This company has serious issues with their server or something. They do a great email campaign telling customers about these great sales coming up. We spend the time to be there when the door opens, then cannot get in. After trying for 20 minutes or more (wasted time & FRUSTRATION!!!) sometimes you can. Once inside you click on something and you just sit & spin for minutes. Nothing happens. Then if it finally opens, by the time you try to buy something, someone else has already grabbed it up and it's GONE. THIS WEBSITE IS A LESSON IN FUTILITY, FRUSTRATION AND ANGER. WOMEN DO NOT WANT TO HAVE STRESS WHILE SHOPPING, IT IS SUPPOSED TO BE FUN - THIS SITE IS MOST DEFINITELY NOT THAT.

Their site iS HIT SO HARD with so many people trying to buy items, it crashes. Then they shut down for the day. They say they will email you when they are re-opened, but they do not. It has happened to me SO MANY TIMES. I have written their CEO (twice) and their PR Dept (once) - no reply from either.

I know that many other people have complained to this company and it seems they do not do anything to help. The vendors they have usually have good products and sometimes at great prices. But at what cost to us? The FRUSTRATION at trying to get what you click on and then having someone else get it before you can even pay for it SUCKS.
