Sunbeam Products jcs customer service

I placed an order on Sunbeam.ca on Nov 24 2018, since then I have not heard anything back about shipping my order. I was expecting to receive this by today to give as a birthday gift. I'm definitely not happy with your service and lack of communication. I tried several times to contact you about this through the sunbeam website to no luck.
All I get is these form email messages stating...
We have received your message and look forward to assisting you as quickly as we can. We respond to all inquiries in the order received.
At this point my order still shows as processing. I would appreciate a reason for this delay in shipment. If you can't fulfill my order then let me know so I can cancel my order and take my business elsewhere.

Rejected/Returned item and still waiting for refund. It's been several weeks since UPS returned it. Poor customer service to say the least. Every time I contact them, it's a different representative and another excuse why I haven't been reimbursed yet.

Update: I finally got through to customer service again. This time I was told to wait till my order arrives, then reject/return it, wait till their warehouse processes it so I can get a refund within the next two billing cycles.
I immediately asked to speak to management but no one was available. I'm upset cause this is ridiculous considering that it's not even shipped yet, UPS said only a shipping label has been created.

Update : Dec. 4, 2018 Finally able to get through to customer service after several attempts online and through phone contact. Since product wasn't shipped from warehouse yet, I was told I'd get a full refund after cancelling my order.
Update: WTF? I just got a Ship Confirmation from www.sunbeam.ca today at 5pm I cancelled the order this morning at 9:20 am.
This company Jarden Consumer Solutions, Newell Brands, Sunbeam has terrible customer service. I'm calling and emailing them again but of course I'm getting no response yet.

Sunbeam Products gas hop

Hi bought a sunbeam gas hop a year and 3 months and the big burner MELTTED! I was buzy cooking food and the the gas just started coming out on the said and stared to melt my pot Handels to. Dont know it this could happen if it's sepouse to take the heat. Really dissepointed in this product I really liked the look of it but mad with my self beacuse I didn't took the other brand. I can't use the burner because the gas are not coming out evenly and I have to struggle to get it to light. Now I have to buy a new one the same size than this one! I won't buy sunbeam ever again. Because of this bad product that's not sepouse to melt but really melted

Sunbeam Products dual queen size electric blanketpac-449-1 style s85kqa

I used blanket last week and no problem..Turned it on for tonight and the Control panel controller started blinking..I tried resetting it 3 times like the book said and I have tyo unplug it to stop blinking..Will not heat at all..The other controller works and heats up..Whats up with all these complaints? It would cost me too much to se4nd back..I gave $100 for this blanket..I would at least like to have a NEW SET OF CONTROLS Sick of this crap not working..

Sunbeam Products I am complaining about sunbeam blanket

I ve been waiting for a return label for my heated blanket forever, every time I call there is excuses or disrespectful in answering my question, just now Betty hang up on me, I spoke to sky last week she said to wait even longer because the company short staff, I did the web chat, they could not help me

I need help with replacing my blankets it seems ur product are not good
But sadly ur the only one I found at BJ with king size
I would like someone to help replace them

Sunbeam Products 14l mineral waterpot model : smwp-14a

I am a 59 year old male and excessively overweight. Recently I decided to go on a diet as my health was starting to deteriorate.
On Saturday 22 September 2018, I purchased a exercise machine and 2 x Sunbeam 14L Mineral Waterpot Model : SMWP-14A (one to keep at home and one for my office at work use) as I wanted to commence drinking two litres of water a day.
When I arrived home, I commenced assembling the mineral waterpot as per instructions which was inside the packaging. Once fully assembled, I then filled the upper water container with water and left the dinning room to begin assembling the exercise machine. Some time later, I returned to the dinning room only to that the water from the upper water container had leaked out all over our dinning room table.
After cleaning the mess up, I tried to figure out what caused the water to leak out by placing some more water into the water container. After a short while, the water again continued to leak out between the upper water container and the below white filter holder which fits on top of the lower water container. I then read the instruction once more in case I missed something but the assembly of the waterpot was assembled correctly.
I filled the upper water container once again and still leaking occurred. I eventually emptied the water container and just left it on the kitchen counter feeling very dissatisfied.
My wife purchases a fair amount of Sunbeam appliance products which we have in our kitchen and this is the first time that a Sunbeam product is of such poor quality.

Good Day

I use sunbeam products for a few years.

But the poorest product I bought a year ago was the countertop 2 plate stove with oven.
In 4 months time it all started rusting inside. If I was a person not looking after my stuff I could understand.
This was an eye opener for not trusting all products of sunbeam.

Sunbeam Products sunbeam foodsaver urban series cut & seal vacuum sealer (vs6100)

Purchased the above item and have received it, but cannot get to work.
Have to hold down by both hands to get it to turn on and if you can manage to press the Vacuum and Seal button whilst holding it down. IT DOES NOT WORK.
Would like to return and get a refund please.

Have checked reviews and it seems to be a common complaint

Sunbeam Products 4 slice toaster

We purchased a 4 slice toaster from Target Eastland Vic .
We have had the item for 6 weeks and have been overseas on holiday for 3 of those.
The toaster has elements that are not working in different sections, and bread doesn't toast on one side evenly having to swap half way to cook.
We are in the midst of moving house and have mislaid the receipt for the item . I have been to the store mentioned and they wont exchange the product without a receipt. I have always bought Sunbeam products and very disappointed with this one.
Sunbeam quality have always been superb.
I need to know what I can do about this toaster as it still has over 10 months warranty pending. Look forward to your answer ASAP .

Sunbeam Products renue heated wrap

I would like the contact information for your corporate office. I purchased one of your Renue Heated Wraps. I recently used it for neck & upper shoulder pain. I had the wrap on for 28 min. About a half hour later, I felt a burning sensation on my upper arm. When I looked I had a burn blister on my arm! I could not believe it. I have checked the wrap and there are no flaws or open areas on it. I cannot believe the degree of burn I acquired from this product. It has been 3 days and I still have a large fluid filled burn blister! Thank God I didn't let anyone else in our family use this. I have attached pictures of the burn on my upper arm.

Sunbeam Products for the last 2 winters i've had to buy a new heated mattress pad king size

I love the brand but I'm not happy at all for the last two winters i've had to buy a new mattress pad because it quit working I do be leave they should last longer then a year when you only use it in the winter. I think you owe me a new one this is [censor] I pay good money for the idem my number is [protected] lets please get this handled right away

Sunbeam Products sunbeam 5.5 litre crockpot

I have had my Sunbeam Crockpot for about 4 years. It is in immaculate condition and is used maybe once a fortnight, mainly in winter. Today I put a rolled leg of lamb in it and cooked it for about 6 hours. When I was washing it up tonight, I discovered a dirty patch in the stainless steel base. I went looking in the crock and discovered a crack down the side. It has not been knocked or dropped. I am very disappointed that this has happened as I have never had a problem with Sunbeam kitchen appliances. I would really like my crockpot to be replaced as I do not think it can be mended.
The crack is between the silver lines in the photograph.

Sunbeam Products sunbeam heated blanket

We bought a sunbeam burgundy heated blanket queen size Christmas last year..got it home..kept the box and receipt..put it on..loved it! Had it on till this March (southern Mo) put it away till last night 10-22-17. The blanket #bsm9gq-r310-22awd #[protected]. Put it on last night ..and waited..an hr later still not even warm..had it on 4. So we took it off and redid everything..not once but 3 times. So I took it back to Walmart in Lamar Mo this morn..and they said they no longer can exchange them. Couldn't find my receipt..but they said even with a rec, they can't take it back. It took us awhile to save to buy this one..we are both senior citizens. So my question is>>> whre do I take it to get it working again. We loved it, when it worked. I bought an electric blanket 3 times and they have all quit working within two months never again will I ever buy anything that has been made by Sunbeam its junk nothing more. Its Winter time and I expected this one to last throughout the Winter I was wrong so disgusted how they stay in business is beyond me making junk products

To Whom it May Concern,
The winter of 2016 I Purchased the above Sunbeam Blanket. When the blanket was removed from proper storage the right side would not work at all the light blinked, however; the right side had stopped working completely. As a consumer I had complete confidence in Sunbeam products. Yet this Queen size blanket will dual controls has now completely quit working. Sunbeam has been a household name for many years. Before buying the above blanket I owned a Sunbeam electric blanket for ten years and NEVER had a problem with that blanket.

It is my belief that Sunbeam should make a good faith issue on the less than year old blanket.
Please send me information on how to resolve this problem. Reading different blogs while attempting to find this page in which to write the company, I came across several of the same issues with different consumers. When a Sunbeam blanket will last ten years, it is my observation that there is a possible recall problem with the above product.

Sunbeam Products electric blankets

Brand new and light blinks telling me it will not work . Went to web site to find over 30complaints for the same thing. For the money they charge the product don't work. You may get a month out of it. I am disabled and need it and I sit here cold all the time cause the product I bought is crap. The company does not tell you how to reset it to get the product they sell to work. I can't afford to buy one and short of buying a new one put the old one back in the box no return it, I have no other choice

I have had this blanket with the blinking lights on both controls, Having read the prior complaints, it seems that there is no resolve. Now I know not to buy this product amymore.

My husband is recovering from cancer and the only comfort he gets was from his Sunbeam Electric Blanket. The red light started blinking and we've tried everything to get it to work. Does not work at all. Do not buy Sunbeam products. They do not last.

Sunbeam Products king size, heated mattress cover

OMG< my brother gave me a Sunbeam heated mattress cover for x-mas, I live in Florida, rarely need to use it, personally I'm a big fan of the electric blanket, not only is this my first heated mattress cover also my first Sunbeam product, fast forward to today Jan 25, the coldest day this season in Florida, OK let me put my NEW gift to use, OK worked for about all of 8 minutes then BLINKING LIGHT, I looked up online what to do, used different outlets, even took the thing to my brothers this morning, same result-BLINKING LIGHT-NO HEAT!. of coarse no receipt, so what a BUM x-mas present this turned out to be., I just want a working product, I rarely need this kind of product in Florida, but if needed and I have it wouldn't it be nice to have it working?, main question what is the resolution for the Blinking light?, Is it just defected and will never work?, My house has upgrade electrical, or is the only solution to just purchase a non-sunbeam product? ? - S. Was given a Sunbeam queen size heated mattress pad for Christmas and washed it today ( followed instructions on blanket) and now both controls blink continually. Have unplugged from outlet and still blinks. Any suggestions/solutions? Thanks!

Sunbeam Products dual control queen mattress pad - a02-tc-03u2 style s85kqa/e23623f

A gift from our son in Dec. 2014 (Order No. [protected]). Used by my husband, Gabriel, who is 89, and myself. Used a couple of months-only when it is cold -we live in California. I can not tell when the damage occurred but because it is extensive I would guess the damage has been there for awhile. I found it today because I was turning the mattress. The damage is on Gabriel's side probably because he used it more and at a higher temperature. It helped keep him warm. I have a picture I can send. The underside of the mattress cover is shredded where the wires are, and three of the heating wires are totally exposed . I find it hard to believe that a good Sunbeam product would disintegrate with only a few months use. Is there anything you can do to get us a replacement? Sunbeam Products electric lap blanket

Like previous complaints the control to my electric lap blanket blinks on the high setting and is not heating! This blanket has not been used very much. This was a gift several years ago. date of incident 1/7/16 no client number desirable resolution ~ replacement of either style A85AP control 613A or replacement of entire unit no invoice available As a senior plus it is hard for me to get around to purchase a replacement. Sunbeam Products heated blanket

Where can i get a real old fashioned heated blanket? These new ones only last one year then fail on me. On top of that, i hate the new temperature regulators. I find a warm spot and move my foot there, only to have it cool off when the foot gets there. The whole point is to put my foot in the warm spot! Not to have it cool off where i need warmth! And what happened to the silky trimmed regular blankets. I dont need fleece, and i dont need the kind with holes in the fabric! I just want the regular heated blanket like they used to be made. No one i knew growing up ever had anything burn down from a heated blanket. I think those cases are extremely rare. Sell both if you have to, but give us back our warmth! This is rediculous, and a waste of money!

Sunbeam Products heater blanket - very disappointed in this product

I've purchased 6 of their heater blankets for family and friends. They all have complained that after a couple of month the control panel starts to blinking and the blanket will no longer heat. I feel that this matter should be addressed and handled. People spend their hard earned money and you would think that Sunbeam is a good name to stand behind... NOT! very disappointed in this product a waste of my money and time BRRRRR.

Sunbeam Products oven door shattered

Sunbeam Gas Oven Model No: SGEO-900SA
Last night wile cooking dinner I opened the oven door and it shattered in to a million pieces.
There was no crack or anything else, it just shattered for no reason.
How is that possible.
I have been on the internet for about two hours now. I can not find any support system for South African customers.
Were do I get a new door? Who installs it?

Sunbeam Products theft and no customer service

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!

They sell crap, and then they sell you LIES, and then they give you NO customer service!

And on top of all of that, they STOLE my money!

I bought two air filter machines from this company. I needed some new filters and the company was having a "buy two, get one free" on the filters that fit these machines, so I ordered some.

I got my order and ONLY received TWO filters!

I contacted customer service to see if the third one was shipped separately, and NEVER got a response!

I returned the filters for a refund, and have NOT gotten my money back! And I returned them last month!
I sent the items with a tracking number and got confirmation that the items were delivered to the return address, so I KNOW they got them back!
I have contacted their "customer service" at least 5 more times, and I STILL have NOT received ANY response from them at all!

Not only are they LIARS, they are frauds for FALSE ADVERTISING!

And on top of that, they are THIEVES for stealing my money!

Now I have to waste my time filling out a FBI Online Fraud report!
