Order still not sent to fedex
Hi,
I made order number [protected], over two weeks ago (2nd Jan 22) and while half of the order has arrived, I am still waiting for the more expensive product to even be shipped. I have been in touch with customer services three times to get updates and nothing significant has been done to get the goods dispatched, and Fedex cannot give me any updates because they have not received the item yet.
I would like for the order to be re-raised so that this can hopefully jog the dispatch of the goods. I have paid a considerable amount of money for this order so it extremely poor service to be without the goods for so long as I know it is yet to even start the transit to the UK and this alone will probably take at least another week. I explained to one of your team that this is a wedding gift for my husband that I need by next week so if the part of the order I am waiting for cannot be fulfilled to arrive by 24th January I would like a refund and for you to pay for the transit costs of me sending the frame back (with collection service) to you as it is pointless without the other half of the order.

Desired outcome: Remaining goods to be shipped and delivered by 24th Jan 22, otherwise full refund.
Trying to make a return
I ordered a gift for my nephew and it is too large for the wall space. You must have a return number to send a return. Every time I call I sit on hold for hours and no one ever picks up. I tried opting for the sales line and they say they can't help you that only customer service can. They tell you there are 5 people in the que and the wait should be 15 minutes. But after hours on hold nothing. Order placed on December 3, 2020 - order number is [protected]. Sales told me that it also had an order number of 1963227. I just want a return number so I can return the item. They only give you 30 days to return which is impossible if you can't get anyone on the phone.
Desired outcome: Return number to return item
Shipping and customer service
Horrible experience. We placed an order with joe for a birthday present for my son. Paid extra for next day as we were advised to do. Anyplace else, next day shipping means we get it the next day. 5 days later we haven't received it. Called back and joe said it just means they will prepare it for shipping that day, but they ship it regular. This was never explained. I also never received the email notification when it shipped. He was rude, refused to give me a refund on the next day. Lost my business forever.

Product not received
I purchased an autographed picture for Christmas on December 12th. The site had a sale and the price was 30% off. The product was supposed to be shipped within 2 days and guaranteed delivery by Christmas eve. After waiting a week, the item still didn't ship. I figured they were behind due to the holidays. On December 22nd, the items still didn't ship. Finally on December 23rd, I received an email and the item was no longer available. BUT to help with the disappointment, they gave me a 10% off on a future order. I reached out to customer service, and no response. I went back on the site and the item was STILL available, but this time was $75 higher than the original non-sale price. So the 10% off wasn't even worth it and I had to pay MORE. I continued to reach out to customer service and to this date still did not receive a response, especially as to why they originally stated the item wasn't available yet it was listed on the site at now an even high price. This site is a SCAM and service is terrible. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE!
Incorrect address on my package
Someone incorrectly inputted basically all of my mailing information incorrectly, from my mailing address to my phone number. My package is now lost in the mail. I had to chase them for everything from the start. They did not send me a reply email when I ordered, I had to request it from them. When I went to check what my package was doing, I had to again ask them for my tracking number because the one they had sent me in my email was incorrect. I again had to contact them to get another tracking number when it went from one company FedEx to Canada Post. Why this was a thing, I am unsure. But it was to late I could not correct their mistake. My package is lost. I have contacted the individual who I was emailing for my tracking number, the support line and the general email to see if anyone would reply to me. NO ONE HAS. Now I am out a bunch of money with none of the items I wanted. And a company that doesn't want to help at all. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS SITE. It is not worth it. I wish I never had.
Incorrect item
I purchased a ball advertised as Astros signature and the images of the back of the ball did in fact show the commissioner at the time advertised. The ball received was a new ball, 2015…i am not paying 100 for a bait and switch ball. If you cannot immediately overnight the ball in the picture attached, I expect a refund and I will be calling my credit card company and filing with Amazon to report the fraud. Since this email the seller has written misleading emails to Amazon, ignored pictures I provided of the ball sent vs the ball they advertised. This is a lying bait and switch company...beware! Your email to Amazon is a complete lie! I already supplied you photos of the ball received vs the ball advertised. And there is no option to send pictures via Amazon's messaging system as you instructed me to do in your denial. My credit card company has been contacted and is reversing the charges and filing an Federal trade commission complaint for your illegal online activities. Amazon is also being engaged by the card company to make them fully aware of your practices. Having a lawyer as a best friend, who this ball was intended as a gift for, and nothing better to do with the time on my hands, I will ensure to file a complaint, honest review of what you've done, and post everywhere I can your businesses illegal and fraudulent activities. And think, I contacted you immediately to try and resolve, provided picture proof twice, and you still want to play games. At the end of the day you could have made it right and kept a customer, your payment, and your reputation. OK instead you lose hopefully thousands of customers and reputation due to my constant negative reviews and you don't even get paid because the credit card company has a complete copy of your emails, the photos I sent you, and your veiled response attempting to cause confusion and ignore your failure to honor your contractual obligations.
My order was unavailable, but they haven't returned my money back
I ordered boxing gloves from the company www.sportsmemorabilia.com. I got the confirmation info that the gloves were available. I patiently waited, but after 4 days I got another email that my order was already unavailable. Ok, I asked to return money back, but these ### stopped to communicate with me. So be careful if you use this website or leave comments if you have horrible experience with this seller.
Inept
Ordered a very expensive autographed baseball from "Klaus". Was very specific about what I wanted. He was very friendly. Received wrong item a several hundred dollar cheaper ball. Called Klaus. Not so friendly anymore."I'll take care of it"& hung up.Called back. "What do you mean you'll take care of it". "I'll take care of it". Never took care of it. Stuck with cheap c***. Hey guess what maybe I'll pay a friendly visit. & I'll take care of it.

Poor operations and customer service
I ordered an autographed baseball as a Christmas gift for a family member. When I received the ball, the box had the name of the player but the autograph and number on the ball was for a different player on a different team. Clearly their inventory/warehouse process is flawed for items that are allegedly authenticated. I contacted customer service and they indicated they would correct things and that I should send a photo of the contents I received. I did not receive a follow up e-mail until over a week after Christmas and was informed that I was correct, they had sent the incorrect ball and if I returned it they would refund me the money. No attempt or offer was made to try and rectify the situation by either obtaining a ball elsewhere or offering a discount on some other item despite the customer service line's previous committment to doing so. Buyers be warned you may not receive what you ordered and even if you do the authenticity could be questionable.
Scam artists
Beware...They try to mislead the comsumer. They may brag about authenticity, but what I received was a very FAKE, CHEAP jersey (didn't even have team name or logo on it). Apparently all they guarantee is the signature...NOT the entire item. Shouldn't they state that? Even the signature is questionable. No recourse at all. They refuse to be reasonable. High price paid for misrepresented merchandise. They do not care about customer satisfaction at all. Do not give this merchant any business unless you really don't care what you receive.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Fake autographs
Also hollywoodmemorabila.com - They are trying to sell a fake copy of my grandfather's signature. It is an obvious fake easily identified by his family. An exact COPY of the signature is also being sold on eBay - if it isn't fake how is the exact signature and attached card with writing being sold by muliple vendors? The representative Jerome was rude and didn't care that it was a fake and they are continuing to try and sell it as authentic when it is a forgery and a copy of a forgery at that! How could they possible authenticate something that is a fake? I would nver trust anything purchased from this site.
Unapproved charges!!
I placed an order for Christmas on December 17th. While on their website, I clicked on an icon to find out about "free shipping". Apparently, when doing this, this automatically signs you up for VIP membership. They charged my credit card an additional $69.99. There was no information regarding charges when I did this, I don't even remember clicking on the icon. When I called them they told me that I must have clicked on the icon. They told me they would credit my account, this has been over a week ago and now I can't get in touch with them at all. I will never use this company again!
This company sucks
What a worthless company! I ordered a product for someone's birthday 10 days in advance. Their online tracking was non-existant so I sent an e-mail to find out where it was. The day AFTER my loved one's birthday, they told me that they didn't carry that item anymore.
never trust this website! The customer service representatives are rude and the signature they sold me wasa blatant fake! Even after they were notified, they are still trying to sell thi sfake signature. To top it all off theere is also a copy of this fake being sold on eBay. Judge for yourself. Doe sthis make any sense? Where you smell smke there is bound to be fire. Don't waste your $$ on the website.
Bad service
The item I ordered (Martin Brodeur Signed goalie stick & signed puck) was sent to N.Y. when I live in Chicago. I was told that they would send another item out right away. 2 weeks later I received the original item that they sent to N.Y. The stick was damaged and the puck was missing. At this point it's almost a month in, so I asked for a refund. They said they would mail out a return label, which they never did! I filed a complaint with Paypal and the NEXT day I received the return label in an email from sportsmemorabilia.com. Paypal issued me a full refund. If I had done some research on this company first, I would have seen the ton of complaints all over the internet. Save your self the heart ache.
Total SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM. Well that about covers it, save your money and sanity.
I placed an order for my husbands birthday. I ordered him a jersey around 1-4 or 1-7 over the phone and told the rep I needed the jersey no later that 1-21. He said no problem I can have it ship ground and I will have it in plenty of time. Well here it is 1-24, I have no jersey and no tracking info. I call around 1-18 and I was told that I would not get it by 1-21 because I didn't elect for express shipping, I was told I didn't need it. I called back a few days later to get tracking and the automated system had me leave a message. I never got a call back. I called yet again on 1/24 and still no tracking info. This is the worst service EVER. No one at this company is helpful. All I have gotten so far is a bunch of I don't knows. Well I do know this I will NEVER order from this company again...
I had an extremely disappointing experience with this company. I ordered a signed bat, which was advertised on line with a clear picture of a bat for $113.00. I received a signed trading card, with a piece of a bat valued at $80.00. I was told that was what I ordered, but because of the picture and the description on the receipt, it clearly was not what I ordered. When asked about the price difference I was told that was what sportsmemorabilia had paid for it and the $33.00 was their markup. The piece of a bat came with no invoice or packing slip. The trading card came scotch taped to a scratched up piece of plexiglass. Because this is a birthday present for a special young man turning 21, I have to keep this card and get it properly mounted (more expense). I will never deal with this company again, and encourage anyone thinking about it to go somewhere else.
Today, 1/30/13, i tried to buy an autographed photo. i used a coupon that would give 20 percent off over 2oo purchase and free shipping. As i was checking out, a live chat guy offered assistance. Since the shipping cost of the item i was purchashing still existed, and the discount was only 10 percent, i questioned the coupon code. First, oliver said i didn't get shipping discount because site is being updated. Next, oliver stated that the coupon code was expired. Well, genius, the code expires on 2/2/13. When i questioned oliver, he avoided me for approx. 10 minutes. He seemed anxious to make a sale via phone, or to give my cc info. I immediately called my cc company, (who knows what ppl are capable of via internet) and made them aware of possible fraud. Not a good experience with this site already. Oliver came back on about 10 or 12 minutes later telling me to have a good nite. i have copies of conversation, will contact bbb and other comment boards and internet sites to notify consumers and law.

You be the judge
After submitting a review praising Sportsmemorabilia.com 's customer service, I would like to retract the statement and provide some warning signs for customers to look out for should they consider shopping with either Sportsmemorabilia.com or Hollywoodmemorabilia.com, which are run by the same individuals (you can verify this when attempting to use the "chat now" option to speak with a representative).
I originally placed a high rating review due to Christine in customer service refunding $200 on a purchase I had made where they provided the wrong information. As time went on with this company I continued to find more errors, rude customer service, and potentially fake autographs. Please read below:
The day before the Super Bowl I had ordered a 2008 team signed Packer helmet. As a huge Packer fan I was excited and found a great deal on the helmet ($874). The helmet was labeled as an Authentic Pro Line Helmet with Brett Favre, Aaron Rodgers, and the rest of the 2008 team. Although the team was not exactly the same as the one that had won the recent Super Bowl, it was a close match, and I purchased the item for sentimental value. When I received the item I found that there was no Brett Favre signature and it was on a replica helmet. During this time I was told that maybe I received the 2011 helmet, which was on a replica helmet. I was also told that I would be sent updated certificates of authenticity, which they never sent. After two weeks of going back and forth with customer service to figure out what I was sent, they confirmed that the description was inaccurate. At that point I was finally provided the option of receiving a $200 refund or the entire purchase price if I returned the product. I decided to keep it.
Still excited about this company I decided to start a small collection of autographs. The deals of the day had amazing prices, and coupled with some discount codes I found online. I thought I was getting great deals. The frustrations continue:
1) I purchased a Joe Montana autographed jersey that was authenticated by "Mounted Memories" and Sportsmemorabilia. No issues here; good work guys!
2) I purchased a Dan Marino jersey that was also authenticated by "Mounted Memories" and Sportsmemorabilia. The issue this time is that they never sent me the certificate.
When I asked for it, they mailed it out but also sent a new hologram for me to affix to the item. This concerns me because if they give these holograms out so easily, what is to stop someone from sticking it to a fake item and passing it off as real? Kind of sketchy I'd say...
3) I purchased a Michael Jordan autographed photo which was mislabeled on the website. They showed a basketball photo but had it labeled as a baseball photo. Knowing that I found a mistake on the site, I capitalized on this and made the purchase. I mean, $179 for a signed Jordan is amazing. However, once again I am concerned about how the description was completely off.
***Now here's the kicker... Being a huge Beatles fan my entire life I have wanted to purchase a set of autographs to add to my collection. Those of you familiar with these autographs know that about 95% are fake. The most trustworthy ones are authenticated by Frank Caiazzo, Perry Cox, Tracks UK, and Memorabilia UK. PSA/DNA tries to certify a lot, but are known for their inconsistencies as of late. Now this is not to say that an item not authenticated by one of these individuals or companies is guaranteed to be fraudulent, but I'd be suspicious, especially when making an investment of thousands of dollars.
While looking on Hollywoodmemorabilia.com I found a deal for $1, 997.32 on a supposedly authentic 4X6 Beatles postcard that was autographed by all four Beatles. Something like this generally goes for over $5, 000, so I questioned a rep and was told that it was definitely authentic. Thinking I found the deal of the century, I asked them to hold the item so I could buy it on Monday. I inquired on the item over the weekend and was told by the representative Brittania that she had no idea who authenticated the item but that their 12-year reputation somehow meant the item was real. I did some more investigating online and found the exact same 4X6 replicated postcard selling on EBay UK for a few dollars. How could I not be skeptical at this point? Later that night I questioned the manager, Joe. He at first admitted that the 4X6 card was a mistake, and that it would be removed within 24 hours. The next morning I went on the site and it was still listed. I questioned him on this and he retracted his statement. On Monday I spoke with another representative, Jerome, who said that the item was authenticated by Sportsmemorabilia.com. Now, with John Lennon passing away well prior to their 12-year existence, I questioned how they authenticated the item. Frustrated, the rep disappeared for a bit and then replied that it was authenticated by Autograph Central, who also did not exist at the time. When I checked their website there was no proof of them going about authenticating Beatles autographs as required by suggested professionals.
At this point I became weary of the company and started investigating further. Here I found a John Lennon autograph, which was supposedly authenticated by the same company and a Paul McCartney/Ringo Starr signed Hofner bass that had a photo of only Paul McCartney's signature. At this point I asked to speak with the manager, Joe, again and was met with frustration, retracted statements, and extremely rude customer service. He then stated that the signatures were real, that I had no idea what I was talking about, and that I am impossible to please. Keep in mind that a month ago I dealt with their issue for over 2 weeks before it was corrected. I had even written a positive review. How can he say that I am impossible to please? Now I have a man retracting the comment and being extremely rude to me. At this point I told him I'd write a review and never make another purchase there again. To this he signed off on me like a teenage couple fighting on Instant Messenger.
Now I cannot confirm for 100% that these autographs were fake, but with all of their inconsistencies coupled with Joe stating that the posting was a mistake, I have my suspicions. I had this argument with them 2 weeks ago and the item is still posted (today is 4/17/11). I have photos of the items saved, and e-mails of the conversations. Although their deals are good and I feel that I made a few decent purchases, I would watch my back. Seriously... Most of their items are only certified by their own website and if they flipped out to this degree while being questioned on their Beatles' autographs, I'd be skeptical. On a side note, however, there were a few Beatles' items for significantly higher prices on the website that did appear legit. Shouldn't they all be legit though?

Same mini-helmet.. Description even cut off the same way as the one used by 757sc.
Doesn't anyone realize most of their merchandise does not belong to, or not in the possession of the company? They take sports memorabilia being sold by other people and/or businesses, add a mark-up to the price and list it on their website. Take some of the items with, for example, a PSA number. Put it in the space bar and you will usually find the original listing from another company/person.
This Dave Krieg autographed card is being sold on ebay right now.

EVEN THE DESCRIPTION IS IDENTICAL!
Now I'm concerned. I just made my first purchase with Hollywood memoralbilia it said it was photo#3 signed by the muscisian but a day later you can still buy the same #3 photo on their site. I have tried to submit a contact us email but after clicking submit it's just a blank page. Also the stories I'm reading about just mailing out holograms is extremely concerning! This will definitely be my first and last purchase with this organization.
I purchased a football from Superbowl XLIV (Saints vs. Colts) from SportsMemorabilia. It was listed as "On Field Ball" for $269. It said it came with a certificate of authenticity/hologram. They had other ones listed as Official size footballs for $139. I was scheduled to meet up with Drew Brees at a photo op/signature event, so I purchased the "on-field" ball. When it arrived it was still in the paper box with no certificate of authenticity or hologram. It was an official size and weight Wilson football with the superbowl information printed on the ball. I called and spoke with a customer service rep who said I must have been sent the wrong ball as "on-field" meant the ball was on the field during the game but may not have been used in the game. I explained to her that that was also my interpretation of "on-field." She asked that I take some pictures and send them to her, which I did. I then called her back and she said she got the pictures and further added that she spoke to her boss who stated "on-field" only meant official size and weight. I explained that they have other ones listed as official size and weight which are cheaper. She said she could mail me a hologram sticker to put on the ball, which I didn't understand as to what the hologram was supposedly certifying. She then asked who Drew Brees was and further added that once I obtain a signature on the ball, they will no longer certify the ball anyway. I explained that I can get an official size and weight football from amazon for $100, so I told her I wanted to send the football back for a refund. She initially stated there would be a 15% restocking fee. I asked to speak to her boss as I believed they falsely advertised the item. She put me on hold and returned stating she was able to speak to her boss who waived the 15% restocking fee. I sent the football back and eventually received a refund after calling back to check on it after five weeks. I will not purchase from them again. To me their reputation is in question.
I am currently having a terrible experience with Sport Memorabilia. They incorrectly addressed my package. My package from them is now lost. I have had a huge headache from them, trying to get correct tracking numbers and what company they ship with. I had to request all of my information from them from the start. They didn't send me a confirmation email until I requested one. Which I assume one doesn't automatically populate when you order. I have been emailing them letting them know the error. They have not replied to any of my emails regarding this. My experience with this site as not been positive. I 100% suggest that you DO NOT use this site. I just hope that the post office finds my item and this can all be behind me.
This website has to be fake or not real signatures, if you look on eBay you will find the exact same items on sports memorabilia, Hollywood memorabilia. But on eBay they are almost 30% less. Autographs are exactly the same, same spot same consistency. After talking to several different reps I decided not buy any items from them. The pictures are the same on eBay and there websites
HAHAHAHA, GO MGlowiak, You showed them. Loved your review and i think it says alot about the company. I can guarantee that a jordan autograph for under $400 is fake. Sorry you had this experience, wish evil people like sportsmemorabilia.com didn't exist . Sad people are just out to make money and not an honest living. I also love their reply, they have over 286, 000 products, how can you get that many signatures and collectables? I too have seen the inconsistencies in their pictures and item descriptions. They would love to offer you "a hand selected product from our catalog at no cost" because they are fake and cheap. Why else would they give away "money". If it was real they would say "call us and well refund your money, or, any reputable authentication company will back up our statements" but reputable companies will only say that they scammed you. Sorry. UDA "the gold standard" sells jordan signatures for about $1400. If it was on a dirty sock, you couldn't wash, would still cost more then $400. Sorry but thanks for writing this and saving some of us from this damned company.

Item not shipped when promised!
Ordered something for my 12 year old sons birthday. Spoke to Joel two times and told him to upgrade shipping to 2nd day air. He said no problem and guaranteed shipment would be delivered on time. Wife waited all day for shipment and it never showed up. Never received confirmation of order or tracking by email. Just did live chat and was told order was not shipped because it was not in stock. Their site still shows item is available. HORRIBLE SERVICE, MAKES PROMISES THEY CAN'T KEEP. DON'T ORDER FROM THEM!
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

Took more than a month to ship items, even though the website says the product ships in 1-2 days
I have ordered 13 items from this company. 2 of the items took more than a month to ship, even though the website says the product ships in 1-2 days. The first time it took a month to ship my product, i had several e-mail correspondence with one of their customer support personnel. Each e-mail was rude and she came off like i had inconvenienced her by asking for the product i paid for...a month earlier! I was also told that because i ordered a product that was the "Deal of the day", that the product takes longer to ship. Even though the website says it ships in 1-2 days. I eventually got the product just over a month after i ordered it. Ten days ago i ordered and paid for another autographed photo. I called them and spoke with the same lady i dealt with the first time and she quickly brushed me off with, i'll get in touch with our warehouse and they'll update your order status. Funny thing is that i placed another order the day after i ordered this picture and its shipped and arrived already! I e-mailed the CEO/Partner with this complaint and i'm yet to get a response. As much as i love the selection this company has to offer, i dont think i'll order from them anymore. I'll take my chance with another company. BE CAREFUL IF YOU ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY SEEM SHADY!

Will never order from them again
I ordered an autographed framed and matted photo from this company almost two weeks ago on 12/11 hoping to get it in time for Christmas. I still have not received a shipping/tracking number, and cannot get in touch with anyone in customer service either online or by phone (their live chat is a joke - nobody live there either). I have just contacted my credit card company to cancel this order - I will never order from Sportsmemorabilia.com again.

Lack of professionalism
I ordered what is to be a Christmas present for my husband this year. I ordered this back in November. As of today, Dec. 20, 2008 I still have no gift. I have tried calling everyday several times a day for the last two weeks with no answer. I have left messages and emails with non being answered. I think this company is a scam and am currently trying to get my money back. DO NOT buy from this company. They lack total professionalism or customer service.

Never deal with them
Order t-shirt on 05Dec08, checked on order on 12Dec, Still says in process. Tried live chat and calling and leaving message. No response until 14Dec when I received an email stating that they tried to contact me, but there was a problem with my order. Sent reply email with info to contact me again. Tried to get response 15Dec again and finally got email the night of the 15th stating they were sold out of the item, but I could order something else of get a refund. Let's see if they refund as fast as they charged my account. Besides, why couldn't they inform me earlier that had a problem. Obviously they do not know what Customer Service is. First and last time dealing with them. First time I felt the need to post a review on net.
