The Needed Necklace Wouldn't recommend buying from this website

I ordered an expensive ring for my sister's birthday with an expedited delivery. Somehow the company forgot to mention that actually this ring was out of stock and been unavailable for 4 weeks. But my money was charged. Moreover, I learned this detailed only when I called them two weeks later (when I realized they hadn't shipped anything).
Well done, Needed Necklace. Thank you for ruining my surprise.

The Needed Necklace never sent item ordered, did not refund money! buyer beware

I placed an order for a ring with the needed necklace after I never received confirmation of my order I contacted the company when I saw on my bank statement I was charged for the item. they claim they had no order and didn't acknowledge receiving my payment I showed them a screenshot of the payment that had cleared my bank and they still were unable to resolve telling me they had no order. They asked me over and over to provide more information. I asked them for a refund and received no response. They have stolen my money, don't buy from The Needed Necklace!

The Needed Necklace appalling!!!

Step by step to see how ridiculous they are:
1) Aug. 3d. I ordered a very beautiful necklace
2) Aug 5th. They notified me that they received my order
3) Aug 7th. The order was shipped. Very nice, that's pretty fast.
4) Aug 10th. First email from them out of many. They started bombarding me with emails asking to write a review about the order. Each email contained the same information.
Their customer service ignored my messages.
5) Aug 30th. I finally got the order. A f####g terrible necklace made of a cheap material. As if it was for a child.
Long waiting of a piece of crap? It wasn't even worth it.
I'm so angry and frustrated.

I was so upset that my son-in-law purchased an item from this place for my daughters birthday. I wish he would have consulted me first. I have been selling sterling jewelry since 1999 and I took one look at it and knew it was not gold filled or sterling silver as it said. Please people check out who you buy from online first. Like those turquoise boxes use see on famous action sites that say Tiffany & Co. They are not and they are not sterling. They may have a coating over them but they are not the real thing. Another thing I have found most sterling being sold out of Chine is NOT. Although there are many reputable companies in China that sell real sterling silver jewelry. DO YOUR HOMEWORK FIRST...PLEASE

I cannot speak strongly enough about the lack of professionalism and reliability this "company" has displayed. My story is long, and they are very aware of how I feel, so I won't get into it again on here. What I will say to anyone considering purchasing from them: RUN FAR AWAY! Do NOT give this place your money!

The Needed Necklace email address

I was trying to purchase a ring but there is no sizing guideline. I tried click on the links in their advert on facebook but nothing happens. I tried their contact us once again nothing happens. I have since read a few negative reviews which leads me to belief they are scammers? Please can you inform me if they are a genuine company selling genuine jewellery? If they are a fake company then facebook needs to be made aware so they can stop scamming innocent people.

The Needed Necklace Poorly made necklace

I have ordered from The Needed Necklace and my order was made on 18.11.2016. I finally received my order this week and must say that I'm very disappointed with the quality of my necklace, it looks nothing like pictures on their website and is poorly made. That was a present for a dear friend of mine but now I have to think of another present. No way I would give this peace of junk as a present! I hope I'll get a refund for this. I already sent them a message via email but they did not reply anything yet. Shop elsewhere.

The Needed Necklace Beware and stay away!!

I have made an order and purchased something from The Needed Necklace website. After that I decided to read some reviews about this company and I was shocked and terrified when I saw all the terrible reviews. About 10 minutes passed after I placed my order when I contacted The Needed Necklace customer service and asked them to cancel my order. I received a reply from their support stating that they were unable to cancel my order because it was already shipped. What a scam! Like I said before only 10 minutes passed and they tried to assure me my order was shipped! Not only they scammed me but they also tried to make a fool of me! Beware and stay away!

The Needed Necklace Horrible company!

I purchased a ring as a holiday gift for my aunt on 25/11/15. My order was not marked and shipped out until 2/12/15, and now there are only few days left before the holiday, but the ring has still not arrived. Their website states that simply placing an order by 25/11 would ensure holiday arrival. But that is not true! I placed my order in time, but still nothing! I recently contacted the customer service asking for my tracking information. They told that my order shipped out directly from China, and that was even worse! I am certain that the gift won't arrive in time for the holiday or that it will ever arrive. And also I am having doubts about its quality, because it was made in China! Better spend extra money on quality jewellery from a more reputable company or just spend your time shopping in local shops!

i ordered a ring 2/12/19 they said it would be delivered with in 5-7 days. then they emailed me saying they had a shipping problem and that it was takin cared of and my pkg was on the way. never got it now they wont respond to any of my emails. so i looked on there website and no one has received anything. is this a scam?

My ring arrived damaged . the left side side stone is loose and not under the mounting. I have send 3 emails asking for instruction for return and refund in the last 3 weeks . I have receieved no response. I feel like they are playing the wait game untill I am out of the 30 day window for returns.

I ordered this granddaughter bracelet from the needed necklace. Ymy account was charged But I never received the bracelet. I am filing a BBB complaint.

I ordered 3 bracelets and 1 necklace and haven't heard anything from the company "needed necklace"ordered on Nov 18 2017 sent a tracking number when I went on it it said number didn't exist

Ordered november 27th 2017 have not received it yet. This is december 18th. I wanted for christmas. Don't guess it will make it. Very unhappy & disappointed. My order # 12097

I paid for my ring online over 4 weeks ago and haven't received it as of yet. When can I expect it to come? I always see sales on Facebook do your company send out order or is it aasacm to take money. I would reallky like to get the ring cause it's beautiful.
