For 4 days now your IT dept. has been unable to get me into my own account. l would like to buy some personal property in Puerto Rico. If this is not fixed as of today ( it has already been 4 days )I am going to begin billing TD for my loses due to your incompetence. How can such a huge corporation be so sloppy and ill trained? I have spoken to your IT people for hours over a simple password. I went to your local branch. How can your IT dept. exist, is it filled with high school drop outs?
