Snapdealwrong phone case

Ordered a phone case from SnapDeal and received the wrong one. I immediately contacted SnapDeal customer care service and asked for a replacement and they agreed very fast. I sent the incorrect case back and later received a new one. When I opened the package I saw that it was also incorrect. I contacted SnapDeal again and told their rep that they sent me wrong phone cases already twice and demanded my money back. They said ok and asked me to return the wrong case. I did as they said but never got my money back. What a scam!
