I was told I'd get a $600 trade in on my I phone 12 when I purchased the Galaxy Z Fold7. After receiving my Galaxy I contacted Spectrum about my trade in. Then I was told that I didn't put in for the trade in offer, so it was too late to get it now. I did research the trade in offer, that's how I knew what it would be. I feel like I've been scammed? I've been with Spectrum for years and never missed a payment. I'm retired and can't afford handing out $600 because I didn't push the right button.
