Tata Sky / No Signal
I am getting no Signal in my HD DVR box. Complaint is pending for 5 days now. Every day I call atleast 4 times to check on why no body is coming to fix it. Everytime I am told your service is taken to high priority but the end result is same no body calls or shows up.
Two times they scheduled a technician time. I stayed home during those slots but no body showed up or had a coutesy to call and inform. Tata sky people think we are all jobless with nothing to do other than wait for their technicians.
Every time I call, I get false commitments from the reps seems like an effort to just get rid of the customer call. PATHETIC SERVICE.
Even today I called and the rep after the robotic apology said its taka sky personnel fault that they are not even calling us back and that they will fix it today.
