U-Haul / unauthorized credit card charges/ poor customer service

Manager on duty did not not resolve my issues and contacted me 13 days later. The corporate office told me on 4-15-17, 4-21-17 and 4-25-17 that someone would call me from the local store but never did until i called a 4th time. The customer service was terrible, the wait time was terrible and i was missed lead about the payment, equipment rented. The corporate office did not handle anything correctly and told me the reason i did not receive a call back was because the rep sent my complaint 3 times to the wrong department.
