Again and again, this is almost the 10th time. Package delivered to the designated pick up point and didn't send me message with the pick up reference to collect package. Package was delivered to my requested pick up spot on Jan 29, 2018.
I do regularly uses your service, every time is the same delivery person: YUNG Luk Ming, contact: [protected]
Again and again, I need to call your service centre to redo the order due to the delivery responsible person - Mr. Yung forgot to send me a message with your collection no.
It has been very frustrating. This service standard it totally unacceptable. Once, twice, even triple time, is fine. Is almost the 10th time already.
I want the package to be send back to my designated pick up spot by tomorrow, Feb 2, 2018 and send me the pick up reference no. to collect. Don't ask me to go to other spots, is your fault. Totally not my responsibility to concern how your internally arrangement it.
Extremely disappointing. Your service 100% proved, anything free is always bad.
