i bout the extendedd warranty . i had a crack on my couch and they sad it wasn't cover because is normal wear and tear .the cushions are riped from the bottom and the same ting not cover so why do they sell you this bull ### extended warranty. don't wast your time calling them if you have the warranty . if you are tin kin of buying furniture don't go their.

I am sorry to learn of your concern and would like to speak with you but am unable to locate your order as this post does not provide me the information needed to look up your specific order. I am hoping you will contact me so we can go over your specific warranty purchased with the set. Please email me your contact information at jsakic@theroomplace.com and I will be happy to review and assist where possible. We have several different extended warrant options available to our Customers, they are all optional and if any are elected, the Certificate of Coverage is given at time of purchase by the Customer Loyalty agent (in addition to the review of coverage by our Sales Associate) at checkout which states coverage and exclusion along with timeframe in which the claim needs to be reported. Again, without knowing your specific order information, I am not able to provide any other insight. Nevertheless, I am happy to discuss further. Look forward to hearing from you soon.
