On 6/18/2015 I went Shoppers Food Warehouse to use the money gram services to send money to my girlfriend. After making the transaction of sending 125.00 the employee entered in the wrong information and the money was never sent to the card. I came back after I got off work that same evening and another employee said that moneygram will reverse the transaction and send a refund. Because it was gonna take 10 business days the manager of Shoppers specifically told me to come back in the morning and they can refund my money. He also took down my information. Of course that never happened so the manager never kept his word. I ended up contacting moneygram myself a week later and they told me that they the transaction of the refund was still being processed and I'll get a call in a couple of days. Once again that never happened. A week later I went back to shoppers and an employee told me she will make a note saying I still never received my refund. The following week I call moneygram and instead of hearing that my refund has been processed, they tell me that my money was received and it's gone! They also tell me that since it was shoppers that made the mistake, I need to go back to them to get my refund! I know for a fact that won't happen. I just need my $125.00 back but nobody is willing to help me get my refund. Please help
