Spectrum.com - unfair service

On May 13th. Time Warner Cable came to my home and installed internet service. Today on May 24th. I received a message from someone by the name of Laura. When I went to lunch I called her back to hear from her they are going to cut my cable service because someone was living at my address who previously had service with Time Warner and they did not pay their bill and they did not return the cable box. I told her that had nothing to do with me. I explained to her that I use to rent rooms in my home and yes the renter had cable for his computer trough time warner. It so happen his name is Manuel Caceres and my name is Emelinda Manuel. I told her there is no relation with me and this person. One is a first name and one is a last name. Laura was very cruel to me, and she treated me as if I was a liar and a theif which I did not appreciate. I pleaded with her and I begged her. I even told her I know someone who keeps intouch with him in New York and I can get his number so you can go after him. She told me well you collect the money. I told her why should I? that's not my job to do. I have never been so hurt in my life. To have someone come after me the way she did as if I was a common criminal. I want an apology from time warner cable for the treatment I rceived from her, She has no customer service about her. When I asked her for a supervisor she said it does not matter who you ask for they are going to transfer you back to me. In other words I have no grounds to stand on. Please help me to fight Time Warner Cable in regards to this issue. Thank you.
