonline.com
Good luck to everyone.
I took this as a legitimate business, when I called Nationalvaluenetwork.com, however nothing they had promised me has panned out. I signed up for a trial membership to valueplusonline.com, and www.homeplayonline.com for 1.99 and I was to receive a 25$ gift card in return, however when I searched for the website to claim it, all that came up were other customers complaints that they also had been scammed. This is a big time scam and not worth even calling.
I went to ValuePlusOnline.com/open/form/gc after I had purchased some products over the phone. This company Value + says to me after a one dollar fee, they will give me two 25$ gift cards for a free trial up to 14 days to try their products. Which these products were coupons and discounts off purchases for companies around the world. After the 14 day trial they would charge my credit card 14.95$ a month, if not canceled. Well, I canceled and couldn't believe how easy it was. No questions why. Just called the number and told them I would like to cancel and what sounded like a 12 year old girl on the the other line, says to me ok ! and that was it. Well I haven't seen any other charges to my account yet! But where's mt 25$ gift card to walmart and my other 25$ gas card? Who knows, there's no such website to claim them. So much for www.valueplusonline.com!
Rec'd letter, went online and used p.w.supplied. Reply said no 404 found, but the p.w. given was 406. I searched and to no avail. I will call the co. and hope for fulfillment of offerof $50 gift cards(total).
The go duster is a rip off.
Iam still waiting for my $25. gift card
Sincerely
J.C. Heinrich
The infomercials should receive some wrath, also. They made it about impossible to decline this offer. I felt very pressured and angry, however, I wanted to "Go Duster". Again, I guess things should not be ordered from the infomercials. People should not to put up with this kind of high pressure scams!
I'm another person that ordered a product over the phone and was promised a $25 walmart gift card but could not access the website.
Live and learn!
I have yet to see my $25.00 gift card as well and have tried numerous times to address the situation but as stated by other people NO SUCH WEBSITE and my credit card is being charged $14.95 a month!
Thank you for the free $25 gift card that you send me in the mail!
Scam and fraud!
This was offered to me by a telemarketer offering a $25.00 giftcard including savings between 20% to 42% at restaurants of choice, retail store purchases and etc. Check for the website to claim my $25.00 giftcard and there is no such site listed www.valueplusonline.com/open/form/gc. A so call subscriber number sent to me # [protected] to log on. I called to cancel and they are still billing me on my debit card. As I was checking their website I saw this agency and decided to send in complaint.
I was offered this ValuePlus as a back end sales offer during my purchase of the Ab Rocket. I distinctly recall saying, "No!" to this offer. Yet my account is charged? There method of sales is a scam. ValuePlus is a scam as far as I'm concerned. And the Ab Rocket is a piece of junk which I sent back immediately. J. Adams
Essentials for home...has nothing to do with original product ordered from tv ad :(
Essentialsforhome scam!
I got called for a free $25 gift card for walmart and only have to pay $1.00 and they charged my moms card $299.00 i told them im only 16 over and over again and now i have to work hard to pay her back every dime :( i now owe her $1, 200.00 thanx to them stupid scammers and my mom told me it was ok to do it :(
I just got a call regarding a similar offer. From what I have been reading it seems like this is bad news. I agreed to be sent the offer in the mail. Does this automatically mean that I agreed to be charged these monthly fees as well?
I ordered the trail size for $ 1.00, called and canceled and before the 14 day trail period they had taken $88.97 dollars out of my account..They told me to just send the product back, I did and it, s been a month..I have yet to get my money back..I called again and they told me that it was a billing dept...so they gave me a web site called billing@colonsmart cleanser.com...there is no such web site! I WANT ME MONEY BACK!
That's an email address not a Web address.
Thank You! All of you just saved me over 30 dollars.I just recieved a letter today saying to go to this website www.valueplusonline.com/open/form/gc so that I could claim my 25.00 gift card, well where is it at?And this so called company better credit my hard earned money back to my account! And if they want to cause any problems , go ahead, I will see them in court.Beware there is another so called company called Essentials for home that offers the same deal "25.00 dollar gift card" well it is just another scam.
I ordered items from an Info mertial and this ValuePlus was offered as a 14 day trial. Cost $1.00 each for two offers. Then after the trial period cost of $19.95 each month. Well the papers took 13 days to arrive. I called the number on the information sheet and canceled the membership. What kind of scam is this? I didn't even get a chance to try it and it was already on my Credit card. I filed a complaint with my Card holder and Value Plus did credit my account the same day that I spoke with them. It seems to be taken care of. The rep on the phone from ValuePlus told me that I could still get my $25.00 gas card but I can't find any place to download any forms etc. to get the gift offered. I tried www.valueplusonline.com/gcform.html like I was told to do. But all I get is this complaint page. The welcome form says to call [protected] to receive the Gift Card Form and other materials by mail. But I'm done with them. They can keep their gift. Beware or extra offers over the phone when ordering anything. If it sounds to good to be true it probably is!
I also tried to claim my $25.00 gift card, and it won't even let me down load the form. I'm calling them cuz I'll be damn if their gonna charge to my acct. Every month. Thanks for the notice and for others who have the same problem.
No such website!
When I purchased Genisphere face and neck cream I was told I would receive a $25.00 certificate to be used at Walmart, etc. Anyway there was no such website. www.valueplusonline.com/open/form/gc. Thank you.

I received a call about trying a shopping discount membership for $1 for a month and i would receive $40 in gasoline rebates. $40 cash back Gas rebate was promised when I agreed to look at the info. When info was received gas rebate card was not enclosed, but I was told that I had to apply for the Gas rebate card online. When I attempted to access the site on line, the result was that there is no such website. When I called to advise them that the website could not be accessed, they told me to add: form.html instead of: /40form to the end of the logon site. The website was still not accessible. They advised that they would mail out the application but could not explain why I was unable to access the website.
I was horrified to learn that I had been scammed also. Of course, I did not find out until I tried to receive the gift cards. I got hooked in to Valueonline and another "service" because they promised $50 Walmart gift cards for just "trying them out". I had purchased undergarments from an infomercial and was asked about these other deals. Can we collectively report this company to the postal service, or some federal entity for fraud? My biggest concern is that I feel as though my credit card information has been compromised. Of course, I can cancel it but we need to shut them down..PERIOD. Any thoughts?
I logged onto my debit card today and saw a charge for $16.95, from WC Value Plus. I had no clue who this company was. I called the number listed and got the run around how I had signed up for a free trail, but I never signed up for anything. They couldn't tell me, what I had signed up for, or anything else, just that I had signed up for something. I wrote down everything that was said to me, and the Name of the person answering the phone. This is bogus...If I see anymore charges from them, I'm calling the BBB.
They keep on calling on my phone talking about value so I said that I would try it for the cash-back gas rebate and the Wal-Mart card but when I went for the site all I seen was the site of Complaint They charge a $1.00 one time then another $1.00 but I call them and canceled the enrollment for them to put my money back on my card. I think they should be jailed!
I was given a website address www.valueplusonline.com/open/form/40 to claim $40 in Cash-Back Gas Rebates as a bonus for signing up for Value Plus. The website DOES NOT EXIST! Called the 1-800 number to cancel my membership. The customer service rep did not seem to be surprised.
Beware!
I got scammed on gift cards for walmart and gas card this is crap. I have lost my job could have really used these cards. It really mad me mad that some company could take advantage of people that needs there money. There are some mean and bad people out there. Somebody should throw a lawsuit on a company or people like that.
Cannot get form 10 to get my $10.00 rebate. Cant cancel account online
phone scam, info sent out and all that was said to be free was not available
They promise a 40.00 rebate. Not true, beware people!
I too am unable to accesse the web site, I was to recieve $20 cash back and $50 in gift card, I have continuely but has gotten nowhere, I agree this a scam.
I called as well and filed a complaint with the FDC for my situation here in Suffolk county, NY and was recommended to also file a complaint with my Attorney General for my state. If u call the FDC, they will give you the number for contacting your local Attorney general who will send you paperwork to return to help stop this kind of nonsense and somehow reimburse your troubles.

This ugly company has taken $14.95/month out of my account for almost 2 years. I feel silly having just noticed these unauthorized withdrawals. The "customer service" employees who answer the phone [protected]) are useless. They cannot provide information or documentation as to how they originated these charges. Beware!

Today, I was attempted to be scammed by Quality Resources/Value Plus organization. The phone number is [protected] from N. Charleston, North Carolina. Beware of PO boxes. Some telemarketer from membership services will answer the phone who knows nothing.
I think I made a purchase recently on-line, unfortunately the company gave out my address, card number and my phone number. They will not give you the name of the company from which they got the information. The company says they will give you $40.00 gas card and save money on all of these great products. All you have to do is authorize to release your credit card for a $1.00 charge. It's a scam. Hang up and report them to BBB or the Federal Trade Commission. I am going to check my credit card and will probably will get a charge on it from ValuePlus.
Hello (name) My name is John Smith and I am calling from Quality Resources because you recently purchased something from one of our marketing partners and this call may be recorded for quality and security purposes and I will be brief. The reason we are calling today is just to let you know as a preferred customer you’re receiving $50 dollars in gasoline vouchers in the mail. These are free and good for one year and you can buy your gas anywhere in the U.S. Now these should arrive in about 2 weeks so please keep an eye out for them, in the same envelope we’re sending the first 30 days of Budget Savers for only $1 dollar. It’s a brand new saving program that will save you money at a couple hundred stores like Home Depot, Target and Best Buy also restaurants like Chili’s, Red Lobster and McDonald’s. This is something we only send to preferred customers so there is no obligation to keep it and nothing to send back. Even if your not interested, make sure you don’t throw away the gas vouchers, the $50 dollars in gasoline vouchers is our way of saying thank you for being a preferred customer.
Remember the 30 day trial is only $1 dollar. It gives you full use of all the discounts. If you decide to stay a member after the first 30 days your benefits would extend automatically for just $24.95 a month again that’s only if you decide to stay a member after the first 30 days. It would be charged to your (Visa/Master Card/ American Express) ending in (last four digits). You can call and cancel anytime, on the toll free number that’s located on the front page. Either way you keep your $50 dollars in gasoline vouchers as a thank you. You still live in (city/state) correct?
Great, before I transfer you to our verification department to read your address back to you and to verify I did my job correctly, do you have any questions? When I transfer you, you’re going to hear a click. It may sound like I am hanging up. I’M NOT! It’s very important that you hold so you don’t get the same call again, ok? Enjoy your $50 dollars in gas vouchers, please hold.
TCPA=Always Attempt / TOL=we will add you to our internal do not call list.
That’s fine Mr. / Mrs. (last name); if you have any questions call [protected]. We are not calling from Visa/Master Card or American Express; we are a company calling you with a discounted offer. Have a nice day.
This is the script they read to you, they changed their name from Value Plus to Budget Savers but its the same stuff.
www.valueplusonline.com
www.budgetsaversonline.com
How it works is you agree to the dollar for 30 days and then get transferred and they up sell you two other packages. They are trial periods.
$1.00 - Budget Savers goes to $19.95/$24.95
$9.99 - Health Package goes to $49.95
$1.99 - Entertainment goes to $ 19.99 (i think)
This sales script is a proven script to make people say yes even when they dont want to, spread the word.
UPDATE: Well... I called my back to let them know of the charges and then called each of the two companies to refund my money. Both of them claimed that I had signed up for a 30 day trial period to which I told them no, I didn't. I then asked if they would refund the charges already made to my account and both of them agreed they would. I have since seen the refunds come across my account so, for the time being, they made good. I will be continuing to watch this account to make sure that they do not put any charges on it in the future.
UPDATE: I just got two charges from this company and one of its partners on my cards... One is directly from Value Plus for $1 and the other is from a place called AMA Health Options for $9.95. Looks like these guys are in for it...
Some other research has turned up that most of their companies come out of Minnesota or Las Vegas. Also, if you call them ASK them to verify your address before verifying yours (A mistake I made). It turns out that for most people they actually have records that are 3+ years old and in some cases don't have them at all!
I will keep this site up-to-date with my dealings... I hope others will see this and not get duped in.
These guys are crazy. While on the phone I even told them about this review, that they are a scam, and they insisted that they have been in business for 15 years and are legit. I didn't divulge any info other than the casual "yes, that is my mailing address" and "yes, that is my birthday". Now will also be watching my bank account like a hawk. Heaven help them if they charge me anything... my lawyers will have a field day with this.
Unauthorized charges to my discover card
I have no idea who this company is but they have been taking 16.95 out of my discover card for over a year. The number they tell you to call don't work. I can't find any one to help me with this matter. If any one has a good phone number to contact them or address, it would be a great help.
Thank You.
I never received any letter or email from this company and I already left US on Dec. 19. I never got to use my dollar debit card from then on. I was surprised when I got charged for 14.95 each for 12/27 and 1/23. This is impossible 'cause I never made any purchase from this company and never even received anything from them!
I also have the same problem I just check my acccount i am being charged 19.95 for service i did not authorize. I try calling the number provide and no answer. I have submitted a dispute on these transactions.
I have complained to this number twice now. [protected]) The first tme they refunded my money and said they canceled my membership, which I never knew I was a member. This time I have to fill out a form and send it back to them. I will make copies and send it to the BBB. Babe Ruth never got more than three strikes and these knuckle heads shouldn't either.
The same damn thing happened to me. Where does this ### come from. I have caller id so I dont even answer bogus numbers
How are these people getting our credit card number numbers? That what I would like to know!
FIRST OF ALL CANCEL YOUR CREDIT CARD/DEBIT CARD
I disputed a claim on behalf of my Grandmother. I got over $400 returned to her. I called the customer service number and cancelled the membership. I made a formal complaint to the BBB in Minnesota. I believe she may have ordered something from Haband (a catalog that caters to the older customer). I have also read complaints online from other people that got scammed, and believe that they prey on older customers or people that they do not believe will notice. I believe you call and order something and then the credit card number is transferred to these Value Plus people that talk quickly (most times mumbling or using broken english). I encourage everyone to keep fighting for their money back.

This value plus is a scam. Beware. Took money out of my account i do not know the company and never received any products.
This company fraudulently took money from my account, and thankfully I noticed it immediately. I specifically told the salesman "no." The way to get your money back is to write a letter to the company notifying them of your complaint, your desire to cancel & demand your money back - send it certified mail. Send it to the company responsible for WC Value Plus:
Provell
1100 Wayzata Blvd
Suite 680
Minneapolis, MN 55305
Also send a copy of the letter to the Better Business Bureau of Minnesota & North Dakota [protected]). Their address is:

Saint Paul, MN 55116
The director of consumer affairs at Provell/WC Value Plus is Michael J. Murphy. He will probably send a letter back saying that you placed an order & provided "electronic signature authorization" (which is a lie), but they will refund your money.
You can also send a copy of your complaint to the Federal Trade Commission at:
https://rn.ftc.gov/pls/dod/wsolcq$.startup
The FTC cannot get your money back, so it is still important to send letters to Provell & the BBB. But the FTC needs to be notified about these fraudulent business practices.
Be sure to contact your bank after the company offers to refund your money... I had this same crap pulled on me too, a $40 and $19.95 charge was made to my account, I called the company, (one of the numbers above) and they were more than willing to cancel my account and refund the money, I saw the transaction go through that afternoon that they refunded my account. A month later, I wasn't watching my account very closely and I fianlly noticed that they charged me for last month and this month... I'll call them back this afternoon to get them to cancel and refund again and then I'm calling my back directly to tell them not to accept anything else from them...
Thanks for the numbers Again! Hopefully this will become illegal soon and no more of these scams will be possible!
This company is a huge rip-off! They took $16.95 out of my account two different times and had another transaction on hold to come out today! I tool a look at my bank statement online and noticed this charges on my account that I did NOT authorize them to do so! So, be careful ordering anything online because these companies that you actually buy things from in turn sell your name and credit card number to these fraud companies! Here is a valid number [protected]) that I actually talked to someone to cancel my account and reimburse the total amount of money taken out of my account! Good luck to everyone who gets caught up in this kind of scam!
This is a huge scam!
I was charged $19.95 by W/C Value Plus for nothing. I have no idea where this charge originated, but I sent a complaint letter to Hopkins, MN and was finally issued credits for over $200.00. How did this happen? Others have had the same problem. This is a huge scam!!! Please investigate and reply to me at [protected]@cox.net. Thanks.

Thank you all for this website and all those who made comments about valueplusonline. I just was called by valueplusonline. And they sounded a little pushy so I asked them where could I look them up online to find out more about there company. When I asked they gave me the website. After I started searching I couldn't find it but I did find you all. He tried to say that everything on here was a lie and that you all made this stuff up. Yeah Okay I though to myself. What really gave it away for him was the multitude of individuals who left comments. If it had of just been one or two I would of probably thought more aobut it. Thank you for saving me from a headache. Continue to do what you all do and I will also do the same. I wish you could of heard him stuttering as I read off to him your comments. LOL One for the good guys. My only complaint will be they lie and they were real rude to me on the phone and would not allow me to get off with hanging up in there face after I tried to let them down nicely. They basically demand a reason for me not accepting there offer. The way the got my infromation is from ordering a book from one of those infomercials about a erbal book that was supposed to be free and you only pay shipping and handle. I still have not been charged the shipment of the two books. Needless to say I am going to cancel my order and post the name of the company that gave them my information as soon as I find out who they are.
