TGI Friday'scustomer service plus order

I am reaching out because I made a online order on august 28th, 2018 at about 11:40 waited outside the restaurant until about 12:15 which was when they said my food would be ready got a phone call saying my order wasn't able to be fulfilled because i some work getting done in the kitchen. I go on to ask what will be done about my money being refunded they said come back the next day and let someone know what happen and i'll have a $40 food credit. I wasn't able to make it the next day so i returned on august 30th told the lady what happened so she took my order and said she'll let the manager know. I waited 2 hours and someone came out to tell me they lost my order i give them the order again we wait another hour and they bring out half the order so at this point i'm getting a little agitated and ask for a man
