[Resolved] Sharaf dg / flexi pay/ service not provided
I have purchased an item from Sharaf DG last month. They have pushed me to take their flexi pay services for 24 months payment.
When I received my credit card bill I found out that Sharaf DG have charged the full amount.
I have made a complain and there is no concrete answer.
Totally worst service. I shouldve gone through Jumbo Electronics.
They are not able to solve the problem. Their Finance team is the worst
Customer care service did everything in their power to resolve this complaint. All attempts to contact the complainant have failed. Therefore, this complaint has been annulled and must not be considered where image of the company in question and it's services are concerned.
