Dear Customer Service,

I recently matched with another tinder account called Karin de Hoeve.
It became quite clear that she wanted to sleep with me and I agreed.
After sexting for a few days she asked if we could be friends on facebook so she could send me some "photo's".
After I agreed she send nude photo's that I sadly later realized belonged to porn actress Katie Banks after I send a few nudes of my own.
Before that she also wanted to meet up the same day so we could sleep together. I fear for what could have happend if I hadn't seen the mistake I made in time.
When I confronted her about this she blocked me on facebook and unmatched me on tinder, making it impossible to report the account.

I am trilingual, travel a lot, communicate in various languages and spellcheck makes it impossible to spell anything but English! I need it off, also it's annoying as substitutes properly spelt words in English. It's not my phone! Help. I also don't believe it's my browser. I've tried everything! This is driving me crazy. When I'm abroad will it render tinder absolutely useless...

i have done subscription for tinder plus and couldnt cancel it after a month. i have tried to contact you for canceling. the only response was to cancel it through the app.
i tried Numerous times couldnt cancel it. i have tried through the i phon and through itunes but nothing worked out. i'm sure you are doing it on purpose. therefore i'm canceling my visa.

I hate complaining but i think this might be worth it. I love tinder and it has been great fun to use. No matter where in the world i go. Except in Dubai. Out of every 6 people on tinder 4 end up being adverts for postetutes. I have reported countless numbers but its always there ... im not sure if u are aware but it has made me not want to use the app anymore.

Surely there must be a way of filtering out these people using the app as free advertising .. making it worse .. free advertising for sex

Hi there. I'm Nadia Hassan, and I deleted my tinder account a few months ago after using it for a bit yet am still getting messages on other social media apps regarding my account being still there. I deleted it a few times just to make sure it stays deleted, but am still receiving messages saying people can find my profile on tinder. I am worried it's not being deleted properly or that someone may be using my pictures for another account. I would like to request that my account be permanently deleted as this is very concerning for me.

I have been blocked from my Tinder account for roughly two and a half months now. Whenever I try to log in, I am promoted to log in through Facebook which begins to work but then I receive error code A:40303 "You are not able to log in."
I emailed Tinder customer support, and heard back from someone named Alice who told me that my account has been "removed and banned from Tinder for violating our Terms of Service or Community Standards in some way."
This is terribly vague, and I have not done anything to violate any of Tinder's standards. I would like to be un-banned from tinder and able to use the service, as I feel that I have been banned by mistake.

My account seems to be blocked for over 2 months and I have no access, unable to open the app.
My pictures are there and my account, connected to my real FB account.
I'm not even able to remove the account and my profile as I can't open.

I sent maybe 20 e-mails to 'help' but they did not reply.

I explained I wanted to became paid member as I wanted to use Tinder again.
Nothing. I sent them 7 screen shots - no reply.

I asked to a help how to remove my account as this is unlawful to keep my profile if I can't use it. No reply;

My account has been terminated, without warning, due to "violations of the terms and conditions." I have read through the terms and conditions numerous times, to no avail. To my knowledge, I have not violated any of their rules nor have I done anything that would warrant an account termination. I have contacted support several times but have received little to no help. They will not tell me what I did wrong. Additionally, there is no appeal for wrongful account terminations. I no longer want my tinder account, but I would at least like to know why my account was terminated.

Someone on tinder is has got my Snapchat information and are plastering it on tinder. I've had several people try and add me and tell me that they've got my information off tinder. I fully removed my tinder account about a year ago and have not been near the app since. I haven't seen the account myself so have no idea what other of my information they have. Is there anyway to find the account that is using my info please.

My tinder app started crashing (it happens as soon as I open the app, it will not load anything. You see the tinder logo then it shuts off and shows my home screen) last night (June 25). I searched for an update on the App Store to see if that would fix the bug, and I updated yet it still did not fix the crashing. I have also tried doing a soft reset on my iPhone, that also did not fix the problem.

I am appalled to see that I have been reported to many times on tinder so my account is being reviewed therefore I can't access it. I haven't done anything wrong to be reported at all I hardly use it but I would like my account back by tonight as I've been told some people never get access to there accounts back. Once again I am not happy at all with this situation.

Log me back into my account. Kay thanks. Even if I have to start over. -.- unless you want people to start using pof over tinder.

Who ever made it log in only for facebook is [censor]ed up! Some people need two point verification to log in and to change that you have to do that same thing! So let me fly my [censor] to my ex girlfriends house and ask for her phone. No, that won't work.

Someone has made a fake profile of me my name is jasmine noble and they are also using my photos and pretending to be me. They have made a fake Facebook to do this and have got information about where I work etc and copied this. Please could this be removed asap if you need any further information on myself to find the account please contact me on [protected]@live.co.uk

My Donna Africa IMAGE PIC is being used fraudulently by a user of yours who calls herself Vanessa. I have the pic still to prove it. I would like my image to be taken down as this is fraud and identity theft. I would like to warn other women re this guy he said he lived 7 yrs in Sutton was a Geologist and had to work oil rig for 6 weeks so never met him but I communicated via Viber and he rang me. He asked for £50 iTunes card which I sent to him. Then he said he had a business his Dad gave him textiles for cars. He then asked me to pay for samples which cost £53 and £9.50 bank charge which I did. He charged Volvo much more so I got paid £132 via western union. He then said a bulk order came through and would I pay as much as possible of the £115, 00.00. I then realised it was a scam. I did not pay any more out. I have reported to police also. I feel it is a lesson learnt and feel I was lucky. They draw you in then you make the small profit trying to draw you in for paying the large amount and putting pressure about deadlines. Please can you bar him from Tinder the sad thing is there are so many of them and they use someone else photo and change their name. The photos below are from Tinder website.

I recently reapplied to tinder, (i have been a user on and off for around 2 years now) Having been single for 2 years and tried more than one dating site including partners POF and Ok Cupid. But didn't find much luck.
I received an email within 24 hours of reapplying, telling me my account had been deleted due to "violating terms of service". But with no explanation of how I violated terms and conditions. Tinder has made me feel like a criminal with no explanation. Since having an account I never received any warnings or reports to remove content that may be deemed a violation of their terms and conditions. So I emailed the help/support team to ask exactly 'how' I violated terms and conditions, and they simply replied with what looked like an automated/ generated response that basically said:

"Your account has been removed and banned from Tinder for violating our Terms of Service or Community Guidelines in some way"

This is not a good enough response and I would like it further investigating, I am a respectable person and have only ever used Tinder respectfully in the search for love and to find a suitable match etc.

If the reason for the ban cannot be explained then I expect my account to be reinstated and demand an apology for the way I have been made to feel like some sort of criminal.

I was corresponding with a guy who seemed nice. And I asked him questions about his name and his Facebook site since most have to have a FB account to sign it with. Tinder. He gave me his FB name and info. and he has no friends and it was obviously a fake account on FB. They all of a sudden he deleted our conversations. His fake name on Tinder was Jordaan (Petrus) he is a fake. I am really not happy with the quality of men on this site so far. Either fakes or ask for sex very quickly. WTF. Don't be surprised by this if you use this site. Chris
