I bought two bathing suits at a larger size because i know they provide smaller sized than in America. 3-4 weeks later it is still sitting in my account. I allow them to ship. 2 weeks later i finally get my order. Which while opening i could tell they were way big and didn't even try them on.

They want me to pay the 23 dollars to return them to get the correct size after they investigate, which are more than likely not going to give my my exchange.

Why?

Very unprofessional and what a way to stand by your product!
Not only will i talk about this terrible service. I will have to sell the bathing suits myself and go shopping elsewhere.
