I bought a dress from TideBuy. Before placing the order I checked their return policy very carefully because I had some problems with other online shopping sites. Their return policy clearly stated they will accept the return if the customer is not completely satisfied. Few weeks later I received my dress, but the size was wrong. I immediately contacted customer support and they told that cannot offer me a full refund. I was told they will only refund 50% of the price. I asked about other options and then they offered me sending the dress back to them. There was no point in doing that because they refused to pay for shipping. In both variants I remained the loser. Never ordering something from TideBuy!
