These rings are no good! After just a few months, the design wore off and it even broke. I tried to get in touch with the company through email and ***, but they never got back to me. I'm super unhappy with their lack of customer service. Don't waste your money on these rings.

I gotta say, my experience with Groove Life Rings hasn't been great. They say they have a 94-year warranty, but when my watch band ripped out from normal wear, they didn't have any customer service to help me out. They said they'd replace it for free, but then they charged me $5.00 for shipping and I still haven't gotten my new band. I've tried reaching out to them a bunch of times, but all I get is text messages through Facebook Messenger. It's been a real hassle, and I'm not sure I'd recommend them to anyone.

These rings are trash, and you can't even talk to the company if you got a problem. I had a ring that was under warranty, and they sent me a new one that was all cut up and scratched. But since it was already a replacement, I can't even get in touch with them to fix it. The real problem is that I've tried to leave a bad review on their site, but they won't put it up. I've been waiting over a week, and it still hasn't shown up. It seems like their whole review section is fake, and they're just trying to make themselves look good with all those 5-star ratings. It's super sketchy and dishonest.

Groove Life Rings got some problems with their customer service. It's like they don't have any real people to talk to. I messed up my order and needed help right away, but there's no way to fix it online or get in touch with a human. They just send automated messages that don't do anything. It's super frustrating to see my order being processed and not getting any response when I try to make changes. I wouldn't suggest this company because of these problems.

Got the ring on 8/23. It was big, so I asked for a swap on the website. It's now 9/21 and still no package. Got the first order but the ring was big. I asked for a swap on 8/23 and got confirmation #XXXXXXX. Both the email and website said it'd take 15-20 days to come coz of covid. It's now 9/21 and I still don't have the right size ring. Can't call the company coz no number. I asked customer service twice and got the same canned response. Just wanna swap the ring for the right size.

I got a ring, belt, and watchband from groovelife.com cuz they got a 94 year lifetime warranty with no BS. They say if you lose it, mess it up, or anything they'll replace it for free or $5-15 for 94 years. My hubby always loses rings so I used the ring replacement 4 times since May . The watch band broke so I used the warranty once and the belt got lost so I used it once too. But now he lost the second belt on a hunting trip so I paid $15 for shipping and they said I can't use the warranty no more cuz I used it too much! What happened to the 94 year unlimited no BS lifetime guarantee? It's a scam! If you use the warranty too much they won't let you use it again! Scam! Check it out cuz it ain't right to say you got a warranty and then not follow through!

They didn't send me a new ring after mine broke! I bought a new one and it lasted about a year before it broke. I followed their instructions for a replacement, sent pictures and emails like they said, but they still won't send me a new one! I paid $35 for the lifetime warranty ring, but they don't seem to care about giving me a replacement. It's been over 2 months and I've sent multiple emails, but I don't think it's going to happen. It's a shame because I really like the product, but like so many companies, customer service isn't as good as they say it is. They don't have a phone number to call and they don't seem to care about doing the right thing for a loyal customer. This is the first time I've ever complained to the ComplaintsBoard.com and I'm very disappointed.

I ordered some rings from Groove Life Rings and was supposed to get them on August 15th. But when I checked the tracking, it hadn't moved since August 11th. I contacted the company and they gave me a bunch of excuses like it's still processing or it's delayed because of COVID. I finally opened a case with USPS and found out that my package was going to a different state! The post office said I should file a fraud case because the shipping label was messed up. I told Groove Life Rings about this and they blamed the post office, but said they would send me new rings. They gave me a tracking label for someone else's package that was delivered in July! This was the worst experience I've ever had with a company. I have all the emails and photos to prove it.

I order my ring on 8/22 and paid for fast shipping and protection. But now, it's been a while and I still haven't received it. I keep asking for an update, but all they keep telling me is that it was delivered back in July to someone in NJ. I don't know who that is! I talked to someone named *** and they said I shouldn't be seeing someone else's address. I just want my ring ASAP with proper tracking. That's all I want. I needed this ring as a gift and now it's late because they can't figure out where it is. Groovelife, you're ruining everything! I was going to recommend you to my whole corporation, but now I'll tell them to never shop here. You guys are too good to be true. Get me my ring asap, please!

They say they will replace the rings if they get stretched out.but I have been trying to get a replacement ring for the male ring (black in color) they have not replaced it even though I have emailed many times.they know longer have a phone so you can not call.

Incorrect offer and took my money that didnt line up with offer I ordered the "trial of 3 rings" it says you will only be charged 1.99 but they really take the money for all 3 even though it doesn't match your receipt. With the times we are in my bank got overdrawn and late feed because of grooves false advertising. They have yet to see the error in how your receipt charging 1.99 would actually charge 115 on the card. DO NOT trust they wont charge you extra for no reason unless you plan on just "lending" that money until they decide to refund you.

I utilized the try 3 rings on service. I returned all 3 rings but was still charged for all 3 rings. I utilized the try 3 rings before you buy on 4/5. I did not want to purchase any of them when I received them on 4/8 so I send them back 4/11. Since the initial pending charge on my credit card, I've had multiple additional pending charges from the company come through. One will drop off but another will appear. I continue to have a hold on my account. I contacted the company and was told it will drop off. I contacted the company again after I had the hold placed again and was told they released the hold. On 2 May I had a charge on my account even though I returned all 3 rings and was told the pending charge would be released. My order number is XXXXXXX.

Warranty replacement and will not answer messages anymore on messenger. Keep saying it's on its way and due to Covid-19 everything is delayed Ok to say I'm disappointed is an understatement. It's been a month and still have not received the warranty replacement ring that I paid for. I contacted the company on July 21 and paid for shipping on the replacement ring. The only way to talk to customer service is through email or messenger. I've talked to them through messenger and they said if not received in mail by August 18 to let them know and they will take care of me. I contacted them back today after mail ran and still no ring. This was a customized ring for my wife with her initials on it. Now they will not even respond to my messages. I just don't understand because I've cooperated with all their demands of pictures of broken ring and payment of shipping but they've failed to send my ring and speak to me. I've ordered many other items from other companies during this same time frame and got it within 5-6 days or less.

Bought two rings that were one size too small. Returned both rings and have not received my refund almost a month later. I purchased two rings from GrooveLife on July 21 totaling $67.84 on a credit card. The order number is *** and the two rings purchased were a Zeus edge (navy) and a mystery ring, both size 9. The rings I ordered were too small so I began the return/exchange process immediately. I have since tried to follow up with GrooveLife about the status of my refund, and have heard nothing, nor received anything. When I check the status of my return through their website it tells me the rings have already been returned. I live in SC and the company is based in TN so I know for a fact they received my return very quickly. I cannot get in contact with anyone in person to followup about the status of my refund, and their help service chat is a broken link and provides no chat service whatsoever. There is no reason it should take this long to issue a refund as their website plainly states "94 Year No *** Warranty" with supporting information to state the exchange/refund process should be seamless. It is anything but. Please help me as I am afraid I am getting scammed by a company that won't even accept phone calls to resolve issues in a timely manner.
