I bought an autographed foto of Keith Primeau from the company, that was sold as "authenticity guaranteed". The foto arrived with a card that said to refer to the affixed hologram and serial number on the foto to guarantee authenticity. The foto had neither a hologram nor a serial number. I emailed the company about the issue and they replied that they were looking into it. They never emailed me with a solution. I have emailed them five times trying to get them to resolve the issue, and they have not responded to any of my emails, effectively ignoring me. With being ignored, I can't help but think that they did not sell me an authentic foto, and that it was not signed by who it was advertised it was by.

I ordered a framed and signed jersey from Sportsmemorabilia.com on 6/7/2022. The website said it would ship in 3 days, but after a week, I reached out to Steiner Sports. They said it was delayed but would ship soon. Another week passed, and I contacted Steiner Sports again. They said the item was out of stock and I should have been contacted for a refund. However, after 3 more days, I still hadn't received a cancellation or refund confirmation. I contacted Steiner Sports once more, and they said the Sales team would reach out to me with an alternative item. This was despite them telling me 3 days earlier that I would be refunded, which they clearly had no intention of doing. I told the representative that the sales team could contact me, but I wanted the exact item I ordered or a refund. It has now been 4 more days, and I still haven't heard from them or received a refund.
