see "ripoff" website. i posted reason why my hh jaguar was a "used defective" guitar. this company does NOT care about their customers.

    People with time to smear family owned, self made, American businesses these days, and have no clue of yhe damage that they cause via search engines etc, should really just take all of their time to create something better for themselves...

    people with time to respond to so called "smear family owned business" should also just take "all" of their time to create something better for themselves as well. IF you dont know the truth, or the situation YOU shouldn't JUDGE!!! when i rec'd this "so called new" guitar NO warranty or manual etc...came with it; which should have been red flag from the beginning. But, i was being assured it was new and dont worry. which was far from the truth!!!
    next time know the whole story before u respond w/such idol response. OR maybe u work there?

    I ordered an ibanez s770pb from sweetwater sound recently. Upon opening and playing a few chords i heard a buzz on the infi pickups. also the body was inferior it looked like some little child carved the body there were shreds of wood and on the back bolt ons one of them was set to far in compared to the rest of them and they were shreded.the inf2 pickup ribbon was shreded.
    They say there is a 55 point inspection but I surely doubt that. Well the guitar plays well thru my boss 1180CD.
    I felt really guilly of not purchasing the guitar through the local BB music sound store.

    Obviously you kids are trying extremely hard to find something wrong with a great place, I personally love everything they do at Sweetwater and have had nothing but good experiences. They give you one on one attention so you don't have to talk to someone new every time. Also, they give you a two year warranty on EVERY guitar that you buy from them. You little kids are high or something.

    Company didn't fully refund a charge they should have never charged in the first place. Order was cancelled prior to shipping. Shipped anyway. They did make a u-turn on the package but why should I have to pay for their error? I shouldn't; they therefore suck, and I agree with the "kids." If you don't want your company to collapse, don't rip people off.
