Ticketbis warning!! don´t buy from ticketbis!!

I really hope people google before they buy tickets from Ticketbis. In short the tickets me and my wife bought from Ticketbis were already scanned when we got to this U2 concert. It was also postponed 2 Days when we had no chance to attend. Everyone wanting their money back would get it. So we thought we`d just email Ticketbis and get our money back and then everything would be settled. We also told them probably the seller is a fraud selling tickets to several people. Ticketbis demanded signed "proof" that this really happened to us. " Ok, why don´t you just call/emali arranger and confirm" I mailed back. "No, we don´t do that" Ticketbis support mails back. "We need you to get "proof". Well is that reallllyy me who should to do that? You have sold us faked tickets from a fraud seller and you are putting me on hold? ( It would have been easier to discuss by phone but Ticketbis avoid that for obvious reasons...) Well, finally I got a signed certificate from arranger that the seller to Ticketbis refunded his Money BEFORE the postponed concert took place. Well now we will get our money back we thought, Everything is finally "prooved"...NOT!... It has now been three weeks since I provided this proof and the only answers I get is " We are still investigating your case and will get back to you very soon...bla bla...we are sorry for any concern...bla bla...we do apologise...Kind regards...bla bla.." It is hard to believe this company which obviously concists of a bunch of crooks and thiefs gets any stars at all here but maybe that is what it is...You might get your tickets right but if you don´t you most definitly can kiss your money goodbye...Me and my wife work as medical doctors and if we`d apply this moral in our profession we would be delegitimized...and by all rights. Of course Ticketbis will go down sometime in the future but the sad thing is they probably will make some money before that happens. Let us all spread the word for everyone to avoid Ticketbis and make it happen sooner!

This dishonest and scam company - they tricked me into selling 2 tickets to soccer game- first they charged my credit card then send me an email saying that the payment is in the processing stage. Then the second email followed from the that said that the payment went through and is approved and that they will issue tickets for download when they will become available- still up until now I did not get any tickets- so they did charge me for the product that they did not deliver basically stealing my money from my credit card. There was no number to call or complain- they did provide the Canadian email address to supposedly address any issues - but when I tried to send my complain to that email address the information were returned to saying that this email address no longer exist- you can check it for yourself: canada@ticketbis.net this is big scam and I am reporting this "company" to FBI and Interpol scam division. I ADVISE EVERYBODY T REPORT THEM TO INTELLIGENCE AGENCIES EVERYWHERE AND DEMAND TO PUT AN END ON THOSE CROOKS!

I have booked two tickets for Liverpool in the Europa league for Thursday 22/10/2010 which is tomorrow night they have not come today and I am worried now that this a scam and I have lost my money. I have tried everything to get a contact number for them but can't find

Ticketbis tickets not received on time/never replaid to my mails

I bought 2 tickets for the rugby world cup.in the only mail received ticketbis only confirmed “the order of 2 tickets” and also ask:

1: “to find out about the status of your order for last minute tickets click the following link: secure. Ticketbis.net/micuenta/compra/1i4i7h2c4733.”

I noticed that the order was not completed in your web site and immediately contacted ticketbis (Only the 1st box was ticked second box was not green and said “when the purchase is made, we will contact you to confirm the delivery details.”): no answer was received. I contacted ticketbis on many occasions via mail and over your online service with no response - no phone provided. I contacted late in the morning of the event requiring confirmation or cancellation. Again, no answer received. The status of the order changed all of a sudden to tickets delivered only when I was contacted by phone by beatriz in costumer care, 2 hours before the event.

2: ticketbis email also states “when the purchase is made, we will contact you to confirm the delivery details.” I never received any mail confirming this.

Ticketbis failed to answer any of my mails. I contacted initially asking for help and clarification. I finally contacted ticketbis to cancel the order before any of ticketbis records show that the purchase of the tickets in question.

Ticketbis failed to notify me with reasonable time where and when to collect my tickets.

I give ticketbis innumerable opportunities to correct this, ticketbis decided not to do so.

Finally I attempt to resolve this with ticketbis but ticketbis said that I will not refund me because I should have been flexible. And I quote “it was a last minute ticket”

I was very flexible. I contacted ticketbis in many occasions informing you about the problem with sufficient time to resolve it. I was extremely keen to see the match with my son, however it is unacceptable that ticketbis did not responded to any of my many attempts and you just call minutes before the event with the expectation that I will be there with such a short notice in a 90000 people events is unthinkable.

Lastly, my data phone number and name was share with people that without identified themselves call to offer me tickets, breaching data protection.

Ticketbis fraud and scam

This company is a complete scam. They trick you into buying tickets up to triple the price and then they never deliver them. Most of the tickets are bought by brokers from this same company from the primary market and either they dispatch whichever ticket they have spare, regardless of whether it is the seat you initially purchased or they fail to deliver the ticket and put the blame of a fictitious third party. They even have the cheek to ask you to resell your unwanted ticket on their site so that they can get a percentage of the sale.

You cannot contact their customer service, only via chat and they are rude and try to avoid talking or helping you. Things have to get very ugly before they pay any attention to you, and in the end they do not care if you say that you will complain or call the media to say how they are scammers.

DO NOT PURCHASE TICKETS FROM THIS SITE.

Ticketbis fake tickets

Ticketbis. Net is a fake website. Please do not buy tickets from them. I just purchased two tickets to a football game in london as a present for my 14 y. O. Son. Tickets never came. Money is gone - 400 gbp! I have contacted my bank to get my money back and the police to get this company stopped.

A few days before my game in cologne i received a e mail to give the local adress in cologne so they can deliver it. This didn't work on the day and now there is only few days left before the game. What should I do? I want to call ticketbis but there is NO phone number. Please help. Dalibor

Money gone from account, no contact from you, got to travel 400 miles including boat plane train to get to the match, have just read your disgraceful reviews where you've scammed everyone that has written one, even if you send me an e ticket which I now doubt I won't no until I get to the gate at Wembley, email me tell me I'm wrong.

After waiting for the arrival of two football match tickets in vain, I received a cancellation notice - at the day of the event - from Ticketbis stating that due to overbooking my purchase was cancelled. That someone else was buying at the same time as I was and, by chance, the ticket went to the other person. Outrageous.

I need to cancel my ticket booked via stubhub due to change in date of the event. I don't see any straight forward procedure where I can cancel and ask for refund .

I paid £28.96 for this ticket and despite several e-mails I have received no communication regarding this issue and have therefore involved Trading Standards with a view to obtaining a full refund.
