AC Wholesalers ain't got no good customer service, and their warranty work is straight up garbage. My AC unit stopped working after only 10 months, and it's been out of commission for a whole month now. I ain't heard nothin' from them about when I can expect to get the dang part I need to fix it. It's a real pain in the butt, let me tell ya. I wouldn't recommend AC Wholesalers to nobody.

I waited on the phone for like half an hour and still no one picked up. I was trying to ask about my order that I spent almost a grand on, but they said it was in stock and now it's still not here a whole week later. I don't think I'll be buying from them again.

I recently purchased an AC unit from AC Wholesalers (acwholesalers.com) and unfortunately, I ran into some issues with the warranty. The unit I received was supposed to have a 10-year warranty, but when I checked the paperwork, I noticed that it only had a 5-year warranty. I think it's important for companies to be honest and transparent with their customers. AC Wholesalers failed to do so in my case, and it's left a bad taste in my mouth. I hope they take responsibility for their mistake and work to make things right with their customers.

So, we ordered from AC Wholesalers on May 31, 2020 and they said they'd ship in 3-4 days. But, we still haven't heard anything about our order. They said that the coronavirus messed up their production or something, and that they'd ship our stuff on June 12. But, it's already June 17 and we haven't gotten a tracking number or any kind of update. We even emailed them and still haven't heard back. It's frustrating because we really need this stuff and we thought we could count on them to deliver on time.

I bought an air conditioner, e-coil, and lines from AC Wholesalers on July 3rd and it arrived on July 10th, which was really cool. However, when I opened the package, I noticed that the e-coil was damaged and the fins were smashed, even though the box looked fine. I installed it anyway and within 24 hours, the fan inside the unit fell off and started making weird noises. I tried calling customer service, but no one was willing to help me out. It was a bummer.

I bought a mini split from AC Wholesalers and had it installed by a pro HVAC company. But then, the unit tripped the main breaker and the main board got burned. It was a real bummer. The mini split had some internal wiring issue that caused the main board to burn up in the unit. I was so mad! AC Wholesalers said they wouldn't give me my money back for the condenser since the system was already installed. That was not cool. The issue could never have been determined had the unit not been installed. So, I'm warning you, be careful when you buy from AC Wholesalers. They might not give you your money back if something goes wrong.

So, my sister got me a Mitsubishi Mini-split air conditioning unit from AC Wholesalers, and it's been a real pain in the butt. The Air Handler is all messed up, and when I tried to get it fixed under warranty, they told me they wouldn't honor it because it was installed at a different address than the one my sister used to buy it. I mean, come on, what kind of nonsense is that? The thing was installed by a professional, and ACW knew all about the situation when my sister ordered it. They never said anything about this voiding the warranty. In fact, they told me it would be covered. Now they're saying I was misinformed. What a load of crap. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. They're a bunch of liars and cheats.

This company is not to be trusted! I am currently in the process of filing a claim with the Better Business Bureau and may even take them to court. They instructed me to ship my furnace back to their Bolingbrook, Illinois location, which is a four-hour drive from my home. Luckily, I own a third-party delivery company, so I had my driver deliver it for me. The recipient signed off on my paperwork, stating that all three packages were received in good condition on August 12th, 2020. However, it is now almost October, and I still haven't received anything from them. Every time I contact them, they claim that they haven't received the furnace and that the location I returned it to is just their third-party company. They say they need confirmation from them before they can refund me. It's ridiculous! I will have to take these clowns to court over an $1,800 order. Thank goodness my furnace still works, and this was just an upgrade to get central air. Otherwise, my son and I would be freezing in the mornings. I plan to file a claim next week and will probably post all evidence on YouTube and every other review site to warn others about these thieves. I wish there was a way to give negative stars for rating this company because that's how sorry they are. They are completely unprofessional [censored]s!

I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with AC Wholesalers. I ordered a heater from them back in November and it never even made it past the "Processing" stage. I work during their business hours, so I tried emailing their customer service address a few times, but never got a response. They did send me a notice saying they'd get back to me within 24-72 hours, but that never happened. After three more emails, I finally gave up and cancelled my order.

Normally, I wouldn't be so upset about a product being late or out of stock, but this heater was supposed to be available and ship within two days of my order. I even scheduled an electrician to install it more than 20 days after I placed the order, thinking that would be plenty of time. But now, I have to put my holiday guests up in a hotel because we don't have a heated room for them.

My son recommended AC Wholesalers to me because they were so helpful when he was building his house and got him a great deal on an HVAC system. I thought I couldn't go wrong. Boy, was I wrong. This company clearly doesn't care about their customers or their business. Beware, folks.

I had a really bad experience with AC Wholesalers. They took my money for an order that they cancelled and didn't even bother to apologize. They advertise products that they don't even have in stock, which is really frustrating. I tried to complain but they just ignored me. I ordered a Daikin split Heat Pump set on July 27th and the website said it was in stock. The person I spoke to on the phone also confirmed that it was in stock and would be delivered by August 3rd. I also ordered some accessories that were supposedly in stock. But on August 1st, I called to check on my order and was told that the set was on back-order. I asked to speak to a manager but was told they were too busy. I asked to be called back and someone named Rafael called me the next day. He said the unit was on back-order but couldn't explain why the accessories were delayed. He refused to send me a better unit at the same price and made a rude comment about me expecting a Cadillac when I was paying for a Ford. Later, he said the set I ordered had been discontinued. He offered me some alternative units at the same price but wouldn't match the price of the original set. He also couldn't explain why they didn't follow their own policy of notifying customers about back-ordered items. I was really unhappy with this and sent an email on August 3rd to cancel both orders. I even took screenshots to prove it. But they only cancelled the main order and not the accessories. I called them multiple times from August 5th to 7th but they kept putting me on hold or transferring me to different departments. On August 8th, they charged my credit card for the accessories even though I had cancelled the order. It was really frustrating. I ended up buying the same unit from another merchant who delivered it on time. It just goes to show that AC Wholesalers can't be trusted.

AC Wholesalers is the worst company I've ever dealt with. I placed an order two months ago and it still hasn't arrived. I've tried calling them five times, but no one ever answers the phone. I haven't received any updates on my order, and I'm starting to think that I'll never get it. I would strongly advise anyone to stay away from this company.
