My request was to port back phones to Spectrum. One land line and two mobile lines. I have been dealing with this since October. I have talked to every agent in Spectrum and each has a different solution but none of them work. Presently I am without phone service for my business. My order was cancelled but noone knows why. We had to start over again. Now Spectrum wants me to pay for their mistake to get my line installed. Customer service is nonexistent.
Desired outcome: Service for my business with charges waived as soon as possible.
